So as some of you noticed a rapid change across all my social media seemingly out of nowhere: yes I go by two different names now.

Evangeline

And Remus

Yes I know Remus is a character here in the fandom but ever since I heard that name something inside me clicked, but felt off at the same time. It's so weird. Like ever since I met Remus the character and fell in love with him I felt like I was more like him than I thought.

So I am deciding, with my current questioning of self identity that sparked literally out of nowhere, to also go by the name Remus.

But that doesn't mean I don't still go by Eva or Evangeline! I use all pronouns so that's one mystery solved. As for the name, it's all an experiment. I still like being called Evangeline and Eva and I feel validated as an author when people call me by my name. 

Evangeline is still my name too.

I'm just choosing to go by two names now, and all pronouns. I respond to she/her, he/him, and they/them.

Now what that means is from now on when I sign at the bottom of a oneshot my name, there's going to be two. Eva and Remus. I'm not going to go back through all 300+ oneshots I've written for this fandom and all 500+ I've written for past fandoms and change my name through every single book I've ever written. This is a "from now on" thing.

Every book and every oneshot from now on will be signed by both names

This is something very big and very important to me so I hope you'll understand and support me through this. I'm really scared upon doing this and I hope that nobody thinks of me any less or any differently.

But now I also go by Remus.
