we arrive at the studio and i'm back to competition!

i miss Descendants already but it just makes me more excited to go back to it but for now it's full on competition mode!

we go upstairs and we start stretching

"i need to know how was it working on a disney film" Kendall asks

"and how was working with Dove Cameron?" Kalani adds

i do a little squeal

"on cloud nine it was so surreal i'm so excited to go back but Dove was so nice and so professional i definitely learnt a lot" i beam

we head into our rehearsal room for pyramid

"oh you're here!" Jill says

"well..i have to do the pyramid" Abby says

"so what's going- what are you watching?" Jill asks

"the girls performing..you guys won, won without Maddie or Kayla doing the featured spot that's great but when Maddie and Kayla dances and tells a story you can't really your eyes of them but when you do it, it's like nothing" Abby says

"if i had more opportunities maybe i would've been better at it." Nia says

"on the bottom of the pyramid we have Nia, the solo was fifth from what i saw it could potentially have won" Abby says

"JoJo, you're next on the pyramid you're late"

"next we have Kayla, you were away for an amazing opportunity filming for disney's descendants 2"

i smile

"next we have Maddie, you were in the group dance you did your job you didn't stand out at all you blended in..you're trying to be the IT girl it's not a good thing."

"next we have Mackenzie, the penche was straight you took the correction"

"and next Kendall, Kendall why would you be this high on the pyramid if you didn't even dance"

"she had her video premiere last week" Holly says

"yes" Abby says

"and at the top of the pyramid is Kalani."

we clap for Kalani

"she was absolutely beautiful couldn't remember her dance"

"that's very true" Kalani laughs

"but for that moment in time it didn't really matter" Abby says

"Abby before you tell the kids where we're going this week we have a family commitment we're here through the rest of the week but we will not be there saturday" Jill says

"i'm still be in rehearsal" Kendall says

"okay so we're going to centre stage our solos are going to Mackenzie"

we clap for Kenzie

"you will be performing a solo it's called Sink Or Swim so we're going to see if you swim with the big fish or if you sink"

"my next solo is going to Maddie."

"thank you." Maddie says

"you will be tapping" Abby says

we clap for Maddie

"then our last solo.." Abby starts

please be me..

"is going to JoJo" Abby finishes

i bite my lip

"JoJo your title is apply named rebel without a cause"

"so are all these solos competing against eachother?" Kira asks

"yes." Abby says

"oh" Kenzie says

"this week we have a guest choreographer who will be doing the group routine this week this gentleman has won three MTV video awards" Abby says

"wow" mom says

"hes worked with Lady Gaga hes worked with Jaylo and hes worked closely with Micheal Jackson" Abby says

we all gasp

"for twenty years i am giving him free reign"

"so when he sets choreography you're not going to change it or" Holly asks

"no no no no" Abby says

Abby walks to the door and let's the guy in

"alright attention." Abby says

we all clap

"this is Travis Payne!" Abby says

we all clap and cheer

"it's my pleasure to be here with you the next generation of super stars any of you familiar with those famous dance styles from the eighties and nineties it's kinda the theme of this number" Travis says

|Group Rehearsals|
"just a little background of the number we'll be doing it's called Beautiful Bizarre and so there was famous dances like vogueing and wacking jay setting is newer uh these day and we're going to mix all those styles together and create something for you guys okay? and so before we do that i would love to introduce you to my collaborator for this Aisha Francis who you'll probably have seen dance with Beyoncé" Travis says

Aisha walks in the room

"hi guys how are you?" Aisha says and we all wave

we start learning the group routine and it's so different and i love it

i strut onstage and give all the attitude

"you gotta feel it all in your face..Mackenzie you gotta stop kicking your feet" Travis says

Kenzie fixes the problem and Travis high fives her

we do the routine without Kendall because she won't be here and i get moved to the centre and i love that i can throw all the attitude to the judges

|One Day To Competition|
"we'll starts where we left off and we'll go back" Travis says

"we went over it" Kalani says

we go from the top of the number

and i'm having  so much fun

"how does it make you feel now like you know in the spotlight." Travis asks

"great but sometimes it's annoying because it's all like all the pressure is on us and we want to do amazing cause i mean" Maddie says

"everyone is talking about us and we want to do it perfect" Kenzie adds

"you know i want to encourage you two i know you're working and you work really hard you know but it's about finding a balance for yourself so that you know in this mist of your work you still remain yourself my friend Micheal worked from the time he was five and you know he had a lot of great years he was so kind to people and he was so trusting of people that sometimes he didn't realise people weren't looking out for his best interest" Travis says

|Competition Day|
we arrive at the competition and i'm super excited

we get to the dressing room and the solos start getting ready

i'm sad i don't have a solo as Abbys obsessed with having all three sisters go against eachother and i feel like JoJo has had more solos than me this season

i stretch with Kalani while the solos do the dances

then Abby took her hair out and put it in Maddies head?

we then head backstage for solos and i haven't been backstage in ages for solos

JoJo enters first and she starts her solo and i think JoJo is killing this dance

JoJo finishes her solo and exits the stage

i hug Kenzie before she goes on

"be amazing" i say

Kenzie enters the stage and her costume is adorable

Kenzie is absolutely nailing this solo i love it

Kenzie finishes her dance and i clap for her

Kenzie exits the stage and i give her a hug

"you were so good" i say

"thanks" Kenzie smiles

"good luck Maddie i love you" Kalani says

"good luck" i say and i give Maddie a quick hug

Maddie enters for her solo and i always love Maddies tap solos

i've had like one tap solo and it wasn't nearly as good as Maddies

Maddie finishes her solo and exits the stage

i give her a hug and i kiss her cheek

we head back to the dressing room and we get ready for the group and Travis is here!

we run over the dance before we head backstage

"next is act number 67 please welcome to the stage Beautiful Bizarre" the announcer says

we enter the stage and we strut on and we perform the group routine

i make sure my faces are amazing

and i give the attitude and sassiness

we finish the routine and i think we nailed it

i give one final pose then i strut off stage

"okay we're going to start with our junior solo category" the announcer says

i take Maddies and Kenzies hand

"in third place we have number 30 Rebel Without A Cause"

we clap for JoJo and she gets her award

"and in second place number 31 Maddie"

i look to Maddie and she gets up to get her award

i give Kenzies hand a squeeze

"i didn't place" Kenzie whispers

"shush you beat me don't lose hope" i whisper

"and our first place junior soloist in the class division is number 32 Sink Or Swim Mackenzie"  the announcer says

i gasp and i squeal and Kenzie gets up to get her award

i see mom crying and standing up to cheer

they take a bow and they come back to sit and i attack Kenzie in a hug

"now our class division overall small groups..our third place winner is number 26 Locked In My Head"

"our second place winner number 67 Beautiful Bizarre"

i smile and Maddie gets our award

we go to the hall and the moms come and mom runs to Kenzie

"mom it's just a stupid competition you don't have to cry." Maddie says

"i am gonna cry" mom says

"because she beat you that's why" JoJo says

"we have immensely enjoyed our time here with you girls we all think you're so special" Travis says

"you know you don't always have to win first" mom says

"no you don't but it's nice second place let's us get to realise how much we enjoy first place" Travis says

Abby and Gia then comes and Abby hugs Kenzie

Abby comes over and hugs us

"i definitely deserved to beat her but it's okay" Maddie says

"shut up" i whisper to Maddie

we go back to the dressing room and i hug Kenzie

"i'm so proud of you honey and Maddie is so proud of you i can tell" mom says

"wow you can really tell" Kenzie says

"mom i'm not mad at all stop it!" Maddie says

i cringe

"i didn't say you were mad" mom says

"you said be happy be happy i'm like i am happy!" Maddie says

"i know that Maddie i didn't say you were mad at all" mom says

"i am happy just stop it" Maddie says

"will you knock it off?" i snap

"oh my god i really don't care!" Maddie snaps at me

"then why are you angry?" Kenzie asks

"because she didn't win" i roll my eyes

"Kenzie and Kayla shut up" mom says

"you too." Maddie huffs

"i'm not wrong look at her!" i argue back

"McKayla!" mom warns

i roll my eyes and i wipe my makeup off

"where's my three soloists?" Abby asks

"can we just say that you knew your dance and you did it before and blah blah blah blah blah..doesn't matter face loser i don't care" Abby says

"get your stuff girls we're going to celebrate Mackenzies win!"

we all cheer

"Maddie you're buying"

"please" Maddie says as we walk out

"what's your deal? are you that mad that you got beat?" i ask

"oh my god i'm not mad" Maddie snaps

"you are and you know exactly why mom was saying be happy because the producers are going to make you look like a sore loser!" i say

"i am happy." Maddie says

"let your face know it then." i say and i walk ahead to Kalani

i'm happy for Kenzie but Maddie needs to get over it.
