last week was rough...so i hope this week is better

we get in the car for dance and Maddie gets shotgun while me and Kenzie are stuck in the back..

"what are you guys looking forward too this week?" mom asks

"uh a week without.." Maddie starts

"yelling." Kenzie finishes

"drama between the mothers?." mom asks

"yes that" I say

"high five." Maddie says

me and Kenzie high-five Maddie

"well you just stay away from you know the one." mom says

"i love Brynn but the only thing is when she got her team jacket her mom started crying and they both walked away." Maddie says

"it made no sense" mom says

"i just got mad that the moms said it was rigged" Kenzie says

"Kenz we're not saying that word and we're not talking about that it's over." mom says

"well that's what happened" Kenzie says

"we're not talking about it" mom says

"just shush" Maddie jokes

"no one said that" mom says

"the team is just too stressful" Maddie says

"are you happy you get to do other things beside being on the team that you get to do other opportunities." mom asks

"like not to be rude am i going to choose a movie or a competition? obviously i'm going to choose a movie my team is always
what i'm gonna go back to they're my best friends and i love dancing with them" Maddie says

"are you kidding? i'm so excited for disney to confirm a date for the third movie get me away from the drama" i joke

Kenzie starts laughing

like i'm being serious...i need out.

"yeah and like we'll always be an ALDC dancer it's not like after i'm done dancing there or Kayla or Kenzie are done dancing there because i'm older or i get another job it's not like i forget about it i will never forget it about it's probably the craziest
studio ever." Maddie says

"mom..mom" i say

"you just went through a red light" Maddie says

"it was yellow" mom says

"no it wasn't" i say

mom pulls into the studio and we get our stuff and me Maddie and Kenzie go into the dancers den

"welcome back we were at Expressions Dance Competition you guys did really well we did something that was really unexpected but the crowd and by the competition and we were the overall high score winning group" Abby says

we all clap

"alright let's talk about our trios..so Brynn congratulations she led her team to victory she was the highest scoring duet/trio of the event i thigh to you were outstanding from where i was sitting i loved the number, now you are a member off this team"

we clap for Brynn

"Abby how do you really feel about moms who don't necessarily agree with the way the results went i automatically questioning" Ashlee says

"why don't you just stop all you want is drama here why don't we just go on with pyramid" mom says

"okay i know what you think i wasn't talking to you i was asking Abby" Ashlee says

"why are we bringing this up?" Holly asks

"we're talking about the trio" Ashlee says

"i don't care!" mom says

"you guys never once took in to account that this kid has feelings too ever" Ashlee says

"because everything out of your mouth is mean and hurtful" Jill says

"you're just jealous that Brynn has had a better season than Kendall" Ashlee says

"it's all over social media"

"Kendall don't listen to her it's not all over social media trust me" Jill says

"she's a fool! that's a lie"

i turn to Kendall and i give her a hug

"that's a flat out lie" Jill adds

"you know what why don't we just focus on pyramid this is not conclusive to the girls" Holly says

"this is what it's come down too every freakin' day thanks to that one you're not allowed to speak or look at my child" Jill says

"i wasn't  to talking to either of you i was talking to Abby" Ashlee says

"don't speak when she's around" Jill says

"it just amazes me that she won you said it wasn't even a real score" Ashlee says

"i'm not dealing with this" mom says and she walks out

"i care about her feelings" Ashlee says

"so much that she has to tear every kid to make hers feel good" Jill says

"i've not torn down kids Jill" Ashlee says

"yes you do" Jill says

"you're the one who tears down kids every day" Ashlee says

"alright!" Abby starts

"no i'm sorry she doesn't do that" Kendall says

"uh you aren't out there Kendall so you don't know" Ashlee says

"excuse me! Abby i am not allowing this woman to talk to my child like that!" Jill says

"WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN?!" Kendall yells at Ashlee and runs out

i gasp

"grow the fuck up! i'm done i'm leaving goodbye!" Jill says and she walks out

"Jill! Jill!" Abby yells

then it just goes out in flames

"go" Maddie whispers to me and we all walk out of the room

"where's Kenzie?..Kenz" i say and i find Kenzie

"don't cry" i say and i hug her

"she's a bitch talking about kids the way she does Abby!" mom says

"no i said" Ashlee starts

"shut up Ashlee!" mom says

"mom! Kenzies crying!" i leave the bathroom and call for mom

"mom!" Maddie calls and Maddie and mom come into the bathroom

"Kendall K let's go baby girl we got better places to be" Jill says

"can we go?" Kenzie asks

"no we're staying absolutely not" mom says

"i don't want to stay!" Kenzie says

"Ashlee is not gonna make us leave." Mom says

"i don't want too" Kenzie says

"don't cry" i whisper and i hug Kenz

"go tell Ashlee that...Mackenzies afraid of you Ashlee!" Jill yells

"i don't want to tell her that!" Kenzie says

"i just want to leave" Kendall says

Abby then comes into the bathrooms

"who the heck is she? she's nobody to you, you're letting that woman get to you instead of blocking her out like she doesn't exist and if you're gonna let this woman do this what are you gonna do on your next job? there gonna be ten of her." Abby says

Jill and Kendall then leave

we go into the dancers den and we just let everyone calm down because Kenzie and Brynn are upset and the moms still are heated from the fight

we then go into the studio and Abby comes in

"girls take this as a learning lesson Kendall walking out because she's upset the person that upset them still in the studio..Kendall learning nothing getting the best of someone isn't always running it's styling and beating them at their own game..we have a group it is a tribute to David Bowie quirky abstract different it's called Bowie Still Dancing let's go" Abby says 

we learn the group routine and it's a really cool routine

we then get dismissed

|Two Days To Competition|
Abby invited me and Maddie to lunch so i think it's nice to get out of the studio

"oh here we are" Abby says as we walk up to Sals

we get into the restaurant and me and Maddie sit across from Abby

"so we never get any down time it was insane yesterday it was absolutely insane nightmare" Abby says

"do you both remember being here?" Abby asks

"yes" i smile

Maddie nods

"do you know what cocktail you both were partaking in?" Abby asks

"shirley temple" Maddie laughs

"yes" Abby beams

"we start talking about shirley temple and that was my mothers favourite was shirley temple" Abby says

"me too we watched all the movies when we were little" Maddie says

"oh yeah remember the movie nights" i say

"it all happened, she i'm sure is so very proud of you both" Abby says and she starts to cry

"people ask me on the red carpets do you still want to dance when you're older or do you just want to act and i wanna act of course but i wanna dance forever" Maddie says

"yeah like dancing's apart of us and like i wanna do it forever" i add

"cheers..five years" Abby says and we clink our glasses together

we go from the top of the group routine

and i make sure the moves are big

we arrive at the competition and even better we are in Las Vegas!

we get to our dressing room and the soloists get ready

"alright you are a new member of the team and you're standing here with some heavy hitters yes? Mackenzie has a residency with The Abby Lee Dance Company she's born into it, you never had a choice did you?" Abby asks

Kenzie shakes her head

"Brynn will you be a resident of The Abby Lee Dance Company?"

"welcome to the dark side" Kalani says

"or just visiting" mom says

"like you're playing monopoly you're either in jail or just visiting" JoJo says

"we're not mentioning jail" Abby says

"poor choice of words" Holly says and Jess starts laughing

Abby then takes us girls to check out the stage

we then head backstage for the solos

Kenzie enters for her solo first

and i really love her solo this week

Kenzie finishes her routine and i think she nailed it

she exits the stage and i give her a huge hug

"you nailed that Kenz" i say

Kalani enters next and i adore her costume

and her music is really nice aswell

Kalani finishes her routine and it's so beautiful

Brynn enters next

and her solo is phenomenal she's really nailing it

Brynn finishes her routine and exits the stage

we head back to the dressing room

and Abby hugs the soloists

we then get ready for the group routine

"what would we do if the moms were in here right now?" JoJo asks

"probably not talk" Maddie says

"she'll probably try to get me ready and i'm like no mom i can do it" Brynn says

"it's actually nice without the moms it's less stressful" Maddie says

"what's happening with this hairstyle?" Kalani says

"it's like a mohawk" Maddie says

"Maddie" i whine

"what?" Maddie asks

"do my hair i can't do it" I say

"fine give me a minute" Maddie says

"thank you." i smile

Kendall tries the hairstyle

"no!" Nia laughs

"no!" Maddie says

"that's not it at all" Nia laughs

i turn to Kendall and i burst out laughing

"Maddie hurry up!" i say

"be patient i'm doing Kenzies hair" Maddie says

"yeah Kayla be patient" Kenzie repeats

"ew shush" i say

the moms then come in

"oh look at you girls it's almost like you don't need us!" Holly says

Maddie then comes over and does my hair

"guys help." Kendall says

i start laughing again

we finish getting ready for the group routine

Kaylas group costume: (with like green in her hair and the lighten bolt on her face)

we head backstage for the group

"our final number 64 Bowie Still Dancing" the announcer says

we enter the stage and get into our starting positions

we start the number and i make sure i do everything flawless

we finish the group dance and we exit the stage

Kenzie got second place

and Brynn got first

and Kalani got second

"next we have teen group" the announcer says

"second place entry number 58 Hanging On"

"and first place in the teen group category goes to entry number 64 Bowie Still Dancing"

we cheer and we get our award

we head back to the dressing room and all cheer and hug our moms

Kendall then gets silly sting and sprays Abby

we all then get silly string and spray Abby

then Abby stands up

i scream and i run back

we then go to the bathroom to wipe off our makeup
