last week was so fun but now i'm focusing on dance!

we get to the studio and we start stretching

the moms then come in

"hi mom!" JoJo says

"hi daughters" mom says

we go into the studio room and we start warming up

the moms and Abby then come in for pyramid

Abby stalls more by needing her makeup done and it's so awkward

"alright let's get to the pyramid shall we?" Abby says

"did you actually win or could they have points taken of for delay of game you don't wanna win because somebodies being disqualified that's no way to base a career certainly"

"alright so starting of at the bottom of the pyramid Maddie."

Kenzie starts clapping

"and uh who else wasn't here? Kalani."

"and then our final to the trio of people who weren't here..Kayla."

i smile

"and next we have Mackenzie, your feet your lines your posture you don't see any of it"

"well i think she sees it" mom says

Abby is shocked

"i do i'm her mother i'm allowed to speak"

"and that goes back to whole reason why didn't she fix it?!" Abby yells

"i want her to realise that it needs fixed"

"mom just stop" Kenzie says

"no." mom says

i roll my eyes

"next we have Kendall, you kicked the ball" Abby says

"moving up we have Nia, she really stepped up physically tried to handle the ball"

"next we have JoJo, because of being courageous and getting in the ball to begin with"

we clap for JoJo

"thank you for letting me in the ball it was actually really fun" JoJo says

"and on top of the pyramid is Brynn our big winner" Abby says

we clap for Brynn

"you did an excellent job on your solo i think there's a whole world out there just waiting for you"

"this week we are attending New York Dance Experience we are travelling all the way to Calabasas"

"we get to see the Kardashian's!" mom says

JoJo raises her hand

"what JoJo?" Abby asks

"isn't that the competitions where they talk to you?" JoJo asks

"yes it's the live critiques" Abby says

"my first solo goes to Kayla, you haven't done a musical theatre piece in a while so you're doing a theatre piece entitled Dear Future Husband"

i beam and everyone claps

"so the other solos go to two girls who mothers they think are the number two girl..Maddie or Kayla are not here this is your go two girl if Maddie or Kayla can't do it she can do it..Kendall the first solo is going to you the name of your routine is meltdown now you had a little meltdown in here the other day i don't want to see that ever again"

"my next solo is going to Mackenzie"

we clap for Kenzie

"and the name of the solo is All I Wanna Do Is Sit On The Couch And Eat Chips"

i start laughing that interview of Kenzies went really popular

"at the start of the season you beat Kayla and at the end of the season you beat Maddie so instead of taking that little win and go you know what i'm gonna go and prove everyone wrong my legs going to be higher than the twins i'm gonna jump higher than the twins every trick that they have i'm gonna have that trick too instead i don't know what you did"

"but you're her teacher so you know her strengths" mom says

"but the issue is she had it when she was eight and nine should not be the same weaknesses now" Abby says

"i agree" mom says

"the weakness now would be balancing on the eighth pirouette" Abby says

"well i don't think many of us can do eight pirouettes" mom says

"coming from the mother who's daughter was doing twelve pirouettes and twenty a la secondes at the age of nine and ten." Abby says

i look down because that was obviously directed to me

"what is going on with you?" Abby adds

"i'm not being quiet." mom says

"she could be a thousands times better and i want her to be better" Abby says

"okay then help her!" mom says

"it's one excuse after the other after the other" Abby says

"then help her!" mom says

"let your talents speak for yourself not your mothers mouth." Abby says

"my fourth solo is going to Nia." Abby then says

we clap for Nia

"you're character is inspired by Cookie on the tv show Empire"

"all four solos this week will be competing against eachother for a solo in next week's competition."

"the group routine the name of it is Hungry Like The Wolves now i don't see that hunger that desire i need everybody in this room to get a little hungrier for that i'm talking about you wanting to work on your feet you wanting to work on your flexibility i want more improvement because Abby Lees kids do it all and you need to do it all well, the world thinks i struck gold with this group i disagree listen up your life is about to change"

i think i heard that sentence before..when we got the select team

"i'm going to form a new team, i have looked a minis all over the country i liked my minis"

i look to Nia and we both just stare

we already dealt with a new team and what happened at the end? three people left.

"why bring in a new team now? are you saying these kids are washed up?" Holy asks

"i wanna keep doing what i do so that would be starting with minis and training them to be a junior elite competition team and so on and so fourth okay? so we're going to get ready for the group dance girls come on" Abby says

"this is hungry like the wolves you're a character piece it's not light it's not fluffy it's real" Abby says

we learn the group routine

"why is Mackenzie not knowing what she's doing here?" Abby asks

i look behind me

"i'm not picking on you, you know what you were doing right there..stop sitting there watching everybody else get better work let's get it together"

we continue to learn the group dance

"alright i saw some moments that were incredible Gianna then i saw Mackenzie who was sitting on the couch and eating chips ding dong, sit up Mackenzie! put your hands back..thank you" Abby says

it takes a lot of me to to roll my eyes stop picking on Kenzie!

"Kendall notice how i'm not yelling at you i have a new victim." Abby says

i turn my heads to the moms and i mouth to mom

|Two Days To Competition|
we get to the studio and we start stretching

"Kenzie whatever she says ignore it she's clearly annoyed at something" i say

"it's hard though" Kenzie says

"i know" i say

Gia takes us in and we continue the group routine

"alright we have four solos going Nia, Kendall, Kayla and Mackenzie" Abby says

"so it's kinda a sixties piece it's listing all the things you have your future husband to be" Abby says

i nod and we learn my solo

my song is Dear Future Husband by Megan Trainor

"facials should be huge Kayla" Abby calls as i do a floor combo

at the end of the routine i am on the floor and i wave my hand infront of me across the audience and having to be imagining there's a ring on it

"that was good, i liked it okay send in Mackenzie.." Abby says

"thank you" i say and i go to the dancers den and i get Kenzie

"so how's the disney star" Kalani asks

"i'm fabulous" i say and it sit down and take a drink of water

"do you think disney fans will start watching Dance Moms?" JoJo asks

"i sure hope not." i say

"why?" Kalani asks

"have you seen my mother? also i cry a lot" i laugh

"true" Kendall laughs

Kenzie comes into the room crying

"Kenz..Kenz whats wrong" i ask and i hug Kenzie

"she's calling me names and she said other kids would just remember it..it's two minutes" Kenzie cries

"Kenzie..Kenzie...Kenzie calm down" JoJo says

"Kenzie you know how this goes she's just being mean and rude like she always is" Kalani says

"i don't wanna do it!" Kenzie says

"no because that lets her win you need to go in there and prove her wrong..she's the dance teacher Kenz she should be helping you" i say

"says for you to say she keeps going on if this was your sisters we'd be finished by now and that you already have your dance done when we only have twenty seconds!" Kenzie says

"you aren't me or Maddie and that's okay because you're Mackenzie and Mackenzie is the greatest thing ever i don't need another Maddie in my life because one shes annoying and two if we had another Maddie we wouldn't have you" i say and i hug Kenzie

mom comes over and hugs Kenzie and we bring her into the dancers den

|One Day To Competition|
|Group Rehearsals|

"alright let me see this wolf dance let's go" Abby says

we go from the top of the group routine

and Abby has us howling at the end of the routine

"okay girls it's up to you we are going to competition this weekend and you need to win because you don't want those minis coming in as you are losers" Abby says

|Competition Day| 
mom drives me and Kenzie do the competition and we get out and we meet with our team and we just see a lot of people cheering

we get to our dressing room and we start getting ready for the solos

Kaylas solo costume but without the socks and shoes she has half soles on:

Kendall comes back in and she is obviously upset with the makeup

Abby let's Kendall take the makeup off because she's actually allergic to the makeup

"girls listen up, you guys are going to stand there and be critiqued so it's important you go out there and you're amazing..okay let's go" Abby says

we head backstage and i'm pretty nervous i've only competed a solo in this competition once.

Nia enters for her solo first

her solo was incredible but the judges said she lacked in some bits

Kendall enters for her solo next and it's a gorgeous piece

she's really nailing this she finishes her solo

and the judges tell her she needs more emotion..

"please give a round of applause for Kayla" the announcer says

i enter the stage and my music starts and it starts of slow so i really make the judges think it's a lyrical piece

then the music gets more upbeat i make sure to give the facials and make it big

i love this piece it's so much fun to perform i do my turns into a switch leap and i get to the end of the routine

i'm in the floor and i put my hand out and gleam at it like i'm imaging a ring on it

the crowd cheers and i stand up to be critiqued

"i thought your performance was phenomenal you really showed the character and it was fluent and clean so very well done" one of the judges say

"thank you" i smile and i get brought off the stage

Kendall gives me a hug

Kenzie enters for her solo next and i hope she really pulls it off

her solo is so cute but it would be better if the title was actually her quote

'all i wanna do is stay home and eat chips'

her solo is co cute but i wish Abby gave her more mature pieces as she's eleven now

Kenzie finishes her piece and she the judges give her corrections

they said about her energy in her ankles and i know Abby is going to be so mad

we come back to the dressing room and the moms cheer mom gives me and Kenzie hugs

"come up for a second" Abby says

we go up and stand infront of Abby

"Kendall i don't think that you told your story to the audience she was right darkness you can't go.." Abby says and she does a smile

"Nia i thought you were good i thought it was great when you flex a foot it should be so hyperextended it should be straighter then straight okay"

"Kayla i thought you were entertaining you entertained the judges and i thought it was clean so well done"

i smile

"you when a judge has to tell an eleven year old that their ankles are soft that's like someone taking a knife and sksh sksh in my chest, that's nuts"

we get ready for the group routine and the costumes are so cool

Group Costume:

we head backstage for the group routine

"give it up for 404 Hungry Like The Wolves" the announcer says

we enter the stage and our music starts and we start the routine

i make sure i make everything perfect because i know Abbys relying on me to carry this team without Maddie
we all finish my howling

"i love the costume, i think the costuming is awesome..there was a slop with flootwork were someone actually fell other than that overall i think it was amazing job loved it" one of the judges say

Kenzie got fourth

and Kendall got third

"alright our top ten soloist" the announcer says

"third place Crazy swing Katrine arithmetic academy"

"second place teen solo Cookie Nia Abby Lee Dance Company!"

we clap for Nia

"and in first place teen solo..Dear Future Husband, Kayla Abby Lee Dance Company!"

i beam and i get my award

Nia gives me a side hug

"overall group awards of the day"

"one point difference let's get that drumroll going"

we do a drum roll

"ladies and gentlemen the divas!"

i look to Kalani..because we lost

we head back to the dressing room

"this is season six..we should always have a first place winner..it's always Kayla who's winning and the rest of you just slacking..if i'm reading this correctly Kayla you had a score of 296 points..Nia you had a score of 292, Mackenzie you had a score of 295.5 Kendall you had a score of 295.7 so that means Kayla you'll be doing a solo and i'll throw Kendall in there too" Abby says

"Mackenzie your mother doesn't want another Maddie and Kayla she likes you just the way you are..i don't i want you to get out there and be able to do what they are doing"

"well i think this dance was too young for me that's what i think but" Kenzie says

"well that's why i gave it too you cause it's easy, i'm not going to give you a lyrical routine and tell you to straighten your legs and point your feet anymore because it's taken to much out of us to do that cause i have a busy week with my minis coming in." Abby says

"oh god they're coming in next week?" Jill asks

"yes they are" Abby says

"i don't want you to see yourself as a lone wolf we are your pack we are apart of your company we came here and i just want to go on record and say we're apart of the team" Holly says

we then get changed and we pack up to go home
