"It's almost summer," you beamed, your eyes lighting up as you glanced over at your boyfriend.
He had come over for the afternoon, and, together, you sat in your bedroom, looking out the window.
Liam chuckled at you softly.
"It's January, y/n."
"Oh well." You laughed at yourself slowly, watching Liam's smile.
"Christmas is over, so that means it's summer!"
Liam laughed at your pointless logic, grabbing your wrists, and pulling you into him.
"I do love you, y/n."
"I love you, too." You smiled sweetly, and Liam did something he'd never done before: he pecked your lips.
You sat back, comprehending what just happened.
Liam began to stutter.
"I-I'm sorry, baby, I-uh."
You cut him off by pecking his lips back.
"Baby, huh?"
Liam blushed.
"I like that."
