R: Hey.

M: Hey.

R: How is she? [voice faint]

M: She's not happy, Riley.

R: Is she awake right now?

M: [shakes her head] No. She's asleep.

R: Are you mad?

M: I'd be lying if I said no, Riley. My best friend is hurt because of you.

R: I know. I'm sorry... [voice breaking]

M: I'm not the one you should be saying sorry too. [half hearted chuckle] All she wants you to be is honest. You couldn't even give her that. Now you're flying across the globe not even four months into your relationship...do you even know how she feels? [sighs deeply] You were the last person I would've expected to hurt her like this. I was rooting for you.

R: I love her. You know that...

M: I do. But that's besides the point. The point is that you lied. Now you're gonna leave her like it's nothing at all...

R: I'm not leaving her.

M: Tell that too her then. Because it seems like you are and it's driving her insane. You should've just been truthful.

R: You don't think I know that? [sobbing]

M: You're her first love, Riley. She's new to all this. She put her heart out on the line because she loves you that much. I've known her long enough to know that she wouldn't just give it up for anyone. That speaks volumes doesn't it? You better step up your game if you intend on being her last. Right now it's not looking good...

M: I'm tired, Riley. If you want to fix things then I suggest you do something. Don't break her heart.

R: I won't. I promise.

M: I hope you're not making promises you can't keep...

R: I'll prove you wrong.

M: Right. Well I'm heading out. Night.
