Mars, Saturn, Neptune, Jupiter and the rest were the children of God. They adhered to his word and listened to his laws. In their silence, they flourished in ways that no human would understand.

This pleased God who was the beginning and the end.

Then Earth was born, and God poured his blessings out. Lush vegetation and deep ocean worlds were gifted; exotic flora and fauna found refuge and happiness in the bosom of Earth.

It's this pouring out of blessings that created an unholy divide between Earth and God. Earth wanted to leave his family and his brothers and appreciate his own beauty alone.

Earth thought he was greater than God, and he was cursed.

God promised pestilences, tsunamis, earthquakes, forest fires, deforestation and disease. Earth laughed wondering how God could ever do that since he was the sole guardian of his soil and sky.

It was then that God created Adam and Eve.
