Air port... new York...

manik and nandu were waiting for the announcement... soon they heard that the flight was ready to aboard... and of course it was their private jet...

manik: i will miss you jannu...he said... while priya patted his head...

priya: mannu come and visit us sometimes ok... and nandu you too... she said while they nodded... manik with a smile and nandu as usual expressionless but there was an approachable aura around her...

manik hugged his jaanu and of course his DJ who was smiling widely as now his jannu would only pay attention to him... nandu also went and hugged them... DJ patted her head affectionately while manik showed a fake smile to his DJ and dragged nandu near himself... while the old couple shook their head in disbelief... they waved at them one last time and went near their plane...

nandu was in awe seeing this... she quickly went in to see more... while manik smiled at her curiosity and followed her...

nandu stood near the sofa with a smile and looked around... while manik made her sit and gave her water...

nandu: mani i still haven't seen everything... she said pouting while manik put the glass near her lips indicating her to drink... while she drank and puffed her cheeks while giving him the glass... he kissed her cheeks smiling while nandu controlled her smile... seeing this manik thought of something and smiled wickedly... as if sensing his plan nandu was about to stand when manik held her hand and pulled her on to the sofa and started tickling her... the plane was full of her giggles...

nandu: mani... stop... please... she said as she even got tears from all the laugh... when the flight attendant came in... she cleared her throat which brought the soon to be love birds out of daze... seeing someone looking at nandu hid in manik's neck feeling embarrassed... while manik smiled and asked the attendant what the problem was...

attendant: sir we are ready to take off and if you need something please call me... she said and went away... while nandu peeked from his chest to see if she was still here or not and looked at manik while manik grinned widely and pecked her nose to which she rubbed her nose... he hugged her close and kissed her head while nandu buried her head in his neck and they stayed like that for some time... and sleep took over them...

manik woke up feeling something hot near him... he looked around to see nothing but still felt hot... weird he thought and was about to get up when he felt some weight on him... he looked to see nandu hugging his waist and keeping her head on his heart... he touched her forehead to see it was burning... he called the attendant hurriedly...

manik: nandu...... get up dreamy... please... he said patting her cheek lightly... the attendant came and checked her condition... she informed that they were reaching Mumbai in less than 20 minutes... and asked manik not to panic...

manik: how can i not panic... i don't care... just make sure we reach the hospital in time or else i will destroy you... he said angrily and seeing nandu not waking up made his anger multiply... while the attendant stood there looking at the floor which was more interesting than her boss...

soon the flight landed and manik lifted nandu in his arms and went directly towards his car... he asked the driver to take him to the hospital...

manik: don't worry dreamy nothing will happen to you... he whispered caressing her hair...

at the hospital... morning...

mukthi stayed for the night there... she bid bye to them and was about to go when she heard a shout...

manik: doctor... he shouted while the nurse came near him and asked him to speak slowly... mukthi saw manik near the door and went near him to see NANDU IN HIS ARMS...

manik: here MY WIFE is not responding and you want me to stay calm... he said glaring at the nurse... listening this mukthi's jaw dropped... abhi came near him and asked the nurse to bring the stretcher... manik carefully put nandu on it and they took her into the ward... while manik rubbed his sweat still looking at the door... mukthi put a hand on his shoulder and turned him around...

mukthi: manik... she said conforming if it was him or not... while manik widened his eyes seeing her here...

manik: mu... mukthi... he said stammering while mukthi glared him hard.... and turned around to go when she saw cabir... ALONG WITH NAVYA...

cabir: manik...? and mu... mukthi... he said stammering seeing mukthi while mukthi's anger tripled seeing them together...

mukthi: wah bhai wah... sab tho bohot busy the na... how come manik is with nandini when he should be in new York with his jannu...and cabir with madhubala when you had some work... she said taunting them but there were slight tears in her eyes... while they just hung their heads down... navya was standing there with a confused expression... soon abhi came out from the ward...

abhi: umm sorry to disturb you... but she is fine its just a fever... and she fainted due to weakness... that's it... he said while manik let a sigh of relief... listening this navya went near them...

navya: who is sick... she asked being confused...

manik: nandini... he said looking at her... while navya widened her eyes...

navya: NANDU!!!... she shouted while the nurse glared at her for shouting to which she said sorry...

manik: haan... he said and made his way towards nandu... while navya had a troubled expression...

cabir: kya huva madhubala... he said looking at her... while kept murmuring something... seeing them still ignore her mukthi went away holding her tears...

navya: this shouldn't have happened.... she murmured...

cabir's pov...

i was going to the canteen checking my notifications when someone tapped my shoulder... i looked at the person who was sooo daring to see..........................................

cabir: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH................ NAVYA... he shouted like a girl seeing a ghost... listening to his shout navya was taken back and lost her balance and fell down... he was looking at her who was blankly looking at him... he was about to go when navya shouted...

navya: ah... its paining... she said catching her leg... while cabir hurriedly looked at her foot to see it absolutely normal... while navya caught his collar and started crying sorry fake crying...

navya: cabir its paining... mujhe lag tha hai we need to go to the hospital... lift me... she said and acted as if rubbing her tears away... while cabir lifted her as she ordered and started going towards his car well it was his fault too anyway... and people were giving weird looks to them...

cabir: *argh navya!!... tum mujhe pagal bana rahi ho... aur tum kitni mooti ho* he thought as he walked...

navya: mujhe aise kyun lag tha hai ki tum ne mujhe mooti bola... she said narrowing her eyes... while cabir gulped and shook his head...

cabir: your as light as a feather... he said well navya humped and rested her head on his shoulder.... this is how they ended up in hospital...........

next day... morning in malhotra mansion....

it was raining .... manik went to the secret room and checked to see if nandu was awake or not... nandu was still sleeping... he put his hand on her neck to see it was still a little hot... sensing something cold on her nandu pulled manik's hand near snuggled in him... she again fell asleep... manik slowly took his hand and went down to bring her water... he came up to see nandu was not in the bed... he looked around with panic filled in his heart... he saw her sitting with an umbrella in the balcony looking at the rain... it was cold outside and she was still sitting out...

nandu: Mumbai ki barish... unexpected as always... she said looking at the rain while manik came near her...

manik: nandu its so cold here and you have a fever... lets go in... its not good for you... he said sternly while nandu pouted but still agreed... they went in... nandu sat on the bed and manik gave her some water and her medicine...

nandu: what happened to me mani... she said taking the medicine... while manik looked at her and sat on the bed too...

manik: you had a high fever and crashed out a whole day... you wouldn't wake up no matter what... he said while nandu's expression changed slightly...

nandu: this shouldn't have happened... she said and phone someone................................
