voice: this is hope hospital.......... how can i help you... she said but her tone was a little careless...

nandu: is Dr. Wilson inactive... she asked in a cold tone...

voice: yes mam... he is free now... may i know who you are... she asked stammering a little hearing the cold voice...

nandu: tell him NM wants to talk... she just completed her sentence when she heard a gasp...

voice: yes... yes mam i will inform him right away... please give me a minute... she said and cut the call...

the receptionist was sitting in her chair and looking at her phone when the telephone rang... she lifted the call lazily and answered it... by the time she cut the call she was sweating severely... the other girl saw her like this and asked her what happened...

receptionist: i really regret lifting the phone... NM was on the line... seems like Dr. Wilson again forgot to turn on his phone after the surgery... she said wiping her sweat while the other girl looked at her in shock...

girl: then what are you waiting for... go and inform him... hurry up... she said while the receptionist ran as if she was running a marathon...

the receptionist reached a glass door on which the words Dr. Wilson was carved beautifully... she pushed the door and entered panting... the person who was previously looking at a file was now looking at her with a frown seeing her taking deep breaths... while he finally got an idea about what it was...

receptionist: doctor............ please....... on your........ phone....... NM........ (whats with today... everyone is making me run... ) she said taking deep breaths as he signaled her to stop...

receptionist: don't you think you shouldn't be saying that... she said raising her brow...

he searched for his phone and turned it on...ping* there was a notification... Nannu just called... he called her back...

nandu was looking at her phone when Manik who had already sat beside her and was about to speak when the phone rang... she smiled sheepishly and answered the call... while Manik felt dejected as he couldn't talk to her... he was sulking with a cute pout while nandu smiled looking at him as it appeared as if he had a tail and ears which were hanging down now... she climbed the bed and back hugged him who was slightly surprised at this but remained silent as she was talking...

nandu: Mr. Charlie Wilson... how many time do I have to tell you to switch on your phone as soon as you are free... she said though coldly, it looked as if she was playfully teasing him and was about to nag about it but was cut by the person himself...

charlie: common nannu i was a little busy reading a case... he said calmly though he too was surprised listening to her talking in full sentences...

nandu: alright... i wanted to inform that... she was about to speak when she was again cut by him only...

charlie: yup you had a fever and crashed out the whole day... navya informed me yesterday it self... nandu listen to me carefully though i have already said it to you... as you may know Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act... This is one type of "mind/body connection." Sorting out the causes of sadness, stress, and anxiety in your life can help you manage your emotional health... i know you try to keep your emotions bottled up by being emotionless... but i think you must have noticed the change in your behavior... it is because of that manik right... he makes you feel what you tried to hide... don't worry its just a little fluctuation of emotion and a common cold... but you need to be a little careful by eating healthy meals and trying to think about.......... happy memories... he said pausing a little and looking at her report from a year back... while nandu just sighed and hugged manik tightly who had no idea what was happening...

nandu: ok charlie... i will call you later... she said and cut the call... without waiting for a reply... while Charlie sighed and muttered...

charlie: back to NM... he muttered and took the other file which he was previously reading...

manik was looking at Nandu who was in a deep thought keeping her chin on his shoulder...

manik: dreamy what happened... he asked poking her cheek lightly while nandu kissed his finger which made him take his hand back with the tips of his ears red... nandu smiled seeing this... she could never get enough of this...

nandu: mani if i ever wanted to tell you something will you listen to me... she asked looking at him straight in his eyes... Manik felt the seriousness and answered truthfully...

manik: if you ever have something to say i will be willing to listen to anything... he said while nandu broke into a beautiful smile and pecked his lips...

nandu: i just love you soo much... she said again kissing him while his ears turned red in embarrassment... he looked at her in a challenging way while she just smirked on the inside while appeared fearful on the outside trying to guess his plan...

manik started tickling her who was now laughing hard...

nandu: mani.... please stop..... she said trying hard to talk...

manik: accha say manik is the most daring and handsome man in the world... he said still tickling her...

nandu: mani... is the most..... daring and..... hand.. handsome man.... in the world... she completed as he finally let her go... who now ran to the washroom door...

nandu: which is not true because you made me say it... she said and quickly entered the bathroom closing the door... while manik tried to catch her but failed as he was late...

nandu came out of the washroom wearing a sweatshirt and shorts...

manik was just looking at her being mesmerized... she always had a kind of effect on him though he doesn't admit it... seeing him dazed nandu waved her hand in front on him...

manik: huh... he said coming out of his daze...

nandu: mani tumhe mukthi ke paas jaa na tha na... she would feel bad as you are not spending time with her... she said while manik nodded as he remembered telling her about mukthi's sudden appearance in the hospital... but there was one question... that was how nandu knew mukthi and him so well to tell him to visit her... something was fishy...

manik: nandu how do you know about mukthi... he asked her who was previously smiling but when he asked this her smile dissipated... she paused for a second before answering...

nandu: navya told me... she said not looking at him though manik was convinced with the answer he now had a very strong doubt about it seeing that she wasn't meeting his gaze... manik just hummed and asked nandu to call navya to come over as he was going out... nandu denied at first but manik was firm on his decision... nandu called navya and asked her to come over... only after navya reached the mansion he went out saying to take care...

nandu: offo mani i will take care of myself... she said smiling at his care... while navya got a shock there... as soon as manik left navya dragged an expressionless nandu up...

navya: don't you think you have something to say... she asked while nandu just rolled her eyes and checked her phone... navya became very angry and took her phone in impulse... seeing her phone missing nandu glared navya coldly who though was afraid but didn't show it and looked at nandu straight... nandu sighed and sat on the bed while navya happily sat beside her...

at vardhan mansion...

mukthi was sitting at a corner in her room looking at FAB5's pictures... when outside manik arrived to see cabir parking his car... they both looked at each other and smirked...

manik/cabir: lady hulk hame maaf karooo.... they shouted at a time and ran into the mansion... listening the shout mukthi fisted her hand in anger...

mukthi: aa gaye dono nalayak... ab dek thi hoon ki kaise mujhe manaa the hai... she thought and turned her head when she heard a knock at her door....

mukthi ignored it but the knocking continued... it was as if cabir was playing drums and obviously cabir was hitting the door in a rhythm... mukthi got even more angry and opened the door to shout when she heard a shout...

manik/cabir: SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!! they said at a time with her favorite ice cream and big teddy bear... ( believe it or not but here mukthi likes teddy bears...😉😉😁)

mukthi: ye kaisa gatiya surprise hai... hitting my door until it could break and shouting so my ears will bleed... and oh i have to act surprised right after all the too busy people had finally had time for me... she shouted while manik and cabir smiled sheepishly... then manik started singing following mukthi around... cabir also joined and followed their "mission lady hulk ki maafi"....

finally after spinning them round and round... mukthi sat on the sofa with cabir and manik sitting on her both side and was having her ice cream...

manik: mukku yaar i am sorry na... tujhe pata bhi nahi hai ki mere saath kya kya huva aaj kal... he said while cabir hummed in approval saying mere saath bhi... while mukthi pouted...

mukthi: tum dono na hamesha apne baare me he sooch the ho... tum logoon ko mere life me kya ho raha hai ye kuch bhi nahi pata... she said sniffing her tears back...

manik: arre hum tumhare life me jo kuch bhi ho raha hai woh sab pata hai... like hell... how did you think we will ignore you... you are my baby sis and cabir's lady hulk... right cabir... he said while cabir teased mukthi....

mukthi: but how could you arrange someone to spy on me... she said pouting though she knew the answer already... manik put his hand around her shoulder...

manik: arre this is not called spying... it is called... arre cabir woh kya keh the hai... he said looking at cabir who now stuffed the food he brought into his mouth...

cabir: protahctive nathre... (protective nature...) he said with the food still in his mouth while manik looked at him weirdly... suddenly mukthi screamed loudly....

mukthi: gaade... woh kana mere liya tha... how could you... she said standing up as cabir gulped down the food and was ready to run...

manik: and the lady hulk is back.... he said while mukthi smirked and cabir gulped... they ran around the mansion fighting like kids and manik too joined them soon after... they all sat down panting hard by all that running... mukthi was very happy by all this and that's what they wanted...
