Tristas perspective:

i woke up from my long nap and picked up my phone to look at the time. it was about 9:30 and sense i now wasint tired i put my hair up and my shoes on leaving my apartment. late night walks are always so calming. i walked for awhile before passing the all to familiar skate park as i take a closer look seeing Colby on the bench were we first met as he stared at the stars. i walked towards him self consciously. its like i couldint tell my feet to stop moving. as i got closer the more my stomach turned, i was nervous. more nervous than i have been in a long time. i walk behind him only being a couple feet away. "Colby?" i spoke softly as he turned around quickly. "um hey" he stuttered out looking at the ground. after a slightly akward moment of silence he motioned for me to sit down next to him which i did. "i missed you so much" he whispered playing with his fingers. i sighed and looked at Colby making him look me in the eyes. "i missed you too" i said my voice started to crack. he nodded looking down then his eyes quickly flickered back up to mine making me smile why does he have to be so cute. he smiled back and scooted slightly closer making my checks turn red. "listen Trista, im sorry how i ended things and i want you back and i wont let my overthinking get to me again i promise" he stared at me deeply like he was trying to read my thoughts. i sighed and looked away now looking at the ground "im broke with and without you Cole..." i whispered. as i looked back up to quickly see him wipe a tear from his left eye. i lifted his chin so he looks at me making me slightly smile as he returned the look "Colby, you just have to know that your good enough okay?" i whispered putting my forehead against his. he moved his head slightly and kissed me making it feel like sparks went off inside me. i missed the feeling of his lips on mine, the feeling of his arms wrapping around me. i missed every little thing about him. we pulled away from the kiss as i rested my hand on his check. we talked for awhile and went back to my apartment hand and hand, glad to call Colby Brock my boyfriend once again.
