*The user can negate almost all physical attacks by using the fluff as a shield

*the user can trap opponents by smushing them between tons of fluff

*The user can make structures like stars or rafts out of Fluff

*Makes for a great pillow or place to land on

Weaknesses:
*It burns very easily so someone like Todoroki or Dabi would annihilate them

*It takes stamina to produce

*It has almost no offensive abilities

The user makes a buildings size amount of fluff before suffocating the opponent under it.
