Description:After eating another human the user gains their memories,quirk,and more physical power.

Strengths:

*The user can gain multiple quirks

*Their physical strength and speed will be increased enough to be as strong as a quirk

*They can gain information very easily

*They gain sharper teeth

*this power works on anybody including someone as strong as All Might or All For One

Weaknesses:

*A morally sound person won't be able to use it

*The user must consume half of the users body mass

*Their quirk forced them to kill

*They have no special attributes to start off

Special Attack:Quirk Rush
The user uses all the energy they've taken from their victims shooting it out at their opponent
