Description:Anything the user touches turns into a liquid.

Strengths:
*The user can get through any material by turning it into a liquid

*The user if a villain can instant kill anybody with a touch

*The user can make an object a liquid then turn it back to solid to trap someone

*They can turn debris into a liquid to save people if a hero

Weaknesses:
*It has very little long range capabilities

*Its hard to use non lethally against an opponent since organic parts can't be turned back to a solid

*They need to touch the target to use

*The user uses stamina to turn things into a liquid so they'll pass out if they try to affect a large area

Special Move:Liquid Burial/Coffin
The user touches the ground turning it to a liquid letting the targets fall in before turning it back to a solid trapping or killing their opponent.
