"Hi, we're in Australia!"

"So excited to be here!"

We start taking selfies while Mom calls Abby, because she isn't here on time, again. 

"Melissa, I took my passport case, with my passport and my driver's license, all my credit cards and all my debit cards to the bank, and I came out of the bank. I must've dropped it in the parking lot."

No way.

"Did you go to the bank to see if they have your passport?" Mom asks.

"I'm gonna reach through the phone and choke you. Yes, of course, that's the first place I went!"

I roll my eyes and laugh.

"Well, I'm-I'm just asking because I'm just--"

"I know, but there's where people always ask. They go , "Oh, where did you lose it?' Well, if I knew where I lost it I'd just go and get it! It wouldn't be lost!"

Logic, Abby logic.

"When do you think you'll be here?" Jill asks "On the best case scenario?"

"Thursday morning."

"That's the day of the Astra Awards." Maddie whispers.

"Great." I whisper.

I start taking some pictures of the place as Abby continues arguing with the Moms through the phone, don't they know that they can simply hang up?

"You know we need to make the best of our trip." Jill tells us as soon as they hang up.

"Yay!" JoJo and I exclaim.

"Let's go check in to the hotel."

We take all of our luggage and get in the bus. I sit beside Maddie and start playing some The Sims 4 on my laptop.

After checking in to the hotel, we went to a Studio to rehearse the dance we were performing for the Astra Awards. Maddie was the lead and we were all her backup dancers, I didn't really care, after all she was the one they were interested in. We're just tagged along because why not?

•One Day To The Astra Awards•

We were at the studio rehearsing and Maddie wasn't here today. She had to cover up for Abby on an interview, wonder how that goes. Sadly, the rest of us are stuck in the studio, the backup dancers, yay.

Jessalynn was today a little bit too quiet, she was also talking about some videos, about us talking bad about JoJo in Ireland during the break. 

On my defense, I never said anything about her. To be exact only Nia, and I didn't say anything, the K's did. Maddie also did say only one thing. With the K's I mean Kendall, Kalani, and Kenzie. They were mocking her wit her 'This for free', which I don't find funny at all. After all, I'm well known for disagreeing with my sisters. 

After a while we all went to the Awards stage to finally practice and we met up with Mads there. 

"Freeze." Gianna corrects, "JoJo, you and Kendall with the spacing today. I don't know what's going on. There's no screwups. there's no mess-ups. You can't just be on the wrong spots."

"Gianna is slowly turning into Abby." JoJo whispers.

"Sadly." I add.

Mom's phone rings and Gianna leaves. I decide to do a back-handspring, so I get into the position.

"Be careful!" Kalani yells as I do it.

Without knowing, I almost jump off-stage, but luckily Nia catches me on time. 

"I told you not to move." Gianna says as the Moms walk over to us, "But at least you're okay."

"Are you hurt?" Holly asks as Nia places me on the floor.

As much as I didn't want to say anything, I had to. 

"My leg." I say and sit down on the stage.

"The same one from the other time?" Mom asks and I nod.

I didn't want to be out of the dance, so I convinced everyone that I was fine, even though I actually wasn't, and we went back to rehearsal.

"Let's run through it with the first mark." Gianna tells us and we start dancing.

The song was actually 'Titanium', but to avoid copyright on the show they had to change the song, sad because the song's great. 

"Find your lines."

As we continue dancing, the Moms start talking, they clap when wwe finish and we finally get a break. I run into the bathroom and lock the door. My foot looks kinda swollen, hopefully it will be better by tomorrow. 

•Day Of The Astra Awards•

It wasn't any better.

We were at the last last rehearsal, right before the Awards, and Abby shows up in curlers. Not the first time that she does that, remember season one?

My foot looked worse, but thanks to my sisters and Nia, some makeup helped to hide it. I know this isn't the best time to do this, but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I don't wanna lose it because of something I caused. 

We start dancing and Abby starts correcting us right away. We finish and Abby looks over to Gianna.

"Do you think JoJo's late? Like three times or no?"

"Yes, she was told that twice yesterday." Gianna answers.

"Okay, you're late. Maddie, your corrections." Abby says, "When you're in this piece up here, you really need to look backwards over your shoulder and take the crowd with you to the switch jete."

She continues correcting everyone and we sit down on the floor.

Later we were getting ready.

I take a selfie with Kenz and Mads and then we look over to Abby.

"Girls, this is-- uh, a great opportunity for you all to be on the red carpet. We're hear at the ASTRA Awards in Australia, which is a great honor. They know Sia--"

Wonder why, she's Australian, Abby!

"--They know the success of the Chandelier video--"

I mean, it was seen a couple million times, almost a billion, but it looks like you think Australia is in Mars or something.

"--Featuring Maddie and they wanted her to perform. But as the manager to some of you--"

"Boring 'pep-talk'." Nia whispers.

"Is this even a pep-talk?" I ask.

"According to Abby--" Nia says.

"Yes." We say at the same time and laugh.

"Let's go."

"Ready?" Kenzie asks.

"Better than ever." I say as we leave, "Except my foot."

We go to the Red Carpet, photo, and another photo, and an interview for Abby, another one for Maddie, and Maddie again. 

"Over here."

I walk over to another interviewer.

"Are you looking for Maddie? She's over there--" I say.

"No, I want to talk to you." She says, "I'm Rachelle. First question, what do you think about the success of Dance Moms so far?"

I look over to a bunch of the camera crew, suddenly I remember all about the Hylands, Lukasiaks, Fraziers, etc. I'll get in trouble if I say something bad about it.

"It's been a great experience." I answer, "Yeah, sometimes it can be a little bit too much, but it's all just part of the experience."

"Do you have any projects coming up?"

"Maybe." I say, "I actually have one project that I'm working on right now, but I can't really talk about it."

"That's okay, have any dance projects coming up?"

"No, I'm actually not doing anything dance-related outside of the show at the moment."

"Thank you for answering!"

"No problem!" I say and I walk back to the rest of the girls. 

We get a couple more interviews and we go back to the dressing room to get ready for the dance. It hurts taking off all of the makeup, and I don't mean it because it's painful, but just because I like it. 

We get into the costumes and do all the makeup, Abby gives a 'pep-talk', and we go onstage.

Maddie falls from her turns and I get even more hurt. Great way to end. 

We go back to the dressing room and the producers decide to make it seem like Maddie locked herself in the bathroom and starts crying, but she's actually sitting with us. If you listen to the crying, it sounds nothing like Maddie. 

•Day After•

We all met up at a Wildlife Park, somehow Mom had a boot, and she told me to wear it while we were in Australia and she would take me to a doctor when we got to LA. 

We took a lot of cute pictures with koalas, kangaroos, and a lot more cute animals.

"So what's in store for our girls this week?" Jill asks Abby.

"They are going to be learning a new routine to do in that showcase." Abby answers.

Sounds fun, except that I won't dance this week.

"I just want to say thank you, guys, for no more crazy videos surfacing about you talking about JoJo." Jess says and we all look at her.

"I want you and JoJo both here to know, it wasn't malicious. It was fun." Jill defends, "The felt they were including you in talking about you. They would never mean to hurt your feelings."

Maddie start talking about that too.

~Flashback~

The K's, Maddie, and I were on Ireland for something about the ALDC. Fans were asking us questions and we would answer but all the fun left when they asked about JoJo.

"I get this for fwee." The K's say, clearly mocking JoJo, "And that for fwee, and that for fwee."

Maddie and I look at each other and cover our faces.

What are these girls doing?

"I can be like 'Ooh, I like those shoed and she'll be like 'I got these for free, I can give you some if you want'." Kenzie says as they sit down.

"I've known JoJo the longest out of all of us. I met her at Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition, so imagine living with a big ball of fire that's always on, literally everyday." Kalani says.

"Even if you pour water in her, she won't shut up." Kendall adds and I look at her disappointed.

I take my microphone.

"Rude." I tell her and the fans laugh.

Kalani continues talking about her and Maddie asks Kenzie for a microphone, but she doesn't give it to her, so she asks Kalani and takes it.

"Well, that's all of the negative." Maddie starts, "But let's go with the positive, we love her so much."

"She's so sweet." I continue, "She's hilarious, she makes us laugh like all of the time, we love her."

Even though Mads and I both tried to get them to stop, they just did not care. 

~Present Day~

We all go to the studio afterwards and i just sit on the back while the girls practice their number. After a while I decide to go watch Nia and JoJo as they practice their performance with Mikey. Luckily, Holly and Jess had no problem with letting me stay there, let me just say that everything was a thousand times better there.

•One Day To The Event•

Same thing today, me just watching the rest practice and being yelled at, the other half of the time was me watching as the other two get praised by everything. Two completely different people.

After some time Nia and JoJo were going to another studio so we said goodbyes and they left. That only left me one more place to be, outside. 

I sit on a bench beside the studio and take out my phone. In general, it was just another boring day here in Australia.

Why did I have to get hurt again?

•Day Of The Event•

I was on my phone as the girls performed their number, 'Mad Max". I was actually watching Nia's performance, it just looks so fun there. I don't like all of this division, but they asked for it, I think even the girls, they shouldn't have talked bad about JoJo, now it's just going to affect them. 

What can I do? Sit back and hope I can dance next week.
