Zane woke up hitting his head on the top bunk. "Oh, sleeping in. You're gonna be late for training." Jay said.

"Oh, how come no one awakened me?" Zane asked confused.

"We didn't think you wanted us to. You looked like you were having some dream." Kai shrugged.

"How do I know this isn't a dream—" Zane said but got cut off by getting hit by a pillow.

"Does that feel like a dream?" Cole asked after hitting him.

"No. Thank you for your help" Zane thanked him. His fellow ninja laughed. Zane was confused again.

The ninja walked onto the deck and saw Y/n training.

"Hey sis!" Jay waved at her. She paused her training and walked to her brother.

"Hey bro, why are you guys so late?" She asked and Jay motioned to Zane.

"Zane had a... A dream?" Jay asked himself

"Yeah, he had a dream." Cole confirmed. Y/n nods and went back to training.

"Hehe. Little slow today, huh? What exactly did you dream about?" Kai asked Zane.

 "I saw the Falcon again."

"Whoa. Zane, every time you see that bird, something big happens. First, it lead you to the secret tree house." Jay said.

"Then it lead you to the Bounty." Cole continued.

Sensei Wu walked towards his students and wanted to start his lesson.

"All right. Stretches. First, the Swooping Crane." He turned around to show the stretch to the boys.

"This time, it showed me the Green Ninja." Zane whispered while doing the stretches.

"The green ninja?" Jay, Kai and Cole exclaimed. They all stood in shocked positions as Wu noticed they were not paying attention.

"That looks like the Shocked Monkey. Bad form, more focus." Wu said and turned around to continue. Y/n laughed at that while doing her own training.

"You can't just drop a bomb like that. Spill the beans." Jay whispered.

"Yeah, what else did you see?" Kai agreed.

"He was fighting Lord Garmadon." Zane whispered again.

"That's what the prophecy said. That the Green Ninja would defeat the Dark Lord. But did you have a chance to see which one of us was him?" Kai whispered.

"Yeah.." Cole and Jay agreed.

"I could not tell. He shared attributes each of us possess." Zane said as Sensei Wu went to the next stretch.

"Now, Pinching Crab." He said and went into another pose.

"Well, tell us everything. And don't spare any details. There has to be a clue that tells us which one of us is gonna be the Green Nin—" Kai said but got cut off by Sensei Wu who was pulling his hair. "Ow, ow, ow! Hey!"

Y/n saw it happening from a distance and laughed, Kai shot her a glare.

"What was so important to ignore my teachings?" Sensei Wu said after letting go of Kai's hair.

"Uh, nothing." Kai quickly lied.

"It was nothing, Sensei." Jay lied as well.

"Yeah, we don't talk while you teach." Cole said.

"Everyone was paying attention." Zane lied along.

"Since you all appear to be lacking in focus, then you can all share in the punishment." Sensei Wu said and Y/n laughed again.

"What?" Kai shouted. "Punishment?" Jay asked.

"It was all Zane." Cole lied again.

"I was merely answering their questions." Zane said honestly.

"No free time and no video games. The rest of the day can be used for training. And tomorrow, for that matter." Sensei Wu said.

"Training? For how long?" Kai asked.

"Until you can answer this simple riddle: what is the best way to defeat an enemy?" Wu said and slowly started to walk away.

"Easy, with a sword!"

"Your fists!"

"Spinjitzu!"

"Tornado of creation?"

"Pace yourselves. You have a lot of training ahead of you. Make sure you sharpen your mind as well as your Spinjitzu." He answered and walked past Y/n, "Y/n, this riddle is also for you."

"What riddle?" She asked.

"What is the best way to defeat your enemy?"

"Easy, make them your friend." She answered like it was the easiest thing in the world.

"Correct," Sensei Wu smiled proudly, "Don't tell the boys, they'll have to figure it out by themselves."

Y/n nodded and started to make her way towards Nya.

"Ugh. What's the best way to defeat an enemy? It could be anything, ugh!" Cole grunted.

"Come on, guys, we're smart. We can figure this out." Jay said as they began their training.

"Yeah, but let's hear more about this dream." Kai said.

"Let me just say, the Green Ninja is awesome." Zane stated.

Later

"With his fist on fire.." Zane told his fellow ninja boys and they all muttered something like "Whoahh.."

"So I'm the green ninja.." Kai gasped.

"What are you talking about? He had incredible strength to lift that cargo and save his life. It's me." Cole complained.

"I think you're all missing the point of this dream. The point is the Falcon flew on his arm and it was my dream, so naturally it's me." Zane stated.

"I think we can cross Cole and Y/n off the list. I could've lifted ten times—" Jay said but got cut of by Cole.

"Whoa, cross me off the list? Anyone can hold nunchucks." Cole whined.

"And Y/n? Can we cross her off that easily?" He continued.

"There was nothing in my dream that looked like something from her or about her.." Zane muttered.

"So cross Y/n off the list." Jay stated.

"I guess.." Kai shrugged.

"And cross Cole off the list." Jay continued.

"No- no, no, no no!" Cole whined.

"Since you are not training, you must have already found the answer to my riddle. What is the best way to defeat your enemy?" Sensei Wu said once he was back to the ninja.

"Uh, the best way to defeat your enemy is to...train, Sensei?" Kai asked.

"Feeble and incorrect. Maybe more training will help you focus. Remember what happened to your vehicles when you lost focus. A razor-sharp weapon is an extension of a razor-sharp mind." Sensei Wu said as he walked back inside, hearing the ninja groan.

"How am I supposed to focus when we don't know who the Green Ninja is?" Jay whined.

"I don't want to be training all day. Let's work together on this riddle. We can figure it out." Cole said as he walked back inside.

Later.

The ninja, except Y/n, were training again. Since they still haven't found the answer to the riddle.

"Anyone got a solution to Sensei's riddle?" Cole asked.

"It can't be that hard. What's the best way to defeat an enemy?" Jay said as he kept on training.

"Zane, you're smart. What is it?" Kai asked Zane.

"I do not know, but I sense that Sensei is going to keep us here if we don't work together and find an answer." Zane answered.

"That bothers me, because while we're here working, that means the enemy is playing." Cole said.

"Maybe Y/n knows it.." Jay muttered.

"I don't think so," Kai said, "She's... She doesn't.. She can't.." He trailed off while he was punching the punching bag.

"Are you saying she is dumb?" Cole asked Kai.

"No- That's not what I'm saying!" Kai sneered.

"We could just ask." Zane stated, while trying to calm down Kai.

"Ha, we're not going to do that, we can figure it out by ourselves." Jay snickered.

Some time later.

Kai's, Zane's, Jay's and Cole's heads pop up behind the door of the room Sensei Wu is in.

"Oh. You must have found the answer to what is the best way to defeat an enemy." He said.

"We have, Sensei. It's—On three, guys. One, two..." Cole counted down.

"Teamwork!" They all exclaimed.

"Is this what you all think?" Wu asked.

"Yeah." Cole stated.

"Sadly, you're all wrong."

The ninja groan as they walk away.

"I'm starting to think whoever figures out this riddle can be the Green Ninja for all I care." Cole said.

"Well, all except Y/n." Sensei snickered behind them.

"Y/n knows the answer?" "Can she be the green ninja?" Zane and Cole asked at the same time.

"Told you." Jay nudged Kai, who groaned.

"I didn-" Kai started but got cut off by an alarm.

"What's that?" Jay asked.

"Who cares? It's something else besides training." Kai said and they ran towards Nya, who was with Y/n. "Break it down for me, sis." Kai said to his sister.

"Lloyd and a Serpentine have overtaken Darkley's Boarding School for Bad Boys." Nya informed the boys.

"That place is cesspool for the crooked and the misbehaved." Jay said.

"Well, doesn't mean they don't need our help. Step on it." Cole said and Zane pushed the button to fly.

As the bounty powers up to fly, the ninja gather and cry out. "Ninja, go!"

When the bounty is at the school, Zane looks over the railing. "Looks quiet down there. Should we infiltrate using stealth?" He asked.

"Ah, we've done that. What about using our Golden Weapons that turn into our vehicles?" Kai whispered.

"I don't have a golden weapon." Y/n whispered back.

"So what?" Kai asked angrily.

"You know what!" Y/n replied.

"Guys, shut up!" Jay shouted.

"I'm still working out the kinks on that. Anyone have any other good ideas?" Cole asked.

"Hmm. Well, I have one idea, but you guys gotta trust me." Jay whispered.

"Oh, I don't think I like the sound of this." Kai shook his head.

The ninja are all standing on the anchor of the ship.

"Jay, I don't know about this." Kai shouted.

"This is a terrible idea!" Y/n screamed.

"Just hold on tight!" Jay replied and signals to Nya to drop them.

Everyone screamed as the anchor fell down, falling through the roof of the school. They coughed as they finally stopped falling.

"Okay, let's agree to never do that again." Cole said as he cuts the rope the students were tied in. "Stay out of school, kids. Well, well, well. Krunchal and Nuckal. Substitute teachers, eh? If we cut you down, we better not catch you hang around Ninjago again. Or else." Cole said and cuts the ropes they were in as well. Krunchal and Nuckal run away as fast as possible. Y/n shook her head.

"He's on the top floor. Let's get him." Kai points at Lloyd.

"Ninja, go!" Everyone started to make their way to the top floor, with Y/n and Jay in the elevator.

Kai and Zane are at the top floor. They open the door and they get stuck in some slime-like object.

"Ugh!" Kai groaned.

"I can't move." Zane said as he tries to move. Pythor laughed at the sight.

Cole climbed the chain of the anchor, reaching Pythor. Pythor used a rope underneath to let Cole fall.

Y/n and Jay run out the elevator and see Cole laying on the ground, coughing. "He's got a Serpentine with him. Watch out for booby traps!" He said as Y/n helped him to his feet.

"Ah, that's one big snake." Jay screeched as he saw Pythor.

"They're coming. They're coming. They're coming!" Lloyd kept on repeating while running around. Pythor went back to Lloyd and when he was on the roof, he closed the the hole in the roof.

Bad luck for them, Jay still jumped onto the roof, followed by Y/n.

"Shocked to see me?" He asked.

"Was that a pun?" Y/n asked and raised an eyebrow.

"Do something!" Lloyd shouted. Pythor chuckled and takes Lloyd's map.

"Wh-what are you doing? I thought you were my friend." Lloyd cried out.

"All you wanted was to make the Serpentine your slave. Well, sorry, my dear boy, I have other plans." Pythor replied. He dissapeared and Jay started to walk towards Lloyd. Lloyd tried to run away. He searched for his way out, but he could only jump down.  He searched for another way to run away, but Y/n stood in his way. "Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon, you come here right now." Sensei wu said as the rest of the ninja gather at the roof.

"I got him." Y/n said as she picked up Lloyd.

"Whoa! Hey, let me go!" Lloyd tried to make his way out of her grip.

"What should we do with him? Wash his mouth out with soap for a year?" Cole asked.

"Ground him indefinitely?" Kai asked.

"Have him sit in a corner for a century?" Zane asked.

"You guys are so bad with children." Y/n said as she gave Lloyd to Wu.

"I know exactly what we must do." He stated and Lloyd gulped.

Evening.

Sensei Wu was reading a story to Lloyd, who was lying on Wu's bed, next to Sensei Wu stood Y/n. The other ninja were watching them from the doorway, with angry faces.

"And that is why Jack the Rabbit never trusts a snake. The end." Sensei Wu finished reading the story.

"Oh, if my dad had read me that book, I would never have made that mistake. I'm sorry, uncle." Lloyd apologised.

"Oh, you do not need to apologize. I am sure that if your father was still here, it would be the first book he'd read. Good night, nephew. Sweet dreams." Wu finished and walked away. The ninja made their way out the doorway fast.

"Ah, good night, uncle." Lloyd said lastly.

"You're gonna be okay." Y/n told him and smiled.

"At least you're not like the other ninja, they want to punish me." Lloyd smiled sadly.

"Yeah, I know. They can be a pain in the ass. But I'm getting used to it."

"What do you mean by, They can be a pain in the ass? How long have you known them?"

"Well, the blue one, Jay, is my brother. So I've known him for a pretty long time." She laughed. "He talks a lot. But, so do my parents." She sighed. "The white one is Zane, he is nice, but a bit weird. The red one is Kai and hotheated, he gets angry fast, mostly on me." Y/n laughed again.

"The black one, Cole, is kind of the leader, I think." She doesn't really know what to say. "He is... Yeah, he is cool, loves cake. I don't really know what to say." Lloyd nods.

"Go have some sleep, you must be tired." Y/n said before standing up.

"Goodnight Y/n." He smiled before turning around to sleep.

"Goodnight Lloyd." She replied and walked away, only to find the ninja standing in the doorway, watching Lloyd sleeping.

Y/n smirked and Jay raised an eyebrow. "Finally found the answer?" She asked.

"Uh, yeah. Found out by ourselves." Kai lied.

"You gotta learn to lie, Kai." She shook her head playfully and walked away.
