Comforts you to the best of her ability and suggests buying it now or waiting until the price lowers a bit

Might even offer to help pay for it if the pre-order was drastically cheaper than the regular price

Checks with people she knows are into gaming (Genji, D.Va, Lucio, Mei, etc) to see if they know about the game or if they bought an extra copy or something

Luckily, D.Va tends to buy extra copies of games, whether to donate or to give away in contests and the like

Even if D.Va offers it to her for free, Mercy will pay the amount of money she spent for it

She'll wrap it all ready in a box that's way too big for a game, then gives it to you as a get better gift

She's very pleased with herself when she sees your surprised expression

Mei

She most likely bought her own copy so she happily offers to let you play it for the time being

In the meantime she checks with her friends if they bought the game or have an extra copy

If they don't, she orders one for you herself

If you try to buy it again before the game is sent, she heavily discourages you from doing so and continues to let you play hers

By the time it gets there, her game is practically yours instead, so instead of giving you the one she ordered, she gives you the one she bought for herself

When you try to protest, she presents the new one and insists that you do so and that she now has a replacement

Zarya

Doesn't quite understand why it's such a big deal (you can still buy the game, though, right??) but she knows you're upset and does her best to fix it

Tries to pull some strings and get the game for you but doesn't really have any luck

In the end, she offers to pay for you to order the game properly

She doesn't give you any option to protest and instead suggests that perhaps you could teach her to play and the two of you could play together
