You walked into the library, looking for your grey headed boyfriend. You knew he spent a lot of time in here so you figured he was here. After a few minutes of wandering around Rakuzan's large library, you finally found him.

He was sitting at a table near the back. You walked over, pulling out a chair and sitting beside of him. He seemed to be into the book he was reading so you didn't say anything, just simply say there and watched him.

He looked up from his book and over to you. He nodded to you as to acknowledge your presence then turned back to his book.

You leaned over to see what he was reading. It was your favorite book. You had lent it too him weeks ago and begged him to read it and here he was, finally reading it. You were internally screaming. This is what your best friend would call your "fangirl moments."

Mayuzumi got up, walking off somewhere in the library. You carefully waited until he was out of sight before picking up the book and flipping to the last page. You had written a note to Mayuzumi in the back before lending it to him. It wasn't anything big, just a little memo saying that you loved him with a smiley face. You wondered if he had seen it yet, probably not.

You heard footsteps getting closer and closer. You quickly opened the book back up to the page he was on. Just as you were placing the book back, Mayuzumi walked back in.

You just sat there with your hands on the book and waited for him to say something. "What are you doing (Y/N)?"

You quickly removed your hands from the book, "I was just..looking at your book."

Mayuzumi gave you a skeptical look before offering his hand to help you up. "Okay. Are you ready to go?" You nodded and took his hand, standing up.

It was silent as you two walked out of the library and towards your house. You were wondering if he had read your note, even if he hadn't finished the book yet. You decided to break the silence and ask. "Did you find my note yet, Chihiro-kun?"

Mayuzumi looked over at you then back ahead of him. He simply nodded as to answer your question. You nodded to yourself as you walked behind him. "Okay."

The rest of the walk to your house was silent. Once you arrived at your house, you turned to give Mayuzumi a hug. "Thanks for walking me home." He holds you in his arms, planting a gentle kiss on your forehead. "You're welcome (Y/N)."

You pulled away from him and began to walk towards your house. As you were walking away, you heard him saying something. Not hearing what it was, you walked back over to him. "What did you say?"

He looked down at you, a slight smile on his face. "By the way, I love you too, (Y/N)."
