People would often label you as cold, introverted, sometimes even gothic. You weren't exactly any of these things. It was just that you didn't exactly like being social with many people and just so happened to like the color black. You didn't fully get the goth part, though the cold part you could understand with the scowl that was almost always on your face. It was even more surprising that you were dating the bubbly, outgoing mode, Kise.

You had promised Kise you would do something with him on the weekend and that's all he could talk about.  Unfortunately, you forgot you had made plans to go to a concert with your cousin that weekend. You almost panicked, wondering what you were going to do, before you realized you and Kise had not made any solid plans yet. So, you decided to ask him if he wanted to go with you to the concert.

After your last class was over, you hurriedly gathered your things and set out to go find Kise. You spotted him standing by the gate, a swarm of girls surrounding him. You quickly went over to him. Once you arrived, all the other girls fled. You smiled to yourself. Maybe being the way you were wasn't so bad.

"Hey, Ryouta," you smiled at him. Kise was one of the few people that got to see this side of you. The "outside of school" you.

He turned around at the sound of your voice and smiled, "(Y/N)-chhi!" He was quick to pull you into a hug and a tight one at that. You grunted from the lack of air and he let go. "Heh, sorry (Y/N)-chhi. You know, we still haven't made plans for this weekend~."

You puffed your cheeks before replying. "I know. I was wondering if you would want to go with a concert with me and my cousin?" you asked kind of nervously. You weren't sure if Kise would like it, but you were going to ask anyways. The silence killed you as you walked towards your house with Kise. After a few minutes, Kise responded to your question.

"Sure (Y/N)-chhi!" he smiled brightly, wrapping an arm around your waist. You looked at him skeptically, "Are you sure Ryouta?" His smile faded as he started to pout. "You asked me to go and now you don't even want me to go. So mean ssu~."

You shook your head quickly and tried to stop him from pouting. "No, that's not it. I'm just..worried is all." You smiled at him before turning back around only to see you were already at you're house. "Thanks for walking me home Ryouta. I'll see you tomorrow, okay?"

He gave you one last hug and a kiss before turning to leave. "See you! And I'll be fine tomorrow, (Y/N)-chhi."

-the next day-

You sat in the passenger side of your cousins car as he pulled to a stop in front of Kise's house. You quickly hopped out to go retrieve Kise.  "Hurry or we'll be late," your cousin yelled at you.

You just shrugged then proceeded to knock on the door. You were greeted by one of Kise's sisters. "Oh, hey (Y/N)-chan. Ryou is just upstairs. I'll get him for you." She quickly ran upstairs and soon after, Kise came running down the stairs, almost tripping once.  "Careful," you warned. Kise just smiled at you then grabbed your hand and ran out the door. "Bye!" he yelled to his sister. She waved as you two climbed into the small black car.

During the ride there, you prepped Kise on what it would be like and what to expect. He had been oh-so confident until everyone got out of the car at the venue. He grabbed your hand, holding it tightly. He leaned down and whispered to you, "(Y/N)-chhi. This looks dangerous. Maybe we should just see a movie."

You shook your head with smile and pulled him along through the many crowds of people. He really stood out, like a sunflower in a field of roses.  But this was a place where everyone belongs. Where the music is what connects everyone.  You pulled Kise right to the middle of the arena while your cousin went off somewhere on his own.

When the band started playing the first song, everyone went crazy. Now, this wasn't your basic concert with just screaming and yelling and posters. This was full on crazy. Most people were headbanging along with the band, some just jumping around, others doing their own thing. Then, there were the mosh pits.

Oh, the mosh pits. Probably the most dangerous thing about some concerts. You had only been in one in your life, and it was pretty violent. You leaned over to Kise to warn him, "Ryouta! I want you to stay away from the mosh pits, okay?"

He gave you a slightly confused look as you guessed he didn't hear you. You just shook it off and decided to keep him close to you. All night you were jumping around, headbanging, and you even caught Kise smiling and nodding along to the music. By the time the concert was over, you could hardly make it back to the car. Your feet were killing you as was everything else. Even Kise looked drained, despite his athletic self.

During the car ride home, Kise asked a question you thought he never would.

"When can we go to another one of your concerts (Y/N)-chhi?"
