Aomine Daiki

"Fuck this! I give up."

Your sudden outburst caused looks from people passing by. You had been trying to ride your brothers old skateboard for at least an hour now. This was about the tenth time you had fallen while Aomine just sat, watching you.

"I told you to just give up after the first four times," he added. You glared at him, making him throw his hands into the air. "Just saying."

You huffed, picking up the skateboard and walking over to Aomine. You say beside of him on the bench, laying your head on his shoulder. He wrapped his arm around you and pulled you closer.

"You should show me how to do this," you mumbled. You looked up to see Aomine looking at you with a smirk.

"What if I can't?" he asked. You just shrugged, handing him the skateboard. He sighed before getting up and placing the skateboard on the ground.

"Watch and learn," he said before pushing off and making his way down the pathway. You snorted, throwing your head back and rolling your eyes.

"Doesn't know how to ride a skateboard my ass," you muttered. You looked up just in time to see Aomine do a kick flip right in front of you.

"Wow, show off much?" you spat at him. He smirked, pulling you into a hug.

"I try," he said. You rolled your eyes once again before pushing him off you and grabbing the skateboard. You tried once again, but failed. You watched as Aomine came over, pulling you from the ground and retrieving the skateboard.

He picked you up and placed you on the skateboard carefully. "Look, you have to find your balance first." He placed his hands on your hips, making you stiffen a bit. You heard him chuckle, but you chose to ignore it.

"Don't lean back," he scolded. You tried to lean forward, but it didn't work. You felt Aomine push you forward forcefully, causing the skateboard roll and you to fall. You readied yourself for the blow, but it never came. Instead, you were safely wrapped in Aomine's arms.

"That's what happens when you lean back," he choked out. He was trying to hold back his laughter while you were getting upset. You hit him in the arm and went to pick up the skateboard.

"I'm done with this. I'll just try this later or never," you said as you were walking off. Aomine quickly ran over to you, scooping you up into his arms and taking you back to where you were attempting to ride the skateboard.

"Listen, I'll make a deal with you. If you can ride the skateboard, I won't read any of my magazines for the rest of the year." You looked at him, your mouth open in shock. A whole 8 months. You doubted he would seriously go through with it though.

"But if you can't do it without falling, you buy me all my magazines for the rest of the year," he added. You thought about it. He knew you didn't like him reading those magazines so buying them for him would be hell and he knew it.

You decided to go with the bet. You were feeling confident even if you hadn't been able to do it all evening. This time you were going to do it.

You placed the skateboard on the path and placed one foot on it. With the other, you pushed off. You remembered not to lean backwards or forwards too much. Before you realized it, you were riding the skateboard with no problems. Only one thing, you couldn't stop.

It wasn't that you didn't know how, it was that you couldn't. You eased your foot towards the back of the board, but ended up falling. This fall was worse than all the others. Not only did you fall, but you slid across the ground as well. After you stopped moving, you slowly sat up.

You could feel the blood trickling down the side of your face and also on your arm. Aomine was smiling in the distance, until he got closer. Close enough to see blood. His smile was instantly gone and replaced by a look of guilt. He just hoped it wasn't serious.

You reached up to your forehead to where the blood was coming from. 'Just a scratch,' you thought. Aomine rushed over to you and kneeled down to you. "Are you okay, (Y/N)?"

You laughed dryly, coughing a bit as well. "No shit Sherlock." He gave you a look before helping you up. You wiped the blood from your face and smudged it on Aomine's cheek. He reacted instantly.

"What the hell?!" He vigorously wiped at his cheek to get the blood and dirt off. You smirked, looking at him. "That's payback for farting on me last week."

He just shrugged, "I told you to move and you didn't listen. Wasn't my fault." You rolled your eyes at him before slowly running away from him. "Anyways, you lost the bet. So I'm going to go hide all your magazines somewhere you won't find them."

"Oka- wait! No! (Y/N), I was just kidding about that!"

How do you gently tell someone you don't love them anymore? Cause I have no idea and I'm like screwed.
