Athena walked up to her locker and saw Peter and Ned standing next to her locker again. The pep rally was going on, so she was a bit confused about why they were there. "Can I help you guys with something?" Athena asked. 

"I put a tracker on Vulture. When he comes around again we'll get him," Peter informed and Athena nodded as she opened her locker and started putting her books away. 

"We're going to watch the tracker all night tonight. We wanted to invite you," Ned said and Athena looked over at the two of them. They looked like they were really hoping she was going to say yes.

Athena contemplated it, but decided she would agree. "Okay, I'll be there," Athena said and they smiled at her reply. "Really?" Peter asked and Athena nodded. "This is going to be awesome! My first stake out as your Guy In The Chair," Ned said.

*Time Skip to Lunch*

Athena sat down at lunch with MJ and she started talking about a series that she wanted to read. "Oh, wait. You're a superhero right?" MJ asked and Athena gave her a weird look. "What?" Athena asked.

"You're a superhero, right?" MJ asked again and Athena just stared at her. "It's not that hard to figure out. I saw a video about you in the New York fight and you looked familiar. I just put them together," MJ said and Athena hesitantly nodded.

"Okay, but you can't say a word about it to anyone. It will blow my cover," Athena said and MJ shrugged. "I don't exactly have anyone else to tell," MJ said and then paused for a moment. "But that's really cool, though," MJ said.

"Thanks, I guess," Athena said.

"Do you go on missions a lot?" MJ asked and Athena shrugged. "Depends. Due to my age I can't go on as many as I would like," Athena said and MJ kept asking Athena questions about it. 

*After School*

Athena walked up to Ned and Peter, who were waiting for her. "You ready to go?" Peter asked.

"Yeah, lead the way," Athena said and the three of them started their walk to Peter's apartment. "Athena, how long have you been an agent at Shield?" Ned asked.

"Since I was seven, I think," Athena said, not exactly sure if she was right. "Wow. Have you worked with the Avengers?" Ned asked.

"Yeah, a few times," Athena said.

"That's so cool! Are they as cool as they look?" Ned asked and Athena nodded. "Yeah, one hundred percent," Athena said.

Soon enough they approached an apartment building and Peter turned and pressed the buzzer on the wall. Peter then reached for the door and pulled it open. "Is May home?" Ned asked and Peter nodded as he lead the two of them to a staircase.

He walked up to an apartment and unlocked the door. He opened it and held it open for Ned and Athena to walk inside. "Aunt May, I'm home!" Peter yelled into the apartment. "Ok!" A woman's voice coming from the kitchen said.

Then a beautiful brunette woman with glasses came out of the kitchen, Athena assumed that is Peter's aunt. She saw Athena and smiled. "Peter, who's this?" May asked.

"This is Athena," Peter said and May walked up too Athena. "It is so nice to meet you, Athena! I'm May," May introduced and Athena smiled back at her. "It's nice to meet you," Athena said.

"We will be in my room if you need us," Peter said and May nodded as Athen followed Peter and Ned into a hallway. Peter opened the nearest door and went inside, it was a nice room with a bunk bed and a desk. 

Athena sat down on the desk chair and started to slowly spin herself in a circle. "So, what do we do now?" Ned asked.

"We wait. That's the worse part about stakeouts," Athena said as she stopped spinning and grabbed the orb out of her bag and began to study it. "Oh, you have one too?" Ned asked.

"Yeah. Fury was asking for samples of these things, so I grabbed one," Athena said and Ned nodded. 

After what felt like hours of just staring at the orb, she gave up and put the orb back into her backpack. Athena looked up and saw a small hologram with a red dot sitting on a map. The Vulture hasn't left New York yet.

Athena decided to start her homework as a way to kill time. Eventually Athena moved over to the bed so she could get more comfortable. She sat down next to Peter.

By the time Athena finished her homework there was still nothing on the tracker yet. So as a way to keep each other awake, they started to ask each other questions. It was mostly Peter and Ned asking Athena questions. "What goes on at a Shield base?" Ned asked.

"Nothing. I mean, I guess it depends," Athena said.

"What do you mean 'it depends?'" Peter asked.

"Technically, Shield is only supposed to be a place to get missions and train. Sometimes things get a bit out of hand, like the fight in New York," Athena said.

"Oh, you were there for the fight in New York?" Ned asked.

"Yeah," Athena said as she started to put her textbooks into her bag. "You said that you have been there since you were seven, why?" Ned asked and Athena thought about for a moment. She couldn't remember why. "I don't really know. I don't remember a lot from that time," Athena said.

Ned was about to ask another question when he was interrupted by the beep of the tracker. They all looked at the tracker. "He's heading to Washington D.C." Athena said.

"Guess who else is going to Washington D.C. The Decathlon team," Ned said.

"Maybe I should join the Decathlon team," Athena said and they looked at her. "I can help you guys out if I come with, so if I join the Decathlon team, I can help," Athena explained.

"That's a good idea. The last time I tried to take him down, I was thrown into a lake," Peter said.

Athena listened to Peter and Ned's plans while she started to fall asleep.

Athena woke up with arms wrapped around her waist. Athena looked behind her and saw Peter sleeping. Athena tried to move out of his grasp without waking him up. She got off the bed, successfully doing so without waking Peter. 

She moved over to her bag and saw the time on her phone. It was seven, which means they had less than an hour to get ready. "Hey, guys, wake up," Athena said and she saw them steer for a moment. "We have school soon," Athena said and they finally woke up.

"What?" Ned asked, not hearing what Athena said a few seconds before. "We have school soon," Athena said and they sat up and started to get ready.

Soon enough they were all ready to go. They left the apartment and headed to school. 

Within fifteen minutes they arrived to school with barely five minutes to spare.
