So me and  @Thomaslopezlll and @fireBREATHBOY Combined and created these new moves for Izuku

Detroit smash wave:
Using his limt of Ofa *which is 5% but he will get to upgrade it more during his train with one of the pro heros* he can use one for all on his DT sword and using a Dt blade wave he can now transform it into the Detroit smash wave where it will make the slash of the attack more stronger and faster and much more adurable

Determination laser:

After his training with one of the pro hero's his max limit of ofa is 20% and now using his knife
he can transform his attack know as DT explosion into DT laser were if he uses his limit of 20%
he then stabs his knife into the ground and causes instead of an explosion it cause a laser made out of DT itself to come out of the ground.

Determination arrows:
swing his sword around and if he concentrates hard enough he can shape them into arrows and able to bend them with his fingers.

and combining 20% of ofa and hasta blasters

The first one is call gaster destroyer:
it's a one hit and one chance blast that will do extreme damage ( kinda like his 1'000'000 punch),

Here what it would look like

*Pretend that sans is Izuku*

the second one is him making as many gaster blasters as he can and he lets it spin
around in a circle and by making it spin faster with ofa and letting the GB (gaster blasters)
you can call it gaster barrage.

Here's what it looks like:

*Instead of sans it's Izuku and the blaster are spinning faster with Green lighting aka Ofa*

Hate Smash:
Using the hate with a normal detroit smash, He can do a one shot punch that will do alot of damage, But his arm that use be used will be very broken.

Here's what it looks like

*Pretend that instead of chara it's Izuku and his fist have a little dark aura with them*
