Gone

Sophie's pov

Iwalked out into the pastures of Havenfield humming a tune to try and take my mind of that terrifying nightmare I had woken too. I had finally fell asleep as the sun was rising but woke again sweating and panting from the most suffocating nightmares. I then had hidden my bags again with concealer.
I wore a fake smile that I had been practicing in the mirror it was actually pretty convincing it had already fooled Edaline and Grady. But, as she got closer to the panakes tree she new she couldn't fool the blonde boy who was drawing under the branches.

"Morning foster" keefe spoke. Standing to hug me he held me close and I felt most of my worries melt away. I smiled a real smile as I kissed his cheek which made him blush.
"You're right making people blush is fun" I said in a teasing tone.
He chuckled and smirked "I know foster,
"How's Elysian doing?" He asked.
"Pretty good you know we're getting to be close friends"
He nodded.
"You don't trust her yet do you?" I asked.
"Don't let that stop you from your friendship foster" he spoke softly.

"SOPHIE I NEED A LITTLE HELP WHIN AND LUNA GOT INTO THE GORODON PEN AGAIN !!"

Sophie and keefe laughed and ran of to help Grady.

"Im gonna go get some more fencing tools" I said smiling. I ran off to find the tools we keep in the back of the pastures. I entered the wooden hut and clapped my hands to turn the lights on but instead of just tools in the shed the light illuminated there was also a cloaked figure with a eye on the sleeve.
The last thing I remembered was a hand and the sweet smell of sedatives and someone whispering "The great Moonlark fails to save herself once again" the voice was so familiar yet she couldn't  place it as she used her last bit of strength to pull the panicked switch in hopes that someone would save her as she faded into the darkness.
