"SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THAT AND YOU KNOW IT!" I yelled at him.

"Ms foster may not deserve it but I know for a fact that she will accept it." He replied calmly.

"I DON'T CARE IF SHE WILL "ACCEPT" IT! SHE HAS ALREADY BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH AND SHE HAS COME SO FAR. YOU CANT JUST DO THAT TO HER AND THE PEOPLE WHO TRULY LOVE HER. DON'T YOU GET IT?"

"YOU KNOW WHAT, I DO UNDERSTAND. AND DO YOU KNOW WHY? I LOVE HER! SHE IS LIKE A DAUGHTER TO ME. AND EVERY TIME I THINK ABOUT THE PLAN IT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH WITH GUILT!" He yelled his voice raw with emotion.

I watched as tears flowed down his face and I pulled him into a shaky hug.

"She really connected with everyone better than  I expected he whispered. But eventually something has to change, something has to bring everyone together.  And that something is the Moonlark and we both know it all too well."
