One Christmas, I was so fixated on was the planets!  Understandstable, as I love astronomy and stargazing! I thing I remember asking for Saturn for Christmas! And on Christmas morning I walk up to many different stuff but what I remember a mobile that would glow in the dark! It had the sun in the middle and in order where the planets, it even had Pluto in it. It the time it was a planet....now it is a dwarf planet! The idea that its status had changed was a little triggering at the time! When I got that mobile it was a planet and that was also what I was taught in school, when you were not praying nor going mass! ( something I loved to hate). As I remeber astronomy and some extra reading - and writing were the only things in school,that i remember as useful! Forget about math, gym was at that time a female dog! The back story of gym was that I wasn't for team sports at the time and I did not like the exercises! When I was younger up until now I wasn't one to even look at sports!
Like I may have said I was an intellectual and a dreamer who was always living in their head! If I wasn't day dreaming as I kid I was in the library reading (get this) psychology and law books as well as FBI training manuals! Yes I am that smart but still did not understand flipping math! I will tell you way I was constantly at the library was the fact that dim witted kids like to torture the smart kids, effectively putting me in the half- bad land! There will be more stories about this later on! But any way the mobile was got me interested in more advanced astronomy! As I remember that I was reading Carl Sagan when I was in 5th grade! Not a jock - so you can see that was to far to believe the psychology and law books years later!
As I grew up the mobile was still in a special place in my heart and It was falling apart! That was the sad part......
But as the years went on I got more astronomy related stuff! Most notably, was that I asked for the sun's heartbeat: a book for Christmas and my mother spent 3 months in the hospital.....during which time I received the book the suns heartbeat! And I was saving it for a good and quiet time to read that book! As well as a subscription to the magazine sky news which was astronomy! I loved that magazine!
I loved learning as a kid and still do as an adult..... sometimes to the point that I will end up in sh*t! I don't know how many times I was told even as an adult that something was unsafe for work or life and yet I would look into it and still get in crap! All to learn and gain knowledge.....I know I am able to put boundaries on my knowledge seaking! If it is not on the surface web or in book format, the fluff it....i don't dig deeper! How many times did I learn that as I kid. I learn a lot of stuff for YouTube and sometimes the internet! But that is pushing it so I hoard books to have the world at my fingertips tips! The internet is for me just a place put my creativity out there for other people to dump on (comment)!
I and since being on Facebook my ( not getting my Facebook) I was able to to find other ways to be creative and post it with out getting in sh*t!
