"IZZZZAAAAAAYAAAAAA!!!!!!" The info broker ran through the streets, pursued by his nemesis. Izaya smirked at the strong reaction he was able to get from the monster.

"Oh, come now, Shizu-chan," the raven teased. "It was a simple little test of mind. No need to get upset over it." Izaya quickly dodged the stop sign as it was flung at him from behind.

"You call bringing up my brother a simple little TEST!?" Shizuo grabbed the nearest street sign and was preparing to throw it when Izaya's vision started to blur.

Izaya briefly faltered in his steps, causing him to stumble. Luckily, the sign flew over him and missed. Taking a brief moment to recover, Izaya quickly dashed down the maze of alleyways that he knew by heart. Before he knew it, Shizuo was off his tail and out of sight.

Releasing a sigh of relief, Izaya leaned against a wall and quickly rubbed his eyes. The fuzziness was still there, but only for a moment.

"Of all the times to happen," he muttered to himself as he started walking home. "I'm lucky Shizu-chan didn't hit me with that street sign."
