We were in the common room sending out our owls for where the D.A were going to meet up.

"Any more of these and I might chop off my hand." I told my brother and sending Athena on her last letter.

"We're all done and set for tomorrow." Harry said. "Everyone get some sleep."

Everyone went to bed and I stayed with Harry.

"What is it?"

"I have no idea what I'm going to teach tomorrow." Harry repiled.

"Go and get dad's cloak. We're going to have a bit of practice before tomorrow, just to calm your nerves."

Harry smiled and we went upstairs and grabbed our things. I placed my wand in my sleeve of my sweater as I went back down and met Harry at the entrace. It was already nightfall adn well past curfew, Harry placed the clock over us and we went to the room of requirement. Harry drop the clock on the ground and we went to the middle of the room.

"Alright." I turned to me brother. "It's the first day, everyone is here gather in the cetner." I gesture around. "What are we learning first."

"Um..." He looked around trying to think. "We could learn how to disarm."

"Alrigth let's try it out."

"If only we had...." we heard a noise the room was making. I turned and suddenly there was a dummy that we could use for target practice.

"I love this room." I told him.

"Okay." Harry walk over and stood besied me. "Um..."

"You're going to be fine Harry."

He nodded. "Okay so, the first thing is how to flourish." I nodded and grabbed my wand out. "Concentrate and then... Expelliarmus." the wand from the dummy flew out.

We both smiled as Harry went over and plae the stick back. "Got it?"

I nodded. "I think so." I remembered my brother's movement and took a deep breathe. Concenrate. "Expelliarmus!" I watch as the dummy flew back and hit the wall. "Oops."

"That can happen." Harry said as the dumy came back. "Just need to practice."

"Once more?" I ask. "Before we head off to bed?"

He gave me a smile and nodded. "Just don't try grip your wand tight, but not too lose either."

I took a deep breathe, relax, and held my wnad out. "Expelliarmus." the wand came flying out of the dummy's hand and I smiled.

"Excellent Davina."

"See you do make a great teacher." I told him.

"Alright." he said as we walk back. "Let's get back before Filch sees us."

"Or any of the Slytherin prefects."

"Wonder which one would actually love to take away our house pionts."

We look at each other.

"Malfoy." we agreed on.

We got back under the cloak and headed back to the dormintory. I got into bed and was ready for this. We weren't going to be defendless, Voldemort won't win. That was guarentee.

"Now, stunning is one of the most...." Harry went on. I was by Nigel as he look really scared.

"You'll be great Nigel." I whispered to him.

He look at me and gave me a small smile.

"Alright Nigel give it your best shot." Harry said as he held his arms out ready for Nigel's stun.

Nigel still look terrified and look at me as I gave him a small nod of encouragement. He swung his arm forward.

"Stupefdy." he shouted sending him and Harry back. I closed my eyes for a slip second then seeing Harry and Nigel land on their backs.

"Good. Well done Nigel."

I went over to Nigel and help him up on his feet. "You okay?"

He nodded as I walk him over to stand with everyone else.

After a while everyone started to go. Then it was Ron ans Hermione's turn.

"Hermione got this don't you think?" Ginny whispreed to me.

"Definitely, Ron better think fast."

We watch as they waited and Hermione was the frist to cast the spell, sending Ron flying back. We went over to Hermione who was surrounded by the other girls as we laughed and smiled.

"Alright." Harry said bring us back.

"Any one else like to see the Potter sibling go at it with no funny business?" Fred chimed in.

I rolled my eyes as Harry smiled a bit and look at me. Everyone jump in and Harry and I guess we had no choice.

"Guess this would be a good time to show them blocking, don't you sister?"

"Yes brother."

I stood on the other side of the room opposite of him.

We look at each other waiting for the other.

"Stupefy."

I blocked. "Expelliarmus."

He blocked.

There were a lot of oohh's going on the twins mostly betting more and the guys jumping in.

I study Harry and he watch me closely. We both cast our spells sending the other both back flying and landing on their back. When I hit the ground I burst out laughing and so did Harry. We both got on our feet.

"No, it can't be a tie." Ron said looking at us in disbelief.

"Ron--"

"Stupefy." I cast at him, sending him back again. I smiled as Harry look at me adn shook his head.

"Cheat."

"You're the one who said the real world is not like a classroom. I just caught you by surprise."

He smiled as we all began to gather our things.

"You're still a cheat."

"How dare you." I said playing innocently. "I merely saw an opportunity and took it. Relax Harry, you'll redeem yourself in front of Cho." my brother blsuhed but even though I had doubts about Cho, it was his choice not mine. I walked out with Ginny, as the twins said Filch was on the other side waiting to catch us. Ginny and I ran out and headed straight for the common room.

"That was exciting." It was just the two of us, and no one else. We were to go alone or in pairs, not in groups to make it look more suspious.

"Oh I was meaning to ask you about our charms essay..."

We reach the common room and got inside we said goodnight to everyone and headed straight to bed.

"What does Harry see in Cho?" I heard Ginny ask as I step out from the bathroom.

"Don't know." I said walking over to my bed. "It started last year, I think. Maybe it was his second year. Believe me Harry is oblivious and stupid sometimes."

Ginny walk over and sat in front of me. "You know what I notice."

"What?" i said finishing up my essay for potions.

"A few weeks ago, when we were in the great hall for lunch. I notice malfoy looking at you."

I look at her and drop my quill. "What?"

"I know it shock me as well, when he notice me he gave me a disgusted look then look at you once more before turning back to Parkinson and his friends."

"Why would Malfoy be looking at me?" I asked her. "Are you sure it wasn't someone else? I mean there a lot of ravenclaws wanting to get at him. Not to mention he hates my brother, I mean he's threaten me before. Made our lives hell."

"I"m just telling you what I saw." Ginny said.

"Don't tell Harry." I said to her. "He'll kill Malfoy the last thing we need is for him to get into more trouble and Umbridge finding us out. Not to mention that toad suspended my borther from qudditch, he's still not over that."

"Alright."

After two days, Umbrdige had called all the students together for questioning. Harry and I were standing together with the other gryffindors.

"Next student?" she said pointing at the next person.

"This is getting ridiculous." I told Harry.

"No kidding."

After that student left she look at me. "Come on dear."

I grabbed my things and look at everyone who gave me a reassuring smile. I walk up the stairs and prayed nothing bad would happen.

"Would like some tea?"

"No thanks." I said sitting down. "I already ate lunch, and am quite full."

"Alright." She said sitting in her chair. I look around and Harry wasn't kidding. Her entire room was filled with cats. Creepy as hell.

"Now, I know being Harry Potter sister is a lot." I look back at her. "But have you notice anything strange happening around the school lately?"

"No." I look at her like she was a mad women. Honeslty, Harry quite enjoyed it when I could easily lie, not to mention act very well. It's how we got anyway with some things with the Dusley's and Marge who would come over.

"Alright." She took a sip from her tea. "What about your brother?"

"What about my brother?"

"You're with him all the time I assume?"

"Not really, I'm a fourth year. We have differnet classes. The only time I would see him would be in the library, great hall, corridors sometimes when we pass by one another, and in the common room before we go to sleep, oh lunch and dinner as well."

"What about your other friends? Anyone of them acting suspicious?"

"No..." I sat forward. "Professor is there something wrong?"

"No." She said smiling brightly. "Not at all."

After a few more questions she walked me out where the others were looking at me. I gave a smile and then headed out to class, seeing Ginny outside.

"That women is mad."

"Tell me about it."

Later, two weeks later. Umbridge had put together the inquisitorial squad. Which most of the Syltherins were involved in. Didn't help that we already had Filch to deal with.

Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Neville, Simon, Alice, and I were in the library. With Umbridge's insane rule with boys and girls had to be eight inches a part. The girls sat on one side and the boys across from us.

Madame Pince loved her silence and we didn't dare object her.

"Ginny." Alice whispered asking her for help.

"Are you alright?" Simon whispered to me.

I look at him. "Fine."

"Heard Umbridge question you again."

Harry look at me. "Is that true?"

"She came up to me in the corridor again." I confessed. "Started asking, in a natural way, questioning if I knew something."

"That women." Hermione muttered.

"Speaking of the devil." Ron said looking at the entrace.

We all turned and saw Umbridge indeed standing there looking around. Her eyes rested on me as she made her way over. Her heels were clicking on the ground as she did, but Madame Pince didn't say anything because she would like to keep her job.

"Ah, Miss. Potter." she look at everyone else. "Childeren." and back at me. "I'm not sure if you're aware of this Mr. Potter but your sister is suddenly falling behind in Potions and the dark arts."

Harry look at me and I look back at him with the same confusion on my look.

"I'm sorry Professor, but you must be mistaken." I said looking at her. "Professor Snape said I'm doing just fine."

"Well... not according to your recent essay." she took out the essay I had saw it had indeed half the points I usually got. She handed it to Harry who took it and I notice it wasn't even in my own writing.

"Professor, this is obviously not even her own writing." Hermione jumping in.

"No matter." Umbridge said dismissing everyone thoughts. "I've spoken to Professor Snape and talk about getting you a tutor."

"Tutor?" I ask.

"She has us." Simon spoke up. "We can help her."

"Yes well...." she look at everyone. "I believe you all might be the reason of her sudden drop. Which is why I have chosen someone who is extra quailfied in helping you in the matter."

"Who?" Barry asked.

Before Umbridge could say anything a person walk behind me and looking at everyone's sudden glares and wide eyes made me know excatly who it was. That person sat beside me and I closed my eyes not believing this was actually happening.

"Mr. Malfoy is one of the best students in both classes, high scores." Umbridge said. "He was more than willing to help you out Miss. Potter until you are capable of being on your own again."

"Absolutely not." Harry said angrily, you can see he wanted to jump across the table and strangle him.

"Come on Potter." Draco said. "I'm sure there no need to worry, it's just tutoring after all."

It only took me a moment to realize what excatly was happening. Harry was about to say something but I kick him under the table making him look at me. But I already look at Umbridge.

"Thank you Professor. You're right I was falling a bit tad behind. It's not anyone of their faults really, see... I didn't want to distract my brother and his friends from their O.W.L's so I was determined to learn on my own. I sort of also did the wrong assingment by mistake. But are you sure Malfoy wouldn't rather much study his O.W.L.s? I'd hate to distract him from anything important."

"Oh no dear it's quite fine, isn't that right Draco?"

"Quite." he gave me a mischievous smile, which made me very nervous about this.

"There." Umbrdige siad smiling. "I'm sure with Mr. Malfoy helping you, you'll be back on your feet soon but only until I see you'll be fit on your own."

I gave her a smile as she turned around and walk right back out.

"See you tomorrow, Potter." Draco said to me and then look at my brother for his annoyed face. I drop my smile the second Malfoy turned around and walked out as well.

"What was that for?" Harry asked.

"Don't you see?" I told him. "Umbridge is only setting me up with Malfoy as my tutor to keep an eye on me."

"Why in bloody would she?" Ron asked.

"Because you're Harry's sister, and she's suspect Harry and the rest of us are up to something." Hermione piece together. "She wants Malfoy keeping an eyes on us. Well... you so she can find out what's going on at the DA."

I look at Harry. "I don't like it."

"It's just long enough until we steer Umbridge away from what we're really doing." I told him. "I can handle myself Harry, Malfoy would be the least of my problems."

"Okay, I'm going to say it. If it were anyone else, fine. But Malfoy?"

"That's what she wants, to get under our skin. See if something is really going on."

"That means you can't go to practice not when you're with him." Neville said.

"I'll worry about that later. For now I have to make sure nothing happens."

"I agree with Harry." Simon said. "I think you should ask Umbridge for another tutor."

I rolled my eyes. "If I ask for another tutor now, she'll definitely be on our tracks."

"Fine." harry said. "But if anythings happens....."

"You'll be the first to know."
