It was time to choose the champions for the Triwizard Tournament. I was with Ginny, sitting on the table, Alice was on the other side of me and Simon next to her.

"Alright now the moment you all been waiting for." Dumbledore said. "The champion selection." Dumbledore went around and dimmed each of the fire that was lighting the great hall, leaving the goblet of fire brightly shining.

Dumbledore walked over to the goblet and touched it, then step back and waited, the fire glowed into red and then spouted out a single piece of paper. He caught it and read it out loud.

"The Durmstrang champion.... Is Viktor Krum."

The durmstraong cheered and we all clapped, some a lot louder than others. I even saw Ron cheering, everyone was. Probably because he was part of a world team, and was one of the best seekers in the world.

Viktor walked up to Dumbledore shook his hand and walked to a room off to the side where the champions were suppose to go.

The goblet spouted out another paper as it flew out and down letting dumbledore catch it.

"The champion for Beauxbaton... is Fleur Delacour."

The Beauxbatons cheered as Fleur got up and shook Dumbledore hand then went off to join Viktor Krum.

The goblet sent out one final paper and we all were on a bit of edge to know who was going to be Hogwarts champion.

"The Hogwarts champion... Cedric Diggory."

The whole great hall cheered as Cedric got up and shook Dumbledores hand. He went off to join the other two champions as Dumbledore walk a bit after him. He then turned back.

"Excellent we now have our three champions." He said. "But in the end only one will go down in history. Only one will hoist this chalice of champions, this vessel of victory." he turned to his side and pointed at something Crouch placed on a stool. "The Triwizard cup."

Everyone admired how beautiful the chalice was, but the excitement died down and that's when something was off with the Goblet of fire. Everyone silenced as Dumbledore turned around and the professors walked a bit closer than they were standing before. Something was wrong. The fire spouted out one paper, Dumbledore went over and grabbed it turning it to read the paper. He mumbled something that I wasn't sure I heard, but then I wish I didn't.

"Harry Potter." He said the second time a bit more clearly. He looked up. I turned and looked at my brother who had a baffled faced.

"Harry Potter!" Dumbledore shouted. Hermione pushed my brother back up and nudged him forward.

"How did he do it?" Simon whispered towards me.

"Did you know?" Alice asked.

"There has to be a mistake." Ginny said

I didn't know what to think.

I watched as my brother walked to dumbledore. The headmaster handed my brother the piece of paper as Harry looked at it for a moment. He then walked over towards the teachers as everyone was beginning to give him dirty looks.

"He's a cheat!" Someone shouted.

"He's not even seventeen yet."

Harry walked and it was the moment I realized that he left into the room, and what was happening. I was about to get up from my seat but Alice and Ginny quickly pulled me back into my seat.

"No. No. Harry wouldn't." I said feeling my whole body shaking.

"Calm down Davina."

Dumbledore finished his speech, still taken back at what just happened and when he was finished and the rest of the professors and headmasters went to the champion room. The great hall began to irrupt the second they did but the teachers that remained had to calm down the entire great hall and ushered everyone to bed.

"How did he do it Davina!" One of the hufflepuffs came at me.

"I-- I--."

"Did you help him?"

"Do you think this is some kind of joke?"

"He's a cheater."

I couldn't breathe.

"Stop it!" Hermione said coming over and pushing some people away.

But no one stop ranting and kept throwing questions at me. I felt my breathing becoming shorter, the worlds was fading, my heart was the only thing I could here, everything felt like it was closing in. I couldn't take it anymore. I jumped out of my seat and ran outside.

"Davina!" I heard Ginny and Hermione call after me.

I continued to run and made my way into the room where I knew no one but my brother. I went over to the window and took deep breaths. I didn't know how long I was there because everything sort of blurred. I was sitting down on the floor near the window, curled up not believing what just happened tonight.

"Figured I'd find y'er hear." I looked up and saw Hagrid.

"He wouldn't do it. Hagrid." I was crying forever as long I was here. "He promised me. He promised me I wouldn't lose him."

Hagrid allowed his head and in came my brother who was behind him.

"Davina."

I looked away not wanting to look at him at the moment.

"I'll wait for you two down stairs." Hagrid left us alone.

"Davina, listen to me. I didn't put my name in the cup. I don't know why... I don't know why it did."

I stood up. "Then explain to me why Harry? The goblet only choose names that have been submitted. Don't tell me that you plan to still compete, if this was all some sort of trick."

"I can't forfeit, Davina." He said taking a step closer. "The goblet of fire has a binding magical contract, I have to compete."

"No, you don't!" I pushed him away. "Do you have any idea what sort of thing this means? Champions have came out dead because of this stupid contest. You promised me."

"Davina, I'm sorry. Please believe me. I do promise you that you won't lose me. And I won't lose you. They said they've changed events. You think I would put my name knowing the risk? I don't want eternal glory. But I can't pull out now Davina. What's done is done."

I looked at him, part of me inside was broken. I couldn't look at him anymore, knowing what was going to happen now that he was a... a champion. I turned on my heels and walked out the door and towards the common room. Everyone turned there head.

I heard the main door open.

"Davina please..."

I continued to head up to my room leaving Harry in the common room to deal with the others as they began to ask him questions. I looked around and the girls were not here. I slammed the door shut and out a frustrated groan then screamed. I grabbed a glass vase and threw it across the room letting it shattered near my bed. I got dress and sat near the window. Hermione, Ginny, and Alice walked in later. They were probably waiting to see if I calmed down. Hermione said a spell and fixed the broken glass. The girls got dressed for bed and didn't say a word to me. That was until Hermoine walked over to me.

"How are you feeling?"

I didn't want to answer that. Otherwise I feel like I'd explode.

"Davina, Harry... we both know he wouldn't--"

"I don't want to talk about him right now." I got up and got into bed, pulling the covers over me.

I woke up eariler than most of the house. I headed downstairs and went to eat. Everyone started walking in, whispering as they pass by me. Mostly how I probably helped my brother with getting his name in that stupid goblet. I shut their whispers out, picking at my breakfast but it didn't last long since my brother walk in. When he did I was done eating and was just reading. I saw him walk over, but I grabbed my things and past by him.

"Davina..."

I was already out the door. I went anywhere where I knew I wouldn't run into him. Same thing the next day. Except Simon told me that the champions were taking photos and were going to be interviewed by Rita Skeeter. Her stories were a bunch of mumble jumbo, even I could tell it was fake.

This morning, I was walking down the halls when I stopped but a women with platium blonde curled short hair, wearing a green outfit, and a photographer who was trailing behind her.

"Oh, I know you." she said excitedly. "You are Harry Potter's sister."

"Pleasure, but I must be off." I tried walking around her, but she stepped in the same direction I did.

"I'd love to have a chat with you about your brother."

"Why?"

"How do you feel about him entering the contest?" she began to question. I notice her quill was writing something and the notebook was floating as the quill stopped and waited for Rita to say something. Or probbaly thing of something.

"I really have to go." I said turning around. She made a protest but then Snape turned up.

"Leave the girl alone, Rita." Snape told her. "Now, Miss. Potter off to class."

I didn't need him to say it twice. I went down a different hall and headed into class, sitting down in my desk when I arrived. Everyone began pouring in class Ginny took a seat beside me and didn't say a word. No one did. But that didn't stop them from whispering and talking behind my back. Only Slytherins had the nerve to say something upfront to me. But I would just pass by and ignored them.

Ginny and I talk a bit heading to the common room. Everything was going great until Malfoy showed up.

"Don't want to hear it Malfoy." I said passing by him.

He quickly grabbed my arm and turned me to face him. "What's wrong with you?"

"Like you care."

"Would you just--"

"What could you possibly have to say that'll make me feel worse? I'm tried of your bloody tatics, so the next time you pretend to care I might just hex you."

I pulled my arm away and then headed to the common room.

An hour later Athena came tapping on my window i walked over and opened the window for her to come in.

She percged in shaking her feathers a bit. I grabbed the letter opening it a bit harshly. I saw it was from him and began to read it.

Are you alright? You seem to be off a bit? Also couldn't help but notice you've been ignoring your brother.

Did he really put his name in the goblet How did he do it? Everyone seems to think you've been involved too. But I think you wouldn't do such a thing to get your brother killed.

I grabbed paper and wrote back.

I'm fine. Angry but fine. Yes, I have been avoiding my brother No he claims he didn't write his name in the goblet of fire. No one helped him. And to hell what everyone thinks, I would never help my brother on a death wish. Most of all I would never help him break the rules. I've told him to pull out and not compete, but the goblet of fire has a binding magical contract, no loopholes and he is forced to compete.

Am I happy about it? Of course not but right now I don't wish to talk about so please don't mention it. I need to be alone for awhile.

It was almost time for the first task. And it wasn't helping that I haven't spoken to Harry. There was students wearing these pins that Credic Rules, Harry stinks.

Not to mention that they would pick on me as well.

"What's wrong Davina?" Pansy said passing by. "Not loving the new pins?"

I didn't say anything, just kept walking. Three days, three days and my brother was going to begin his task. I headed up to where I usually go and froze when I saw him sitting there by the window. His head snapped up as he immediately stood up and looked at me.

"Please don't leave." he said. "I knew you'd come here." he stepped forward. "I can't stand this Davina. You know I'd never put my name in the goblet and not tell you. You know I don't want enteral Glory, we've already have enough as it is. I just want to be your brother, and I want my little sister back."

"Harry..." I took a step forward. "I know you didn't put your name.... But I can't help but look at you and see a possibility that you might not make it out this contest in one piece. These task will challege you Harry." I sighed. "But I can't stay mad at you forever."

He let out his breath that he walked over to me. I went over and embraced him.

"Just promise that if you can't take it anymore, if you have to pull out you'll pull out." I said resting my head on his chest. "Don't try and push yourself."

"I will." He said brushing my hair back. "Godric, I'm so nervous Davina."

"We're going to prepare you Harry. There has to be something we can do to get you ready."

The next day I was with Neveille and Harry by the lake.

"Oh I forgot to mention this." Harry said grabbing something from his sweater. "Sirius sent this for your birthday." He whispered in a low voice mostly because Neville was with us.

I took the small box from his and opened it to see a beatiful charm, that could go on my bracelet.

"Thanks."

"Amazing! Amazing!"

"Neville." harry said. "You're doing it again."

"Sorry." Neville was in the water looking at this plant inside. I got up, taking off my shoes and socks rolling the bottoms of my pants before joining Neville. He began to show me what was so fantastic that's when Hermione, Ginny and Ron came walking down. Ron was telling something to Hermione and she walked over to my brother.

"Ronald told me to tell you that Seamus told him, who was told by Parvati, who was told by Dean that Hagrid was looking for you."

"Is that well---" He looked at Ron. "Whta?"

Hermoine grunted and walked over back to Ron. She walked back and sighed. "Seasmus told Partivi... please don't make me say it again. Hagrid's looking for you." She began to walk away.

"Well, you can tell Ron--"

"I'm not an owl!" Hermione shouted looking back at him. Neville and I looked at each other. Neither one of us want to bother Hermoine or get in the way of Harry and Ron's feud. Well Neville told me what happened the night my brother was chosen as a champion. So yes i was aware of their confilted. But Ron sometimes would tell me things to tell Harry, I knew how Hermione felt. The three walked away and Harry came back.

"I'll see you later Davina. Neville."

"Bye Harry." We both said as Neville continued to show me some more thing. This would help me in herbologly when we went on water plants.
