The war was over. Funerals were being made, Hogwarts was under recontrustion to return it back to it's former glory. Anyone wanting to help was more than welcome.

I've had properly met Naricssa. Lucius wasn't as pleasant when he found out about us. Draco being who he is was refusing to forgive his father on top of that because he had put the imperious curse. But i tried not to interfere, along with Narcissa. This was between them and I saw how Naricissa hated how her son and husband were now like this. It hurted her even more when she learned what Lucius did. 

Harry and I lived in our old family home, in Godric Hollow. Now that he was of age and I would live with him since he was my guardian now. We had to fix up the house since it was destory but it wasn't beyond repair and eventually we moved in. 

The minstry was rebuilding itself, and were in court after court going through everyone involded with Voldemort. That included the Malfoy's.

Draco insisted that he didn't want me there. Harry and the others did go, Alice stays with me knowing I would lose my mind. As of now Lucius was sent to azkahban to serve for his part of the war. As for Draco's fate that made me more nervous. It was still on verdict.

In my free time, I would visit Draco and Narcissa at the manor. She wanted to get rid of any memory that happened in her home so we began remodeling everything. But it still wouldn't change everything that happened, walking through the halls especially for me was hard. 

It's been almost two months and right now I was changing for another funeral. I wore a black dress and black heels and place a black coat over. It was one fo the last funerals.

"Ready?" Harry asked from my room door.

"Yes." I walk out with him as we lock the doors and i watch him put up wards then we apparated to the cemerty. I walk over to Mrs. Tonks, as she was holding little Edward in her arms.

"Thank you for coming." She said with tears both old and new.

"May I?" I ask pointing at edward.

She nodded a took little Teddy in my arms. We walk over to Dora and Remus's graves Mrs. Tonks crying, Hermione and Mrs. Weasley comforting her. She hadn't only lost her daughter, son in law, and her husband as well. Someone killed him after the war, one of the few death eaters left.

Teddy was alseep in my arms. We stood each of us listening to the minster and then we all headed back inside the house.

On the way back I notice Draco waiting, watching the funeral from a distance. I walk over to him and he gave me a small smile.

"Everything alright?" I asked him.

"We have one more hearing before the wizarding court." He said. "But we're getting a pardon, mother and I. father's going to in azkaban for ten years."

"I'm sorry."

"It's a generous amout of time." He said. "But apparently he saved Kingsley from a nasty fight. And he's my father, I'm guessing he's now thankful that I didn't switch sides." he glanced down and smiled a bit more. "Who's this?"

I look down and saw Teddy beginning to wake up. "This is Edward, though we call him Teddy." Draco step forward as Teddy opened his eyes and look up at him. Draco stroke his hand as teddy grabb it, making both of us smile. Teddy look at Draco before turning his hair the same color as Draco. 

"Edward Lupin."

He glance up at me and then look back down.

"My cousin's son?"

"Yes, and Professor lupin's. If I'm correct he's your cousin once removed. Techincally he's your nephew."

He chuckled.

"Davina." I glance behind me and saw Mrs. Tonks. "Oh..."

Draco stood up and took his hand away from Edward. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to intrude."

Mrs. Tonks smiled. "Nonsense, it's alright."

"Mrs. Tonks this is Draco Malfoy." I said looking as the two were looking to each other. Draco look uncomfrotable but she wasn't, she was taking in her nephew for the first time. Because according to both of them they had never met. "Draco this is Andromeda Tonks, your aunt." I saw someone else behind Draco and smiled a bit. "And I think you know your sister."

Draco look behind him as Narcissa stood there once she realize who was talking to us.

"Andromeda?" Nariccisa whispered not actually beliving it.

"Nariccsa."

Both of them embrace the other and I knew how much this was meaningful to both of them.

"I'm so sorry." Narcissa said.

"Don't be." Andromeda said as they pulled apart.

We all went inside as Harry took Teddy from me and I walk outside with Draco.

"I'm glad to see my mother is happy again." Draco said as we sat on the grass looking at the house. We both saw the two long lost former black sisters reconnect and were both smiling a bit. "She needs it, with father gone I'm worried that she'll feel alone."

"Are you alright?"

Draco sighed and started picking at the grass. "Sort of... what my father has done... it's not gonig to be easy to get over it, much less forgive him. Not to mention the press isn't really helping."

The daily prohet has been going mad covering the entire war. Especailly with the hearings. The Malfoy's being on top of the cake. Lucius and Draco being death eater, but Draco going to the right side for what some to claim that he has me under a love potion to be pardon. Others believe I have him under a love potion, or that it was all an act and none of it was real. I mean Draco had taken me to dinner once and reoprters were suddenly ambushing us.

"What has the council been saying?"

"They believe me. What saved me was this." he pulled out a letter from his pocket and opened it up. "Dumbledore had pardon me. Explain that he knew I was ordered from the dark lord to kill him. How I was torn... how he ask Snape who was also innocent to kill him so I wouldn't have been consume from the dark." I took the letter as he continued. "Even Mr. Weasley vouch for me and mother. Granger and your brother as well, Slughorn, Flitwick, even McGonagall. The minster believes me, so does half of that concil. The some of them think it's all an act so we could be pardon again, having excape our punishment last time."

I leaned against him placing my chin onf his shoulder from behind and taking his hand.

"You'll pull through. I promise."

"Are you heading back to Hogwarts this year?"

"Yes, I'm not letting all that time studying for mw OWL's go to waste. Besides I have no clue what to do next now that everything is over."

"Perhaps this year we can both make a fresh start."

"What exactly did you have in mind?"

He turned to face me and pulled me close, closing all space between us and kiss me. "I have a few ideas. First beginning with you being my girlfriend."

I smiled and kiss him back. "Is that a question or are you telling me."

"Both."

I let out a laugh and ran my fingers through his soft hair. "Okay, Malfoy, I'll be your girlfriend."

"I see we're back on last name basis, Potter."

I playfully push him away as he smiled and we both sat there together enjoying the moment.

It was the start of a new year. Well today at least. Harry and I decided to go back, well it took a while to convince Harry to go back this year. Eventually it was because he found out that Draco was also coming back and he wanted to keep an eye on both of us. I honestly don't know when they're going to get along, I mean Harry told Draco to look out after me during the war guess that now that that's over he was back to being the over protective brother. That and Ginny was too, along with mostly everyone else since McGonagall told us all that the year during the war wasn't going to count so if we wanted to come back we could. 

We were boarding the train when I felt someone take my bag from me saw my boyfriend smiling at me.

"Come sit with me." he said leading the way.

"I dont have much of a choice do I?"

"Unless you'd like to sit and talk with your brother and his annoying friends. Something tells me he'll be busy snogging that Weaslette." we enter an empty carriage, as he was holding the door as I entered and turned towards him as he step inside placing the bags on top.

"Are you sure you weren't referring about us?"

He smirked and pulled me against him as I wrap my arms around his neck.

"Possibly."

We both lean in and Draco deepened the kiss. I let out a small giggle as he move us so quickly I was laying down on the bench facing up and he was above me.

"Draco." I said laughing.

"Sshh, love." he kiss me and then moved down to kiss my jaw. "We don't want to draw unnecessary attention."

I let out a small giggle and then began shrugging off his jacket, throwing it to the ground with our bags and my sweater. Grabbing his face I pulled him back up to reconnect our lips together. He smiled as he quickly slip his tongue in, which made me let out a small moan. 

Things were getting intense but the moment was cut short when the door opened loudly which made us both jump and Draco lifted himself up a but to see who had just burst in.

"Salazar, first day and you both are snogging the life out of each other." Blaise said with Theo behind him.

"What are you two knuckleheads doing here?" Draco asked getting up and giving me his hand to help me.

"Well we still need to complete a few things for our profession, you git." Blaise joke as he sat down

"Not to mention school did end about a month and a half early, so we didn't have any exams." Theo said then looking at me. "Potter."

"Zabini, Nott."

"How are you recovering?" Blaise ask.

"Fine, I think it's your best friend you need to worry about more."

"Dont worry lass," Theo said. "Dracos a strong headed git, hell live."

"Would you mind not eyeing my girlfriend that way you git." Draco said picking up our bags and putting it above in the rack.

"I have no idea what your talking about?" Blaise said with full scarasm.

"That's no way to talk to your headboy." I told Blaise.

My boyfriend sat back down as he lifted my legs and place them over his laps. I smiled, moving closer to almost sitting in his lap. His arm snaked around my waist, then place a hand on my thigh.

"No offense Zabiani but your just not my type."

"What arrogant slytherin? Who's also daringly more handsome than your current boyfriend."

Draco was about to say something back but I beat him to the punch.

"Fiancee actually." but Theo and Blaise look at Draco. Not looking at his friends I turned him to face me and kiss him. Draco didn't fight actually he deepen the kiss and made it more interesting, placing his hand on my waist he slid his tongue inside my mouth as things started picking up.

"Alright, alright. We get the message you two."

"No one is telling either of you to stay." Draco said to his friends.

I kiss Dracos cheek and removed my legs. "Its alright I have to check on Harry anyways." I got up and walk out of the compartment, smiling like a bloody idiot. 

Probably should've mentioned that no we're not engaged, that was only to mess around with the boys. Which wasn't my idea, it was Draco's. 

But something tells me this year is going to be interesting.
