NAYEON

     I was on my way to my locker when I heard a notification from my phone. I unlocked it. There's a message from God.

     I locked my phone and took my bag from my locker and went outside. It was cold, so I hugged myself.
     As I was croossing the street, I could already see the girls. They waved at me when I finally arrived at the restaurant.

     "Unnie, we're here!" This was said by Chaeyoung, who was sitting beside Mina. The latter is sitting beside the window. Sitting beside Chaeyoung is Momo, Dahyun then Sana. Sitting on the other side of the table is Tzuyu who is facing Sana, beside Tzuyu is Jeongyeon who's attention is on the street outside and didn't bother to look at me. So I said hi to the others like we were long lost friends while also being so loud.

     "Sit beside me, unnie." Jihyo said while patting the space beside her. I sat beside her purposely ignoring Jeongyeon.

     "Weren't you eating yet?" I asked while gazing at the feast in front of me. There's Kimchi fried rice, Korean Fried Chicken, Jjangmyeon, Tteokboki, Bulgogi, Buda-jjigae, Samgyeopsal, Bibimbap, and of course Jokbal.

     "Wow, is there a celebration? There's a lot of food!"

     "We were waiting for you unnie. And to answer your other question, there's really no celebration but this is because of Jeongyeon unnie." It was Dahyun who answered. The  tofu in our group. She has that moniker because of her tofu like skin. She looks so white she's like a shining light.

     I glance at Jeongyeon who happens to look at me at the same time.

     "Is there a problem?" She asked me coldly.

     "Ani, I was just curious you know."

     "Then you really never changed."
  
     "What's that supposed to mean?" I asked angrily. The atmosphere is suddenly going akward. The J-line/Japanese Line (MiSaMo) is watching us curiously while the Maknaes - youngest in the group (DaChaeTzu) seems to be uncomfortable. It was Jihyo who broke the atmosphere.

     "Okay, let's all chill okay?" Jihyo said while patting our arms. "We're here to eat not to fight, and unnie," Jihyo faced me " Jeongyeon did this because the maknaes were annoyingly begging her to treat them food since she just came back."

     "Fine, I wasn't implying anything."
     "Then you should have just shut your mouth." Jeongyeon muttered which I clearly heard. I was about to reciprocate when Jihyo stopped me and covered my mouth.

     "Ok, that's it. I know it's still hard for the two of you to be together but can we at least be civilized? And Nayeon unnie, I know it's hard but please keep your cool ok?" She told me and uncovered my mouth. She then faces Jeongyeon and gives the latter a glare.

     "And you, keep your mouth shut except when eating food!"Jihyo said loudly
     "Yeah Jeongyeon! Keep your mouth shut except when eating food!" This was echoed by Tzuyu and we all looked at her shockingly.
     Tzuyu just shrugged and said "She's been muttering since meeting us here. She should just eat instead. At least that will make her happy." Yoda declared. She has this moniker because of her resemblance to the legendary Jedi Master. But don't get me wrong, Tzuyu (pronounced as Chewy) is one of the most beautiful being I've ever seen (other than me of course) so her resemblance to that Jedi Master doesn't mar her beauty at all.

     "Is this one of your life lessons?" Sana asked her, a tender smile on her face. Tzuyu pretended to think and answered in all her seriousness:
     "Yes."
     We all burst out laughing.
