13. Locating The Boy

I opened my eyes only to find myself standing in the foyer of my home, alone.

Granger must've thought of someplace else and took Harry there. Luckily, we were still linked but I didn't want to head out just yet.

I shook my head and let out a sigh before apparating once more, only this time I was in my seat.

Startled, Riddle tensed at the sight of me while Draco only let out a sigh of relief from my right. I smirked and sat up straight motioning for Riddle to continue.

"Keep in mind what has been said here tonight. Now go and find me the boy!"

The Death Eaters and snatchers all muttered as they nodded before leaving. I waited a few more moments for everyone to leave before I made my point.

I took the time to scrape back my chair, placing my feet up on the table letting out an extensive sigh, "So, you want to find the boy. Jolly good. But you're looking in the wrong places."

He tilted his head to me, "You have the boy's location?"

"No, well, yes. But I can't just give it to you. At least not after what you did. You have to return something to me." Finishing my statement I was sitting up straight again only glaring at him in the empty dining room.

He smirked and dropped it from his sleeve, "Are you talking about this? The Elder Wand? Or this, your ring? Losing control must be quite painful and dangerous, isn't it?"

I let out a laugh as I threw my head back, "Poor you if you haven't noticed, I think I'm doing okay. And my powers are very well in check, for instance."

I wasted no time and held out my hand throwing him against the wall as I stood with a cynical smile, "Fool me once, shame on you. But fool me twice and you have to deal with the hell you unleashed. So let me state this once more, you have something of mine. It would be knowledgable in returning it."

I cocked my head, dropping him before he scrambled to his feet only tossing my ring back towards me. He made no attempt to cross me and lowered the wand keeping silent.

So I turned and left, leaving him, but not without agony.

Smirking as I turned to shut the doors behind me blocking out his cries of pain from the mark I own. Once the doors were closed, his cries were muffled until I ceased the action against him.

Soon enough, I was making my way up the stairs and towards Draco's room. But when I entered the room, no one was there.

The shower was running so I quickly undressed and took out one of his sweatshirts throwing it over my head before moving my hand in a motion that changed my pants to sweats.

Finishing off as I slipped on my glasses and threw my hair in a quick bun before walking over to the bed, getting comfortable.

I pulled out my uncle's journal and continued from where I last left off.
