I LOVE THEM 7/10

reasons I love them: 

1: I AM A HUGE HUGE HUGEEEEE MARRIAGE STAN SO WHEN I SEE A MARRIED CHARACTER THEY ARE MY GO TO.

2: Francis was legit ready to sacrifice everything and everybody to find the book to help his wife and save his child. he's a huge W as a father and husband.

3: the Irl Zelda and Francis were sweet from what ive read. the irl zeda actually helped Francis write his book and on the page of his book where its dedicated to a person it says "to Zelda of course" (great Gatsby). so if there were going to wrote her in I think it would have been cool if she shared a similar power to Francis.

4: THE FACT SHE LOOKS LIKE LOUISA MAKES MY HEART MELT.

5: Francis has the look that he would be a great father.

6: most of the villains we have seen have very different goals. so the fact they made Francis so powerful just for the goal to help his dear wife I would so heartwarming bc it was a huge change of pace from fyodors Goal, nikolais goal, fukuchis goal etc etc.

7: hear me out rq. what if they did show his daughter and wife but kinda like yokomizo. where we dont see their face. we did see Zelda in official art tho.

8: ZELDA IS SO PRETTY? (all Zeldas are pretty expect for the one in pet cemetery)

reasons I dislike them:

1: since they dont interact its hard for me to state more facts on why I like and dislike them. but when your husband is ready to sacrifice the world for you- you know he's a keeper. 

2: the fanarts a bit weird lmao

3: I would have loved to see Zelda and scottie (his kid)

4: ik Francis is self absorbed which makes him his interesting character but I think it would have sweet to maybe see a few scenes of him saying stuff like "I miss you Zelda or scottie" just to remind the viewers of his OG goal. bc at some point people only know him for being america, having tons of money, and being shipped with random charcters. I personally think he has wholesome and worth making backstory which I think asagiri missed his chance to do. but oh well.
