Sam

We were now on the plane back home, sitting in complete silence. Charlie was next to me with his arm around my chair as he sat with a grumpy look on his face, ignoring our brothers with his music on loudly, so loud that I could hear it as if it was on in the background.

"Charlie", Max asked him for the tenth time as Charlie ignored him for the tenth time, sighing heavily in annoyance before giving me a small smile, trying to reassure me that everything was alright when we all knew that it wasn't.

Leo and Adam kept giving each other a side eye as they continued to type quickly on their laptops. Max, Aiden and Chris were playing a video game, very loudly might I add, as they asked Charlie to play with them over and over again, not getting the hint that he wasn't interested in what they were doing.

Raymond was reading a book opposite us, acting as though he wasn't interested but he kept looking up, shaking his head slightly then looking back at his book.

I think the thing that gave him away was that he had not turned a page in his book for the last hour or so.

"Are you excited to get back home Sam", Leo asked me with a smile as I nodded with a straight face, giving Charlie a small look before turning to look out the window. Loyalty is the most important thing.

Twenty minutes later Adam slammed his laptop shut and turned to Charlie, catching the attention of everyone on the plane as they all put down the thing they were doing.

Charlie continued to ignore him before Adam sat right in front of him with a hard look on his face, huffing and puffing until Charlie slowly removed his headphones and raised his eyebrows at him.

"What?", He asked rudely before going to put his headphones back in. Adam yanked it from his ear as Charlie yelled at him, getting up from his seat as Adam stayed sat.

"Well, how else am I supposed to get your attention", He asked calmly but everyone could see how annoyed he was. Charlie just shook his head at him before sitting down in his chair heavily, rolling his eyes.

"What's your problem?", Adam asked him harshly as Charlie turned to him with his arms over his chest.

"Nothing, why?", He asked Adam, glaring at him as they both stared at each other for a moment before Adam got back up and sat next to Leo, whispering to each other as Charlie gave me another smile, trying to show me it was alright but it made me worry more.

"What's wrong", Raymond asked him softly, putting his book down and giving Charlie his full attention. Charlie sighed and turned to him, putting his arm around my chair again.

"Why did you let Jules and James leave us to easily and let them go with those...assholes", He asked Ray harshly as Raymond stared at him, as if trying to think about what he was going to say before Max piped up.

"Because they aren't family", He said calmly before yelling at Aiden for letting him die on the game they were playing.

"They are mine and Sam's family", He replied quickly as they all shook his head at him but Raymond, who didn't do anything but stare. Charlie huffed again and put his headphones back in his ears as Ray gave me a small smile.

"What do you think about it Sam?", Ray asked me as I shrugged my shoulders, giving Charlie a reassuring smile before putting my head on his arm and closing my eyes, falling asleep right away.

James POV

I want to go home. I want to return to how life used to be with my mum, Sam and Charlie, relaxing and camping outdoors together as they stay out all night to stay far away from their foster parents.

My mum is different too, it's only been a few hours but she's already a shaking mess, jumping at every small thing, looking over her shoulder every three seconds and clutching tightly onto my arm as if I was going to disappear any second.

"What's wrong?", I asked her but she just shook her head, even her breathing was up and down, inhaling twice before exhaling as if trying to calm herself down. My brothers hadn't said a word to me the entire time we were with them.

They sent us back 'home' after half an hour, talking quickly on phones, trying to sort the situation out with Sam and Charlie's family all the details of what they needed to do to keep the peace.

When they told the gangs and the other heads of different organisations, they were extremely angry, screaming down the phone at them as they tried to calm them down, talking them out of a war against the Italians.

They also ordered all of their men to leave Sam and Charlie's house with a thin smile on their face, asking the men to come straight to Spain so they can deal with them properly.

They ignored me the entire time, sat me on a chair in the corner of the room as if I was supposed to just watch and learn what I needed to act like so I can become just like them.

I didn't want to be like them. I wanted my mother to be happy and right now, all she could do was shake as she walked around the mansion. I let go of her hand for a moment, causing her to quickly turn around to me as though I had disappeared somewhere.

"I'm just going to see my room", I said softly with a smile as she nodded, turning back to the hallway as she slowly made her way down, holding onto the walls with the tip of fingers as if she needed the support of something solid.

I reluctantly left her and headed to my room. I had been given a small map of the place however I wasn't allowed in certain places because of the dozens of builders remaking the front of the house, it looked as though there had been a huge explosion or something as there were big blocks of stone planted around the front garden.

The map was massive. It took a while to find my room but as soon as I did, I realised it was right next to mums as it was a name tag on the handle with "Jules" written on it with a love heart.

I slowly headed in to see a massive blue themed bedroom. It had a blue four poster bed with a silk night sky bed cover, covered in dozens of massive pillows and a blue midnight sky wallpaper behind the bed with the rest of the walls painted a dark blue. There was a blue circle rug with a massive TV stuck to the wall and a computer in the corner.

I slowly sat on the bed and stared at the wall, laying down after a few minutes and closed my eyes, trying to calm down as my eyes filled with tears.

My father was dead.

And although I was never close to him, I would never have the chance again to be close to him. I never knew my father and from what my mother had said, he wasn't worth knowing. It didn't mean that I wasn't interested on who he was as a person, I wanted to see for myself for who he was.

My mother came in a couple of minutes later and sat on the bed next to me, lying down as she gave me a small smile.

"I'm sorry Jay, we should of just stayed where we were", She said to me softly with a sad smile as I shook my head.

"Maybe. But then we would never of known if Charlie and Sam were alright", I said with a smile as she nodded in agreement.

"Good point, however next time lets just call them, we have to now it seems to keep the peace", She said in a tired tone, sighing as she put her arm around me and closed her eyes.

"What happens now then", I whispered quietly as she opened her eyes, thinking for a moment before closing them again, sighing.

"We do exactly what we are supposed to. As long as we are all safe and healthy then that's the main thing. And this place isn't too bad is it? I mean, this room is the best thing I have ever seen", She said with a grin on her face, tickling my stomach, causing me to shriek loudly as she laughed with me.

We calmed down after a few minutes before both closing our eyes and tucking a blanket over us. Her breathing slowed down after a few minutes as she finally managed to go to sleep after a few days of not being able to at all.

I smiled as I moved the blanket onto her shoulders and shut my eyes, thinking about where Charlie and Sam were at this very moment.
