(Kuroo POV)

"Bro, how do you keep getting caught by the police officers??" Remi questioned as I once again get caught

"It's hard okay??" I said "I haven't played this in forever."

"I haven't played this in forever either, but I've already unlocked all of the cages besides Rex" he says as they unlock Professor Porkchop's cage

"...You mean Tex right? The T-rex from Texas?" I asked slowly turning my head towards Remi

"Wait, he's called Tex in this universe?" Remi asked

"Yeah, I didn't know it was different for each universe" I shrugged looking back at the screen

"I mean some things are, like the Durable, in my universe it's also called a Durable, but other things like Diana? That's actually Daisy in my universe" Remi said hopping down from the platform xie was on

"Wait, Daisy?? That sounds so much better than dia-" I stopped as I heard the front door open and creaking from the upstairs

"Uh oh- my dad's home" I pause the game and look over at Remi

Remi slowly looks over at me and is silent for a couple of seconds

"Pfft, can't wait to see you get a whooping" they say, laughing slightly

"He's not gonna give me a whooping" I say lightly slapping xem "He's not too strict, he just wants me in bed before he gets home."

"Alright fine, so are we gonna wait for him to go to bed, or are we gonna try to sneak past him?" Remi asked as xie leans back in their bean-bag chair "Also, what time is it?"

"It's about 1:20 A.M." I say without having to check a clock "Also, we're just gonna sneak past him"

"Oh dang, that's early, also are you sure you won't make too much noise?" Remi questioned

"You ask too many questions. Also it's fine, I've snuck past him before" I say as I save and exit out of Toy Story 3

Remi looks very skeptically at me, but then agrees to sneak past my dad.

I then turn off the TV and Wii, then slowly head up the stairs.

Before I open the door I place a finger over my mouth.

"Shh, we gotta be very quiet" I whisper to him

Remi the mockingly places a finger over their mouth and mouths the same words I did.

I sigh then turn back to the door.

I slowly open the door then check to see if my dad's near, but there aren't any lights on besides in the kitchen so I assume he's getting food.

I signal to Remi that the coast is clear then open the door more and start going up the stairs.

Eemi follows after me a-

Do dun do dun do dododo

I immediately stop moving, but Remi keeps moving and slightly bumps into me

"Is that the TMNT ringtone??" Remi whispers

My dad then turns on the lights

"Tetsuro, I thought I sa-" my dad stops speaking as soon as he sees Remi "Ooh, and who might this be?"

Remi turns around and says

"Oh, uh, hi Mr. Kuroo" Remi then bows "My name is Remi, I'm a friend of Tetsuro's"

"Aww, you're so proper! Tetsuro, why didn't you tell me about them before??" My dad said cheerfully

"Sorry about that dad.." I said rubbing the back of my neck

"Hmph, that isn't the only thing you should be apologizing for, I told you to go to sleep before I got home" my dad said shaking his head

"Oh, my apologies, it was totally my fault, you shouldn't blame him. I wanted to play another round of Kario Mart with him" Remi had lied just for me, so sweet

"Awh, well I guess I can let it slide just this once, but you two go to sleep right now!" My dad said as he started to walk away

"Oh, and I'm glad to see you have another friend than Kenma!" My dad adds as he walks away

"Pfft-" Remi giggles

"Hey, I have lots of friends!" I reply angrily

Remi giggles some more then continues heading back up the stairs.

"And now we're even" he whispers as they passed me

"That is nowhere near even, you get to spend all your time with me for the rest of your time here!" I say as I follow xem up the stairs

"So untrue! Spending time with you sucks" Remi said as they laugh a bit

"Hmph" I pout as we reach the top of the stairs and start walking to the end of the hallway

"Welp, goodnight Kurooster" Remi says as he opens xeir door and walks inside their new room

"Hey, don't call me that!" I said angrily

"Whatever, goodnight" Remi said

"Goodnight -- er -- um -- shortie!" I said before Remi shuts zir door

I can hear him laugh as I go into my room and shut the door.
