(Remi POV)

I wake up to a loud alarm clock.

I really wish Kuroo didn't set up that stupid alarm clock that's in my room -- correction -- Kur- -- correction again -- Tetsuro's sister's old room.

I stretch as I get out of bed then head over to the closet to pick out clothes for after school since I'll have enough time to change.

I rummage through The Sister's Closet™ and see a big box in the corner labeled "'Phase stuff".

I take the box out to find a bunch of clothes that are much different than the other ones in the closet.

Pastel clothes, alt clothes, kidcore clothes, every style of a mentally ill kid there is is in this box. Amazing.

I take out a black pleated skirt that has some chains on it and a Mokke keychain (Beautiful ik😏)  a black tank top turtle neck, a black and navy blue cardigan, a black pair of tights, striped black and navy blue socks, a navy blue beanie, two necklaces, and to top it all off black platform boots with buckles on them.

This will probably look terrible on me (or just terrible in general), but I'm taking it anyway. I mean, I can always just stay in my uniform. I thought to myself while stuffing the clothes and accessories, along with an extra pair of tennis shoes just in case, into a school bag.

I then grab my uniform, lock the door, then start changing.

Knock knock

"You awake yet?" Kuroo asks outside the door

"Yeah, I am" I reply "just changing"

"Well hurry up! I'm already done!" Kuroo says, his voice fading as he walks away

I hurry up and finish changing, then put my usual beanie on and head out of the room and down the stairs.

(Hold up, how can I wear a beanie to that kind of school? Mkayyy, you do you logic)

(Kuroo POV)

Remi was sprinting down the stairs while putting xier bag over their shoulder

"Hey you should be care-" in the middle of me telling Remi to be careful, he proceeds to fall down the stairs "-ful..."

"How very helpful..." Remi says while wincing in pain

"Are you okay?" I ask as I stick my hand out for him "Can you stand?"

"I think I'm okay, but I'm not sure if I can stand"

They take my hand and easily get up

"Wow, that was a lot easier than I thought" he said, confused

"Are you sure you're okay though?"

"Positive" they reply

"Alright then, um, Onigiri?" I hold out my hand that has an Onigiri in it

"Ooh, yes please, thank you" Remi takes it and begins eating

After Remi gets shoes on I head outside, and he follows, slightly limping.

"Also I see you found the sacred box, huh?" I said pointing to the shoes

"Yup, I love your sister" Remi says "clenching" their heart

(Kenma POV)

I was bored so I decided to wait outside today.

I played Super Kario 64 on my Nintendo DS while I waited, then I heard Kuro's door open and looked over.

I saw Kuro exit his house with Korral behind him, and it kinda looked like xie was limping. (That sounds more sus than it should..)

They then headed over to my house and I hopped off of my porch to greet them.

"Hola Kenma-senpai" Korral slightly bows

I raise an eyebrow, confused about the random Spanish.

Kuro looks at Korral, also confused

"Anyway- Good morning Kenma" Kuro says snapping out of his confusion

"Morning.." I mumble

We then begin walking to Nekoma

~Timeskip to lunch~

(Yamamoto POV)

Class had just finished so I got out of my chair and stretched a bit.

I then headed to my locker and put away some books and got out my bento.

After doing so I headed to Kenma's class.

"Yo yo Kenma, it's time for lunch" I say peeking into Kenma's classroom

Kenma sighs deeply, but they still get up and head out the door, face buried into the game he's playing.

"Y'know, maaaaybe you should take a break from your game every once in a while" I say leaning on Kenma's shoulder

Kenma nudges me off of him then says "shut up I'm trying to focus"

Wow, Kenma's the nicest person I've ever met. I think maybe it's a DemiBoy thing cause Korral is also so sweet.

We then continue walking up to the rooftop in silence. I would look at his screen every now and again because, of course, y'know, curiosity and cats.

I open the door to the rooftop.

Already up there was Kuroo and Remi, who were "bickering" like how Kuroo and Bokutō normally are.

"You need to be more careful when walking up and down stairs!" Kuroo said while Kenma and I walked towards them

"But I'm fine!" Korral retaliated

"What's happening?" Kenma asked, mumbling

"Remi just tripped on stairs, AGAIN" Kuroo answered

"Everyone trips on stairs! Also I'm wearing platforms! I've never worn platforms before!" Korral said throwing up their arms

"That doesn't mean you can't be careful! This is the second time today!" Kuroo said, annoyed

"Wait, second time?" Kenma asked

"Yes, second time, xie fell down my stairs this morning" Kuroo replied

"Ah.. so that's why they were limping" Kenma nodded

"Wait -- your stairs?? Tell me why they were your stairs" I said crossing my arms

"'Cause I broke into his house" Korral replied doing a weird pose afterwards

"Ha ha very funny, now tell me the real reason" I persisted "Weren't you there the previous day too?"

"I was indeed, yer point?"

"I dunno it's just a bit suspicious" I narrowed myeyes at him

"Um chile anyways so-" Korral said pushing their hair behind his ear

"And then- pAHAHA- Korral- hEHehE- fell over- HAaHA- AGAIN- BAHAHAHAHA" Lev walks in laughing his ass off

"Lev that's not funny! Korral could've gotten hurt" Yaku said kicking Lev, who was still laughing

"BUT IT IS"

Yaku rolls his eyes

"oMg wait I just realized I'm taller than Yaku-Senpai" Korral gasped

They then proceeded to bounce up and down

"Wait wait wait, what?!" Yaku exclaimed

"Remi, of course your taller, you're wearing six inch platforms" Kuroo said crossing his arms and leaning on one leg (yk, the usual "I'm disappointed dad pose")

"Oh whew" Yaku let out a sigh of relief "but how tall are you without those?"

"Uhh, I think I'm 5' 5", what about you?" Korral replied

"I'm... also... five.. foot... five...." Yaku said slowly

The two looked at each other in silence for a while

"Alright, take your shoes off we're seeing whose taller" Korral said breaking the silence as he takes off his shoes

Yaku then begins taking his shoes off

"The Battle of the Shorts™" Lev laughed

Yaku glared at him and Lev stopped laughing

After Korral got his shoes off they took their beanie off. Then Yaku and Korral went back-to-back, trying their best to stand up as straight as possible. (Which was really hard cause neither of us are straight)

"So?? Whose taller??" Korral asked

"Hmm," Kuroo says leaning down to check, he then pulls out a level and puts it on their heads "Looks like... Remi!"

"YEAH I'M TALLEERRRRRRRRRRRR!!" Korral celebrates

"Oh.." Yaku sulks

Korral pats Yaku on his back

"It's okay, it's okay" He comforts Yaku

"It's not okay, you're three years younger than I am" Yaku continues sulking

"Don't be so down in the dumps, Demon Senpai, you're still taller than some crows" Kuroo comforted Yaku

"Demon Senpai? I love that nickname, it's mine now" Korral said "Mr. Demon Senpai, please don't be sad anymore"

Yaku cracks a smile "Fine, I'll stop being sad"

"HOORAYYYY" Korral celebrates once again

Yeah, we all know it's not that easy to just stop being sad, but whatever, Korral celebrating is funny to see.

They both then get their shoes back on and we start eating

~Timeskip to after school :)))~

(Lev POV)

"LEVVVV!!" Korral shouts while speedwalking over to me

But while walking over he- BAHAHAHA- TRIPS- XBHXGSVAHSHAH

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" I begin laughing and I hear a slight chuckle from Ominato

Korral gets back up and continues heading towards us

"Stop laughing Lev or I'll tell Yaku-Senpai" Korral says

"I'm sorry- I'm sorry- please don't" I say hold my arms infront of me

"I'm surprised you haven't gotten dress coded yet, unless you have -- I don't really know" Ominato says

"Oh yeah I completely forgot about that, but I guess it would make sense that I can't wear platform boots" Korral replies

"Korral Zion!" I hear a teacher yell

"Ah, there it is" Korral says then turns "Yes?"

"Did you really think you could get away with wearing those boots all day?" Ms. Usami the Unforgiving™ says

"Uhm, nope, I just didn't think and I chose these" Korral replied

"Well, you're going to the principal's office, right now, go" Ms. Usami says

"Alright.." Korral bows "cya Lev" They wave then turns and heads to the principal's office

Ms. Usami glares at Ominato and I then says "Be on your best behavior" then walks away in the opposite direction as Korral

I then see Korral head into the bathroom instead of the principal's office as Ms. Usami rounds the corner

"Tsk tsk, rule breaker, rule breaker" I say

~Timeskip to volleyball practice~

(Remi POV)

After changing into the clothes I took to change into after school I headed to the volleyball gym.

While walking over I tripped a couple of times, but I still managed to make it.

When I reached the gym I decided to pace around the front to help with my balance, and also because I was too scared to go in, and wait till someone came out of the gym.

After pacing for a while I hear a "HEY HEY HEY!" in the distance and I immediately perk up

Still pacing, I look around to find out where Bokutō was

Wait, why would Bokutō be here now? Doesn't he also have practice? I pause. Did he just end really early? Maybe Nekoma's practices and Fukurōdani's practices are at different times? I mean it hasn't been too long since Nekoma began practice, right? I then continue pacing.

Then, suddenly, skktch, I begin falling.

Well, this is it, the 420th time today, this time, I know, I will die, my time has come, it was nice while it lasted, but not everything lasts forever.

But I don't hit the ground?

I stand there mid fall, stumped

"Are you alright?" I hear Akaashi ask

Oh, OH AKAASHI SAVED MY LIFE. OH THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED.

"Yeah, I'm alright," I say propping myself back up "Thank you, Akaashi-senpai"

"Ah, your welcome, Remi, was it?" Akaashi replied

"Yep! Korral Remi, I use He/They/Xie pronouns, and I'm a DemiBoy" I reply

"Oh, sorry Korral, Kuroo was calling your first name a lot yesterday so I thought that was your last name. Akaashi Keiji, which you already knew my last name somehow... I go by He/him, and I'm a boy"

"Oh that's fine no worries, I don't mind either one. And uh, yeah, Bokutō was yelling your name a lot yesterday too, so y'know" I replied

"Ah, that makes sense" Akaashi says

There was silence for a little while

"Hey hey hey! How about we go inside now?" Bokutō said, breaking the silence

"Yes, let's go inside" Akaashi nodded

We then headed inside of the gym

"BOKUTŌ!" Kuroo yelled

"KUROO" Bokutō yells back

Conveniently Nekoma had been doing their ending stretches when we came in.

Kuroo runs over to Bokutō.

"How's the sexiest man in the world doing?" Kuroo asks Bokutō

The fruity-ness- I can't-

"I don't know, how are you?" Bokutō replies

Wow, that was so frickin' smooth-

Kuroo gasps

"I'm flattered, when's our wedding gonna be?"

"Tomorrow, aka Wednesday, we'll go to the mall" Bokutō answers

"Sounds purrfect" Kuroo replies

"Okay y'all lost me" I say

"What? Can't you see how madly inlove we are?" Kuroo asks me

"No, I totally can't see that" I say sarcastically

"I am offended" Bokutō says dramatically

"Can you guys stop fooling around?" Akaashi asks

"Why? Are you jeaaalous Ahgaaaaaaashi?" Bokutō smirks

"No, it's just not funny, and don't you have a boyfriend Kuroo-san?" Akaashi replies

"You have a boyfriend??" I fangirl

Kuroo coughs

"Wha- *cough* I what- *cough cough* nooo-" Kuroo continuously coughs

"WHO IS IT?? TELL ME PLEAAAASEEE" I shake Kuroo

Bokutō coughs "It'sKenma" Bokutō coughs more "Woah what a terrible cough that was"

OH. MY. ASAHI.

I squeal "EEEEEEEE YESYESYES! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?!?"

I continue fangirling

"Well because I thought you didn't support. OBVIOUSLY I DIDN'T KNOW YOU CARED" Kuroo yells

"Why do you care anyway?" Bokutō asks

"Becaaaauuuuseee those two are so cute together! I would've killed that person if it wasn't Kenma" I answer

"You have some serious issues" Kuroo says

"Shush, lemme fangirl"
