(Kuroo POV)

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

I sigh deeply as I turn off my alarm clock

"Ugh.. school..." I mutter "Oh wait, VOLLEYBALL TOO!"

I immediately jump out of bed and head out of my room to wake Remi up

I knock on their door "Wakey wakey! Time for your first day of schoool! You have to go a bit earlier than you need though"

I can hear a loud groan coming from his room then xie says "Kaaaayy"

I chuckle then head back to my room to get ready.

~Timeskip to when they're about to leave~

(Remi POV)

Somehow I managed to get ready before Kuroo did which is really surprising cause I even took a shower, and I take veeeeery long showers

"I'M COMING!!" Kuroo yells as he runs down the stairs

Lol, he's probably said that before with Ken- NOPE NOPE NOPE HE'S LIKE 18 HE WOULD NOT, DON'T THINK LIKE THAT- Wait, is he 18? I thought he said he was 17... also that just makes it worse -- POINT STILL STANDS STOP BEING WEIRD.

When Kuroo reaches the bottom of the stairs we both head out.

Kuroo then heads over to his neighbor's house -- which I'm assuming is Kenma's house -- and I follow.

Kuroo then knocks on the door and it immediately opens.

"Yo Puddin' Head, you ready?" Kuroo says

I give Kenma a small wave and a smile

Eek! I can't believe I'm meeting Kenma! Bro stop you're smiling too much he's gonna think you're weird.

"Of course I am Kuro.. also who's that?" Kenma inquires and points towards me

"Oh, right!" Kuroo says "Kenma mee-"

I then slap my hand over Kuroo's mouth and slightly push him to the side then say

"Sup, I'm Korral Remi, my pronouns are He/They/Xie, and I'm a DemiBoy, nice to meet ya." I say then I remove my hand, and stretch my other hand out for Kenma to shake it

"Hey! what was that for!?" Kuroo exclaims

"I can introduce myself thankyouverymuch" I say, still with my hand out

Kenma contemplates wether or not to shake my hand, but decides not to, and instead mumbles

"Kenma Kozume.. He/They... I'm also a DemiBoy (yes, I hc that Kenma is a DemiBoy, roll with it mk?) it's nice to meet you too, Korral..."

I give Kenma a big smile

"Oh and also, Kuroo talks a lot about you" I say smirking at Kuroo

"Wha- Nev-" I slap my hand on Kuroo's mouth once again

"He's just a bit embarrassed about it"

"Oh... that makes sense.. I guess" Kenma says as they look at the ground

Because my hand was still over Kuroo's mouth, he decided to lick it.

"EWWWWW! DID YOU JUST LICK MY HAND-" I immediately pull my hand away and wiped it on his jacket

"WELL YOU WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK SO I KINDA HAD TO"

"NUH-UH, AND ITS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD"

"HOW IS THAT FOR MY OWN GOOD?!?"

"BECAUSE IT IS"

"Um.. can you guys stop yelling..?" Kenma mumbles

"Oh -- yeah sorry" I say to Kenma

"Thanks... And can we go now?"

"Yeah! Let's goo!" I exclaim

Kuroo glares at me, then agrees.

We start walking and talking -- Kuroo is doing most of the talking though -- and we get on the subject of volleyball, which, duh, makes sense.

"Oh and speaking of which" Kuroo started "We're gonna have another practice match with Fukurōdani today"

"Ooh nice, I'ma act like I know that team" I said

"✨It's the team my best friend is on✨" Kuroo said in a way which kinda sounds like there were sparkles "Oh and by the way, Remi, you wanna join? I'm sure if you asked politely they'd let you. If you even know what polite is"

"Uh, excuse you, but I do know what polite is. I'm just not polite to you." I said glaring at him "And again, I'm terrible at volleyball"

Kuroo pouts, but then soon stops

"Oh, also, I've never seen you at school before, so how exactly do you two know each other?" Kenma inquires

"I met him on the street" I quoted

"I- well-" Kuroo stutters "Yeah, I mean, you're not wrong"

"But I guess we really met in an alleyway if you wanna be specific" Kuroo continued

"Shhh, I wanted to quote a meme, don't ruin this for me"

"Oh.. I see" Kenma said

Kuroo gasps very loudly

"BROKUTŌ!! YO!!" Kuroo shouts

Kenma flinches at the random loudness

In the distance a blurry figure turns their head

"YO!! KUBRO!!" Yelled the blurry figure

Is that... BOKUTŌ?! I think to myself while squinting at the blurry person running towards us

"Oh god.. not Bokutō.." Kenma mumbles

Kuroo then starts running towards Bokutō

YES OMA (oh my Asahi) OMA IT'S BOKUTŌ I'M GONNA DIE

Kuroo and Bokutō finally reach each other and do.. some sort of handshake? I dunno, but it's weird.

Kenma and I then finally reach Bokutō and Kuroo after finishing their handshake

(Bokutō POV)

Kuroo and I do our usual best friend handshake, and after doing so, Kenma and some other person walk up to us.

*Le gasp* (・o・)

"HEY HEY HEY!! Who are you?? You're wearing a Nekoma uniform so I guess you go to Kuroo's school, so how come I haven't met you before? Are you only Kenma's friend? Or are you only Ku's friend? Or are you friends with both?? How come I've never met you before? Did you transfer or something? What was the first thing you said to Kuroo? Did I already ask who you were? Wait -- do you even speak??" I asked a bunch of questions to the new person, which I'm sure they understood all of that. Then leaned closer to them.

"Uh..." The person started "What was the first question again..?"

"Hey, Mr. CoolestMcCool, calm down" Ku said to me and patted my shoulder

"Sorry, sorry" I said, backing up a bit "Who are you?"

"I'm Korral Remi, and I use He/They/Xie pronouns, and I'm a DemiBoy, nice to meet you... Uhhh.. Bokutō?" The person replied

*More Le gasp* ＼(°o°)／

"You know my name??" I asked tilting my head

"Yeah, Kuroo and Kenma both said your name, and Kuroo also told me how you didn't use a joystick in Kario Mart" Korral said

"Ohh yeah, ever since that day he still hasn't invited me to play games" I said, frowning at the end

"Oh don't worry, I be-" Kuroo slapped his hand over Korral's mouth

And soon after

"Ow!" Kuroo exclaimed "Did you just bite me?!?"

"Payback ciTy bOiH" Korral said

I heard Kenma chuckle a bit, I'm assuming at the fact that Kubro is in pain.

"Heyyy, that's not very nice" I pouted

"hMpH" Korral huffed

"Also, what were you gonna say?" I asked, tilting my head yet again

"Oh right, I beat Kuroo in Kario Mart without using a joystick, and we made a bet that if I won I could continue using a joystick, along with others, and if he won I'd use one" Korral stated as we started walking again

And with that everyone continued walking and talking -- although it was mainly Ku and I talking -- on our way to Nekoma
