vanessa's pov ♡ ࿐ྂ ࿔ ;

we all just arrived at the coffee shop nearby. we had to split into small groups since there wasn't any big tables to fit all of us. emily was sitting with taehyung, hoseok and jimin. leanne was sitting with namjoon, seokjin and yoongi. it left jungkook and i to be sitting alone together as if we were on a date and it felt like the others planned it to happen. jungkook and i sat down at the table and looked through the menu. 

we all ordered something to eat and drink then waited. the others were pretty talkative but it was pretty silent between jungkook and i for a couple of minutes. i was fiddling around with my fingers while looking over at the others. 

jungkook's pov ♡ ࿐ྂ ࿔ ;

i noticed vanessa was looking over at the others, it was my time to get to know her so i finally started the conversation between us. 

"vanessa?" i said and she quickly turned her head to looked at me

"yes?" 

"would you like to tell me about yourself?" 

"sure, what do you want to know about me?"

"hm...how old are you?"

"i'm 17 years old turning 18 years old soon"

"oh, you're a year younger than me"

"i guess i am haha"

"you can call me oppa if you want..." i said while looking down and had my left hand behind my neck

"o-okay..oppa" she stuttered 

i found that cute, i chuckled and blushed at her response. the waiter delivered our foods and drinks, we thanked him and started eating. 

"by the way" she said 

"yes?" 

"does that mean i can call the others oppa as well, since they're older than me?" she asked

"you can but i want to be your only oppa"  was what i wanted to say but i didn't

"if you want to..." i said and took a bite of my ham & cheese croissant 

she nodded and sipped her latte

vanessa's pov ♡ ࿐ྂ ࿔ ;

jungkook and i have been getting to know each other more, we had so many things in common and started joking around. it felt like we were already good friends because we were getting more comfortable with each other's company but from time to time we would still be shy towards each other. suddenly, bts' song 'coffee' started playing. 

"that's our song!" namjoon said excitedly 

"daebak" hoseok said 

i looked over and smiled at the others then i heard jungkook singing along. when i looked back at him he was already staring at me while singing. my ears were blessed and my heart was melting. i leaned my elbows on the table, had my hands covering my blushing cheeks and admired jungkook singing. when he finished singing, i was clapping, he got shy and covered his ears. 

"i really love your voice" i said and smiled

"thank you. do you know this song?" he asked while blushing

"of course i do, i'm an ARMY hehe" i said and we smiled at each other

the chorus was coming up again but this time when jungkook started singing, i sang along with him. he was surprised at first then he kept singing while looking at me. 

"wow vanessa, not only you can dance but you can sing as well" he said in amazement 

i blushed and took a sip of my latte 

"we should sing together sometime" he said softly

"s-sure" i stuttered 

"do you sing song covers?"

"i don't post song covers online but i perform at school events. i really love going to karaoke rooms though"

"i really love going to karaoke rooms too! are you..available tonight?"

"t-tonight?" 

"yeah, would you like to go to a karaoke room with me?" he asked while fiddling with his fingers

i was about to say something but i was cut off

"woah, is jungkookie asking vanessa out on a date?" yoongi asked and they all looked at us

jungkook and i were both blushing. i had so many thoughts in my head and i was overwhelmed, i wanted to have some fresh air outside so i excused myself then walked out to the front of the coffee shop. emily and leanne followed me and we had a small chat. 

"what's going on, vanessa?" emily asked

"i really don't know..." i said while looking at the ground and crossed my arms

"if i'm being honest, it's quite obvious that you and jungkook already have feelings for each other" leanne said

"you must really like him, huh?" emily said and nudged me

"the thing is, should i be professional about this? i really gotta focus on our performance next week and i'm not sure about getting in a relationship..." i said and kicked a pebble on the ground

"is this really stressing you out?" leanne asked

"i don't think it would interfere with our performance" emily said

"my thoughts are all over the place...i never felt this way or been in a relationship before" i said and looked back at the boys inside

"don't worry, it'll be okay" emily said and hugged me

"jungkook could be feeling the same way as you are but who knows?" leanne said and emily agreed

"i haven't told my parents about this, how i'm catching feelings for someone who happens to be jungkook from bts. i don't even know if they would believe me or if they would allow me to be in a relationship" i said worriedly 

"you should talk to your parents about it when we get back to our hotel rooms" emily said and patted my back

"you do have proof that you've been texting jungkook and you can send the group pic we had with the boys to your parents. i'm sure they'll  believe you and hopefully allow you to be in a relationship, even though it's a bit too soon" leanne said and i nodded

jungkook's pov ♡ ࿐ྂ ࿔ ;

vanessa excused herself and went to the front of the coffee shop then emily and leanne followed her and they started talking. i was wondering what was wrong but my hyungs started teasing me. 

"our jungkookie has grown up so fast" hoseok said and pouted

"you like vanessa right?" seokjin asked

"hyungs, please stop it" i said while laying back on the chair, crossing my arms.

"stop being shy, be a man" taehyung said and flexed his biceps 

"i bet vanessa will say yes to go on a date with you tonight" jimin said and winked

"jungkookie, just confess to her already" namjoon said

"we're still getting to know each other first" i said and looked back to see the girls still talking outside

"if you don't, one of us will" yoongi said and sipped his iced americano 

i looked back at my hyungs and glared at them then i saw the girls walking back towards us. 

vanessa's pov ♡ ࿐ྂ ࿔ ;

we walked back inside the coffee shop and sat down on our seats. i looked at jungkook, he was looking down while nervously biting his bottom lip. 

"jungkook oppa" i said

"hm?" he said and looked up at me

"i'll let you know later if i'm available tonight" i said and smiled

"okay, no worries" he said and smiled back

↠ 30 minutes later ↞

bts got a call from their manager, they had to leave so they could get ready for their meetings. we all hugged each other, bid farewells and they left the coffee store. emily, leanne and i were still in the coffee shop waiting for mr an arrive. 

when mr an met up with us, we made our way back to our hotel rooms. after i took a shower, i called my parents and told them what was going on. surprisingly, they were chill about me going out with jungkook because they trusted me and just wanted me to have the best time in korea while i'm there but i should always be safe. i asked mr an if i could go out with jungkook tonight, he said that he'll discuss with my parents first then he'll decide. 

around 2pm, we went to honghae to explore around the attractions, ate some foods and shopped around. mr an allowed me to go out with jungkook but i had to be back in the hotel before 9pm. i texted jungkook, he was happy and wanted to meet outside the karaoke place at 6pm. 

↠ 5:50pm ↞

i gave my shopping bags to emily and leanne so they could take it back to my hotel room for me while i'm out with jungkook. i thanked them and they made their way back to the hotel. 

i searched on my phone the address of the karaoke place jungkook sent me and i arrived there 5 minutes later. as i was waiting for jungkook to arrive, i was on my phone texting my parents and scrolling through my social medias.

 jungkook's pov ♡ ࿐ྂ ࿔ ;

i was on my way to meet vanessa in hongdae for karaoke. my manager-hyung dropped me off across from the karaoke place and as i was walking towards the entrance, i saw a girl on her phone. she was wearing black long-sleeves under a red plaid dress, her hair was out with a cute braid and she wore black heeled boots. when i walked closer towards her, i then  realised it was vanessa.
