"another day, another working till late at night." minjeong thought to herself as she sighed and slowly got up and switched off her alarm.

she went to the toilet to take a quick shower to wash up before packing her stuff. minjeong saw that she still had quite some time so she decided to stay in bed for awhile. minjeong took her phone and saw a message from the famous actress, karina, the actress whom she was assigned to be a makeup artist for.

a little introduction about karina, shes now acting for a new romance drama which will be released soon. shes really pretty honestly, her facial features, her acting skills are all on point. she knows how to sing and dance too so i guess thats a plus point.

hello minjeong, are you able to come to the set a little earlier, before the rest of the crew and members come? thank you, really appreciate it.

noted, i'll be there shortly.

minjeong sighed in frustration, putting in her airpods and blasting music into her ears. this job pays fairly well, but getting up so early and ending late is not minjeong's thing, she hates it.

she boarded the bus and went to the back to sit by the window. she stared out at the scenery and slowly her eyes began to close. soon later, she opened her eyes slowly to see that she was near her stop, she pressed the bell and got up from her seat.

minjeong finally reached the set and went into her designated room where she would always go to, to do the artist's make up. she noticed that jimin wasnt here yet so she just switched on the lights to the room and lay on the sofa.

she was scrolling through instagram but suddenly her eyes felt tired so she decided to close her eyes for awhile since jimin isnt here yet.

few minutes later

"good morning." minjeong heard someone's soft voice and she slowly opened her eyes to see jimin right infront of her face.

she backed away quickly and gave an awkward chuckle, "sorry, i was really tired."

"its fine, how was your sleep?" jimin asked as she puts her bag down on the table and sat on the chair infront of the mirror.

"it was okay, how about you?"

"my sleep was fine, thanks for asking." the actress replied formally and minjeong nodded. its awkward..

"soo, would you like me to do your makeup now?" minjeong asked to break the awkward silence.

"sure if you want." jimin replied while minjeong walked towards the actress and opened the makeup bag on the table.

minjeong started doing jimin's makeup and jimin took an instagram story of minjeong doing her makeup.

"do you want me to blur your face?" the older asked, to which the younger replied, "yes please, thank you." jimin nodded her head in response.

"hey, dont move." minjeong said, shifting jimin's head.

"sorry." jimin mumbled and did her :] smile. thats so cute. cute. just slightly. minjeong couldn't see herself liking the girl infront of her. after all, she's just a makeup artist for the famous actress.

"its fine, andd you're done." minjeong said and jimin looked at the mirror and then looked back at minjeong.

"how'd i look?" the older asked as she smiled.

"you look really pretty." minjeong replied and jimin smiled even wider.

"did anyone tell you that your smile is really pretty." minjeong complimented.

"thank you." jimin said as she stood up and hugged minjeong. oh that was sudden. minjeong is usually never allowed to touch the artist unless she's doing their makeup so she didnt hug her back.

"why'd you not hug me back?" jimin asked and pouted.

"im not allowed to, jimin." minjeong replied, scratching her nape awkwardly.

"but there's no one here!" jimin retorted.

"well, do you want me to hug you?" minjeong asked shyly and the older girl nodded.

minjeong pulled jimin into a hug and the older hugged her back. 'damn, i havent had a warm hug in so long.' minjeong thought to herself.

"do you go to school?" jimin asked as she lets go of minjeong and walked to the sofa.

"yeah, it's just the term break for me now and after that i have my final exams." minjeong said and jimin nodded, wishing her luck as she tapped the space next to her. minjeong sat at that space and jimin puts her head on minjeong's shoulder.

"oh yeah, i have two friends who are really big fans of you." minjeong added.

"oh really, who?" jimin asked.

"even if i told you, you wouldn't know." minjeong replied.

"hey it doesnt matter, i just wanna know who."

"well their names are aeri and yizhuo." minjeong said and showed her a picture.

"they're not from korea?" jimin asked, raising an eyebrow.

"yeah, they came here for their studies."

"ooo~ they look so cuteee." jimin dragged her words in excitement.

"they're together by the way." minjeong randomly blurted out.

"together as in, they're girlfriends?"

"yeah, they're girlfriends." minjeong said.

"thats cute. i'd like a girlfriend too." jimin said casually.

"what?"

"what." jimin said.

"you want a girlfriend? you're into girls?" minjeong was shocked, very shocked honestly. jimin doesn't even seem like someone who's into girls.

"well i swing both ways. why? i dont look like someone who is into girls?" jimin asked.

"yeah you dont. i mean what about the guy you were rumoured to be dating? the singer, jeno or something?" minjeong replied, still feeling shocked.

"what about him?"

"you guys arent dating?" minjeong asked.

"what? no. we aren't. the only reason why we're THIS close is because he has been my best friend since like elementary school."

"oh i see." wow, the more minjeong know..

"yu jimin! why are you leaning your head on her shoulder! i said the makeup artist and the artists cannot touch each other unless doing makeup!" jimin's manager came in suddenly and shouted.
