You and your boyfriend, Marcus were making self-portraits of each other outside.

The person who wins gets to push the loser into the pool by drawing the most accurate self-portrait.

You've been painting for years, so you had the experience and had no doubt that you were going to win.

You watched as Marcus  raised his head from his painting and grinned at you.

"How's it going over there,Loser ?" Marcus said. He was trying to find a way under your skin. Good thing you find his cockiness cute.

Without taking your eyes off your canvas, you responded, "Winning."

"Oh yeah? Show me."
Setting down your brushes, you turned around your painting.

He examined it, totally taken aback by how similar it appeared to him.He always admired your work. Marcus thought you were the most talented person he ever met.

You straightened your back, pleased with your job. "All right, now it's your turn!"

His expression changed. now looking somewhat nervous. He sighed, turning around his canvas.

The second you laid eyes on his art, you knew damn well you had won.

It was a circle and two ovals that you assumed were the eyes and a curved line which was the mouth. The hair was just wavy lines on each side of "the face".

You couldn't hold it in and burst out laughing.

"You lost,"
You got up and pulled him out of his chair making your way towards the pool.

"WAIT! WAIT! WAIT! My portrait looks beautiful.
"YOU SAID IT HAD TO BE ACCURATE, RIGHT?"

Those were the his last words before you pushed in into the pool.
"You cheated!"

"How exactly did I cheat ,Marcus?"

"You just did!"
You go get a towel, he reaches his hand out but before you know it he pulls you in.

"IT'S SO COLD!" You push Marcus.

He wraps his arms around your waist before placing a soft kiss on your lips.

"We should probably get out before we get sick."

"Yeah, good idea"

You go inside and change into some dry clothes.
You and Marcus decide to watch a movie [insert a random movie].

You are cuddled next him. Your head in the crook of his neck. You were so lucky to have him.
