I looked at Sunghoon before looking back at Jay.

"I got bored and he was the only one that seemed nice enough to talk to, plus he's your knight and you guys are friends and stuff."

"I'm glad you two got along" Jay said before leading me and Sunghoon to the dining table.

Sunghoon stood at the door not joining me and Jay at dinner.

"Do you want to join us for dinner?" Jay asked looking at Sunghoon.

"Are you fine with that?"

"You and April got along so now the table won't be awkward or anything."

I nodded my head while pointing at a chair for Sunghoon to sit in.

We all ate, talked and just acted like normal people.

"I need to go back to the Kingdom and sort out some more things with the royal family there. They're so dumb and greedy, people piss me off." Sunghoon and I just laughed.

"Can I go down to the village with Sunghoon then?"

"Do whatever, as long as I know that you're with Sunghoon." I nodded.

The next day Sunghoon and I walked around the village looking at the different types of produce in the stalls.

Sunghoon showed me his area of the village and even introduced me to his mother.

"Ah Sunghoon I haven't seen you so long" An elderly lady came running out of her home and hugging the boy.

"Who do you have here?" She said turning to me with a smile on her face.

"She's the Kings close friend" He said as the women eyed me but had a smile on her face. I bowed to her trying to be polite.

"You're a beautiful girl you know. Sunghoon likes girls with long hair and big brown eyes like yours." The mother joked and I just laugh trying to make things less awkward.

"Mother! She's the Kings" Sunghoon snapped making the woman look at me.

"You are one lucky girl"

'She's the Kings' what does that mean?

After the chat with Sunghoon's mother, we made our way to May's mothers home.

I knocked on the door waiting for her to open the door. After a minute or so she came out surprised to see me and Sunghoon together.

"April dear and is that Sunghoon?" She said.

"Hello ma'am" Sunghoon bowed at the woman.

"It's been a while, come in come in." She stood to the side making room for us to come in.

"How do you know Sunghoon?" I asked the woman as we all sat on the small dining table.

"Well his mother is a friend of mine, she still is too" I nodded my head. The woman served some tea and small treats for us. We talked about everything that's happening, which wasn't much but she told me about the new buildings that are gonna be built and the more farm lands that will be made. Besides that nothing really important.

It was noon now and I wanted to get back so that I could finish a book I found in one of the libraries in the castle. Well I think they were libraries.

"Ma'am I think we will start heading back to the castle. Thank you so much for the treats and the tea."

"No problem dear, please come back soon."

Me and Sunghoon started walking out of the house. When Sunghoon left the woman called for me before I left too.

"April dear"

"Yes ma'am?"

"Dear, I've never seen the king so happy before. Please, whatever you're doing keep it up. He is happy when he's with you."

Again, the warm and bubbly feeling rushed through my body, making me happy.

"I will, thank you"

I sat on my bed reading my book. It was about 2 or 3 but the sun already started setting. There was a cool breeze passing by making it a little cold. I tucked myself underneath the covers as I continued to read.

After a bit, I heard a knock at the door.

"Come in"

Sunghoon peaked his head in before coming inside completely.

"What's up?" I asked closing my book and putting it to the side.

"You remember when I asked you if you wanted to learn how to fight and stuff?" I nodded.

"Do you want to start today?"

"But the day is gonna end soon."

"That's why we start now."

"Eh, I'm up to a really good part in the book." I was too lazy at this point.

"Fine but there's something I want to show you."

"Okay?" I said as I got up and followed Sunghoon out the room.

He led me outside the castle and towards a separate building that was right next to the castle.

"Ok you see that opened door, I want you to peak your head in" That was a little suspicious of him, but I did it anyway.

Oh. My. God.

Inside was a shirtless Jay punching a dummy figure that stood opposite him. Jay was facing away from the door so I couldn't see the front of his body. There was sweat that trickled down his back and the afternoon light shining on his body made him glow. Jay looks hot.
