Firey's POV:
"Don't forget to sign up for the auditions by this Friday!" called out my drama teacher, Mrs. Hanson. She was telling us about the new play that the school was having. "Romeo and Juliet." It's a good play I suppose. A little depressing, but a good script. I thought about whether I should audition for the play or not. Should I audition? I asked myself. I eventually decided to audition for the main guy role, Romeo. I could be a romantic guy, right?

Leafy's POV:
After hearing there was a play, I got all excited. I love drama class and I think that I'll get a good part in the play. I LOVE the story of Romeo and Juliet. It's so romantic. I couldn't wait until the auditions. I walked towards the audition sign ups and saw my best friend, Firey Flame. "Hey, Firey!" I called out to him. He turned around and smiled. "Hey, Leafy!" he replied. "Signing up for the auditions?" "Yep," I reponded. "Cool, I'm signing up too," he told me. "Great! Oh no, the bell's gonna ring soon!" I said worriedly. I quickly jotted my name down under the "Juliet Auditions" section and left with Firey to go to English class.

Firey's POV:
I didn't see which role Leafy signed up to be. I didn't want to be late for class. Leafy and I rushed to English class and made it right before the bell rang. I sat down in my seat next to TB and Gelatin. "Hey, Firey!" TB greeted me. "What's up, bro?" Gelatin asked me. "Life's great. Either of you auditioning for the play?" "No, I've got too much studying for that," answered TB while adjusting his brown glasses. "TB, you're always studying," said Gelatin with a laugh. "I, on the other hand, will participate. The school wants me to handle the special effects for the play!" "Wow, really? That's amazing!" I responded. "Are you auditioning Firey?" Gelatin asked. "I'm auditioning fo-" "Alright class, settle down. Turn to page 73 in your workbooks and let's get with the lesson," called out our English teacher. I sighed quietly and gave TB and Gelatin a look that said "I'll tell you later" and opened my workbook.

Leafy's POV:
I heard the teacher and opened my book. Needle was sitting next to me. I saw her write something and wondered what it was. She slowly folded it up and waited a minute or two. I glanced at her with a look of confusion. She quickly handed me the note that she was writing. I slowly opened the note and read it. It said, "Leafy, R U auditioning 4 the play?" I wrote back to her saying, "Yes. Auditioning for Juliet." Needle looked at me and gave a smile. I smiled back and then listened to Mr. Smith as he taught the English lesson. I was smart and had good grades but that didn't mean that I liked all my classes. English was okay but could get a bit boring. I already know this stuff. I waited until Mr. Smith finished the lesson, then I raised my hand. "Yes, Ms. Evergreen?" he asked. "May I get a drink of water?" I asked politely. "Be quick about it," he said with a serious look on his face but he then smiled. I was one of his favorites. I walked out of the room to get a drink of water. As I walk out, I run into someone and get really worried...........
