Leafy's POV:
After Firey left, I went back inside and saw my family standing right at the door. "Leafy! Oh my goodness, thank goodness you're alright!" my mother exclaimed, then hugged me really tightly. "Mom... You're... Crushing me..." I said. "Ooh, sorry dear. I'm just so glad that my angel is alright!" she exclaimed again. My dad then nearly suffocated me with a hug. "It's a great thing that you have Firey. I'll have to thank him next time I see him, since he did save my baby girl," my dad said. "Daaaad!!! I'm sixteen!" I said, jokingly annoyed. He finally let go of me just for me to get attacked with another hug. "Oak...! Too...! Tight...!" I told him. "Sorry... Just thought that I was gonna lose my little sis... Couldn't let that happen..." he said. I smiled a bit. He then quietly added, "Besides... Someone's gonna need to give you love advice for Firey," then adding a wink. My face reddened as I muttered, "Shut up... I don't need your help with my love life..." "So you're admitting that you do like him?" he questioned, smirking. "WHA- NO!" I exclaimed. Oak chuckled and let go of me. I then ate some soup as my dinner. After I was done, I went upstairs and got a shower. I then went into my room and laid down on my bed. I got on my phone and I checked Objectbook. I then saw a new video post from Coiny. I clicked on it and saw the video he had recorded a while ago. "Seriously Coiny...? Why would you post this..?" I muttered quietly. I saw a bunch of posts replying to it, mostly my friends. I sighed and continued looking through Objectbook and playing games.

Firey's POV:
"FIIIRRRREEERRY!!!!!!!!" I heard a voice yell as I walked up my driveway. I was then tackled by Ash with a hug. "Hiya Ash," I replied. "Mom was watching the news and I saw it too! You're a hero Firey!" she exclaimed. I laughed. "I suppose so," I said. "Also, have you checked Objectbook recently?" she asked. "No... Why...?" I asked, suspicious. "Oh, nothing..." she said, giggling. "Ash... What's on Objectbook?" I asked. I quickly pulled out my phone and checked. I then saw a video posted by Coiny. I watched it and realized it was the video Leafy and I saw him recording. "He is so going to get it..." I mumbled. Ash giggled again. I walked inside with her and saw my mother sitting on the couch. "Hi Mom," I said. She looked at me and smiled. "Firey, I'm so glad that you're okay. And I'm so proud of you!" she exclaimed, getting up and hugging me. My dad then came into the room and smiled. "Atta boy Firey!" he said. I smiled. I then went upstairs to my room and sat down on my bed. I then decided to call Coiny. I dialed his number and waited for him to pick up. He did, and said, "Yo." "Coiny... You're so gonna get it on Monday..." I threatened jokingly. He laughed. "It wasn't my idea! The others wanted to see it!" he replied. "Why'd you even record that?" I asked. "Needle told me to," he explained. I then heard him yawn. "I'm gonna go to sleep... It's been a long day," he then said. "Okay, see you later," I answered. "Bye," he said, then hung up. I laid down on my bed and soon fell asleep.

The next morning...

I woke up at 8:30 this morning, which was early for me on the weekends. Weird, I don't usually wake up this early on my own... I figured that Leafy was awake, since she loved waking up early. I texted her:
"Hey, what's up?"
Not even a minute later, I got a response:
"Just reading. U?"
"Nothing much. Hey, did you see that video Coiny posted?"
"Yep... 😕"
"Eh, could've been worse I guess."
"I suppose so."
"Like, he could've posted it on YouCube (A/N: IDK!!! 😂) or something like that."
"Omg, that would be insane."
"Ikr."
"So... Wanna hang out at my house today?"
"Sure! What time?"
"Whenever's fine."
"I'll come over now if that's fine."
"Great! See you soon!"
"See ya!"
I got dressed and put my phone in my pocket. "Mom! I'm going to Leafy's!" I said. I then walked out of my house. I walked to Leafy's house and saw her standing outside. "Hey!" she said, waving to me. "Hi!" I replied, smiling. We then walked inside her house together and sat down on the couch. Suddenly, Leafy's parents came into the room. "Leafy! I need you to come do-! Oh, there you are dear," Mrs. Evergreen said. "And you too Firey!" she then added. "Leafy, go get your brother, we have to tell you two something," she told Leafy. "Okay," she replied. She then went upstairs. Mr. Evergreen then looked at me. He then said, "Firey... I wanted to thank you for saving my daughter... If it weren't for you... She would be gone... Thank you Firey..." he said to me. "You're welcome... Sir..." I slowly replied. Then I sat on that couch in silence, Leafy's parents not saying anything. This... Was so... Awkward... Please hurry up Leafy... Finally, she came back with Oak. "He kept refusing to come out of his room... But here he is," she said. Oak sat down on a chair nearby, and Leafy sat down on the couch next to me. "Mom... Does it have to be right now...?" she asked. "Yes, it does. And I'm sure Firey will be interested to hear this too," Mrs. Evergreen said. "Leafy... You obviously remember Amelia, right?" she started. "Of course I do... Her aunt nearly killed me..." Leafy replied. "Well, you also know how Amelia is in the orphanage right now, right?" she then asked. "Yeah..." Leafy answered, looking sad. She obviously had a close bond with her. "Well, what would you say, if I told you that you were getting a little sister?" she asked. Leafy's eyes widened, and so did Oak's. "Wait, are we...?" Leafy asked. "Yes, we're adopting Amy!" Mrs. Evergreen exclaimed. "OMZ REALLY?!" Leafy asked. "Whoa, another little sister?" Oak asked. "Amelia Autumn Evergreen... It really flows... Doesn't it..." Leafy said. "Wow Leafy, congrats on the new sister!" I said. "This is so exciting!" she exclaimed. "Alright, you three can go now," Mrs. Evergreen said. Oak went back upstairs, and Leafy stood up. "Movie?" she asked. "Sure," I replied. Leafy pulled out a movie (A/N: Due to the fact that I can't think of any movie parody titles, just know that this is a sad movie they're about to watch). She put in the DVD and turned on the TV. She then sat back down on the couch. We watched the movie together. I noticed that towards the end, Leafy was full on crying from the movie. The movie soon ended and I saw that Leafy still looked sad. "Leafy, you okay?" I asked. She nodded. "This movie always makes me sad..." she said. "Wait, then why did we watch it then?" I asked. "Because it's really good and one of my favorites," she answered. I then smiled. I then told her that I had to go run an errand real quick. She said okay and I stood up. I then walked to the front door but quickly went into a different room. I saw Mrs. Evergreen doing... Something.... Uh, I have no clue what she does for a living... Anyway... I walked up to her and quietly whispered to her, "Mrs. Evergreen, could you help me with something?" "Of course! What do you need?" she answered. "Could... Could you drive me to the car dealership...?" I slowly asked. "Yes, of course. But whatever for?" she asked. "I... I want to buy Leafy a new car..." I blurted out. Mrs. Evergreen looked surprised. "You... You want to buy my daughter a new car? Firey, you know that you don't have to do that... Right...?" she asked. "I know... But Leafy needs a new one..." I said. "Well... Alright then... But..." she started, then stood up from the chair she was sitting in. "You're not going to pay for all of it," she finished. She walked to the front door and told Leafy she was going to be right back. I carefully sneaked out of the house, since Leafy thought I had already left. We got into Mrs. Evergreen's car and drove off to the dealership.

Leafy's POV:
After my mom left, I went upstairs to my room. I looked through my photos, remembering different memories as I looked at them. I first looked at a few we took at the beach. I kept swiping my finger, looking through the pictures until I saw a certain picture. Firey and I... The two of us... At our eighth grade graduation. This was actually one of my favorites. I smiled as I looked at it. He was still shorter than me at the time. I looked at some other pictures and noticed an unfamiliar one. I touched it and suddenly heard a loud noise from Oak's room. I looked up, still not seeing the picture. I sighed and looked back at my phone, only to be scared and surprised at the same time. "WHAT THE HECK?!" I exclaimed. A really creepy, demon-looking thing was on my phone, words that were red as blood saying, "You'll regret it..." I stared at my phone, worried and unsure of how it got there. I didn't delete it, who knows. Maybe I'll need it later. I turned it off and just relaxed on my bed for a while. I eventually got a text from Firey, telling me to come outside. Confused, I got up and went downstairs. I walked outside. I didn't see anyone or anything. I walked around some more and decided to check the garage. I walked there and saw... A green car... With a bow on it... Wait, wha??? I then saw Firey standing next to it. "Wha- Firey, what's that doing there?" I asked. "Say hello to your new car Leafy!" he replied. "Wait, what?! OMZ are you serious???" I asked. He nodded. "Y-you... Wait, you didn't buy this... Did you?" I then asked. "Well, your mother paid for some of it," he answered. "But I paid for most of it," he added. "Oh my gosh Firey... I just... I can't believe it... Oh my tree... This is amazing... I can't believe you actually got this for me..." I kept saying. I then said, "Thank you so much Firey!!!" I then hugged him. "No problem!" he replied, hugging me back. "Wanna try driving it?" he asked. "Of course I do!" I exclaimed. I got I the driver's seat and Firey got in the passenger's seat. Firey handed me the keys and I started up the car. I backed out of the driveway and told my mom we'd be back in a bit. We drove around a bit, then drove to an ice cream stand. We got ice cream and ate it at a table. Firey then picked a large flower and placed it in my hair. I smiled and felt the light breeze blow on my face. Firey and I just sat at that table for a while.

A/N: Sigh... Lazy chapter... I have a headache... I hope this wasn't too terrible. 😂
