Chapter Eleven: The Ball

(Y/N) P.O.V.

I went to my room and opened my closet. Thankfully, Sebastian had packed me plenty of nice clothes to wear before I left. I picked out the dress that Elizabeth had given me. It was blue, with black trim, lots and lots of black and blue frills, and a white bow in the middle. I had a pair of white tights and blue shoes to match.

"Make sure you look, nice deary!"

Undertaker shouted from across the room.

"You don't need to worry. It's you I'm more concerned about!"

I heard him chuckle from across the room. The Viscount's ball was very soon. He delivered these invitations quite late. I went into the bathroom and put my (H/L), (H/C) into a bun, leaving a few strands to frame my face. I put my dress and shoes on and sat on my bed. I reached into my drawer in my nightstand and pulled out a pair of black gloves. They were in a small, glass box with gold decoration. I opened the box and pulled out the gloves. I put them on my arms and pulled them up, past my elbow. These gloves are very important to me. My mother, Rachel, gave them to me before she died. I heard a light knock coming from my door.

"Come in."

The door opened and the Undertaker entered the room. He was wearing a black tuxedo with a black-tie, white gloves, and a top hat. He had his hair tied into a ponytail but still kept his eyes covered.

"Aw. I was hoping to see your eyes."

I pouted. He walked over to me and took my hand.

"All in do time, my dear. I must say, you look lovely this evening."

I blushed slightly.

"Why thank you. You look quite handsome."

He smiled as he helped me up. We walked outside and he closed the shop door.

"Wait here, I shall bring the carriage up, my dear."

I nodded my head and he walked down the street. A man in a carriage was waiting across the street. Undertaker went to him and got inside. He came up to me and the Undertaker jumped out of the carriage.

"Allow me, my lady."

I giggled.

"Thank you. good sir."

He opened the door and helped me inside. He closed the door and got inside from the other side.

"Where are we going, sir?"
The man asked.

"To the Viscount of Druitt's manor."

"Yes, sir."

With the whip of his horses, we were sent down the road and on our way to the Viscount's home. I looked out the window, but I could feel a pair of eyes on me. I ignored it and kept looking. I must have fallen asleep because when I woke up, we were at the VIscount's home.

"We have arrived, my dear."

I nodded my head and sat up. He opened the door and helped me out.

"Shall we?"

He asked as he extended his arm towards me.

"We shall."

I took his arm and we walked up the stairs. Two men were standing at the top of the stairs.

"Welcome to the Viscount Druitt's home. I hope you enjoy yourselves."

I curtsied and we walked into the manor. It looked a little like the Phantomhive manor. The room was filled with people, but someone, in particular, caught my eye. They were wearing a pink and black dress. They had their hair tied into pigtails and had a small hat on their head. I made my way across the room and over towards them.

"Hello, my name is (Y/N). I wanted to say that I love your dress-"

I stopped as they turned around.

"C-CIEL?"

I shouted. He took his hands and covered my mouth with them.

"Shush (Y/N)."

"What are you doing here?"

I mumbled, his hand was still on my face.

"Remember the Jack the Ripper case?"

I nodded my head.

"Sebastian made a list of suspects and the Viscount Druitt is the only person who could be responsible for all these murders."

"(Y/N) there you are, I've been looking for you-"

Undertake came up from behind me and stopped mid-sentence. He looked at me then to Ciel, then back to me.

"Little...Lord?"

He asked. He covered his mouth with his hands and fell to the ground. He started laughing so hard he began to cry a little.

"(Y/N) get him off the ground."

Ciel commanded of me. He let go of me and I knelt down. I grabbed the Undertaker's hand and hoisted him off the ground. He wiped a tear from his eye.

"Oh my...hehe~"

Sebastian came up to me and hugged me tightly.

"Lady (Y/N)! I'm so glad to see you are safe...wait, why are you here?"

He was dressed oddly...like a tutor?

"The Viscount of Druitt stopped by and invited us."

I said.

"He called me her father."

Undertaker added and I nodded. Sebastian chuckled and Ciel sighed. I looked to the corner of the room and saw that Madam Red was having the time of her life. Grell...seemed scared and too frightened to talk to anyone. Undertaker and Sebastian had ended up getting themselves into an argument over God know what. I took this opportunity to speak to Grell.

"Hey, Grell!"

"AHHH!"

He shouted and he jumped backward.

"(Y/N) Y-You scared me!"

"I'm sorry Grell. I didn't mean to scare you."

I took his hands and held them close. I smiled and I saw him blush a little bit. His eyes...the more I looked at them the more they reminded me of someone. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I jumped.

"Undertaker!"

"Hehe sorry, deary."

I put my hand to my chest and sighed.

"Would you like to dance with me?"

He asked as he extended his hand. I took his hands and smiled.

"I would like that."

He guided me to the dance floor and the waltz began.

"I'm not very good at the waltz."

I said nervously.

"Don't worry, my dear. I will lead you through it."

He put his hand on my waist and took my other hand in his. He spun me around as we danced around the room. I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned to see Ciel and Sebastian dancing with each other.

"Psst (Y/N) after the waltz, come over to the fireplace over there. I need your assistance with this case."

I nodded my head as we continued to dance.

"Don't worry, my dear. I'll make sure nothing happens to you."

I smiled as the dance came to an end. He kissed the top of my hand and Ciel grabbed my shoulder. He dragged me across the room to where the Viscount was standing.

"My lord, I've been wanting to speak to you all evening."

Ciel said as he stood in front of the Viscount.

"I'm bored to death of dancing and eating."

"Oh, looking for something more...entertaining."

The Viscount took his hand and put it on Ciel's waist. I giggled and he looked at me. He let go of Ciel and rushed to me.

"Ah, there you are, my darling. I've been waiting for you!"

He took both of my hands and kissed them.

"It's lovely to see you again, Viscount Druitt."

He pulled me into a hug and kissed the top of my head. What...the...hell? I smiled as I tried to escape his grip, but he would not let go of me.

"My lady, sweet sweet robin. Will you join me for an evening activity?"

He asked with a smirk on his face. Ciel looked at me and nodded. I looked up at him. Our faces were inches apart.

"Of course my lord."

I said sweetly. He let go of me and got down on his knees.

"You are so sweet and pure...too beautiful for this worlddddd!"

He took my hand as he ran across the room dragging me behind him. After we had exited the ballroom he took me down a hallway and into another room. Suddenly, I felt my arms and legs go limp as I started to fall. The Viscount caught me before I hit the floor.

"Goodnight...my sweet."

Everything went black. When I awoke I was in a cage. My hands were tied together and I had a blindfold on my eyes. Undertaker...Undertaker where are you?

"Undertaker!!"

I shouted at the top of my lungs. I felt tears roll down my cheeks as I heard people calling out large sums of money. The door to the cage opened and a gloved hand reached towards me. I grabbed it and was pulled into a hug. I was crying and calling for help.

"Shhh, my dear. It's me! You're safe I promise."

I looked up and saw the Undertaker. He was hugging me and stroked my hair. I cried into his chest. Ciel and Sebastian entered the room with a shocked look on their face.

"(Y/N)!"

"CIEL WHY WOULD YOU PUT ME THROUGH THIS??!!"

I shouted at him. He recoiled as Sebastian stood next to me. Undertake picked me up and turned around to leave. He carried me out the door until we made it outside. I gripped onto him tightly, not wanting to let go.

"It's okay. You're safe with me. I promise I will never let you out of my sights again."

He kissed the top of my head as he walked back to the shop carrying me in his arms.
