# HNB - 빛이 될게  (Be Your Light)

"So. The time holder." stated Chuck.

"It was Ethan. But I'm sure you already knew that." Nick said, gloomily.

"I saw it. But I can't be sure of it till it actually happens. Future isn't set, you know." Chuck said staring at the ceiling.

Selena just stared at them both. Aren't they going to do something or what?

"So why are you guys just sitting?" Selena said. Both Chuck and Nick stared at her with a vacant look.

"Just sitting here isn't going to stop Ethan. We need to think of a plan." Selena said with an encouraging smile.

"I'm sorry, WE?" Nick asked as he raised his eyebrows.

Selena raised her eyebrows at that too. "Yes. WE. Is there a problem?" Selena asked.

"Yes, There is a problem. You will go home right after I pay you back. That was the deal." Nick fumed.

"Then pay me back." Selena said, slightly hurt. Did he want to get rid of her so soon?

Nick rummaged his pocket, momentarily forgetting that his wallet was gone with the coat. He looked at Chuck expectantly. Chuck emptied his pocket to make his point. "You know that I don't have any mortal money on me mate. I never go down there."

Nick huffed as he looked at Sarah playing with Chuck's wings. 

"Looks like you are stuck with me huh?" Selena said gleefully. 

"I still don't like it." Nick muttered. Selena soon dropped her gaze to the floor. Maybe she was being the pain in the ass. He clearly didn't  want her around him and wanted to get rid of her.

"Look. I didn't mean it like that." Nick said as he reached out and held Selena's hands. Selena didn't meet his gaze. 

"It's going to be dangerous, meddling with the past. I don't want you or Sarah getting hurt just because of my sick brother." Nick said, trying to catch her in the eye.

"I want to help." Selena said, pleadingly. "It's partly my fault that all of this happened." 

"No, It's not." Nick said as he shook his head.

"Alright, you lovebirds. No need to get all mushy gushy in front of me." Chuck piped up.

"We are not lovebirds!" Nick and Selena both shouted at Chuck.

"Oh, Lord. They are starting to speak the same things. This will be torture on our trip." Chuck said miserably.

"Our trip?" Selena said, confused.

"Well, Yeah. You weren't thinking of going by yourselves, were you?" Chuck said cheekily.

"Actually, I was thinking of giving you babysitting duty. You can watch Sarah here, and Nick and I will go stop Ethan." Selena said, crossing her arms.

"But I don't want to babysit!! I want to have an adventure with you guys!" Chuck whined.

"Me too, Me too!!!" Sarah said as she popped up on Chuck's back.

"No. You heard Nick. It might be dangerous." Selena said firmly.

"Please?? Pretty please with the cherry on top?" Sarah gave Selena the puppy dog eyes.

"Yeah. Please, can we go??"  Chuck imitated Sarah while hugging Nick's legs.

"Get off, will you?" Nick grunted as he tried to swing off Chuck. It failed miserably. Chuck was a sloth that was hanging onto a tree for dear life.

"Oh, Fine." Selena and Nick snapped at the same time.

"Yay!!" Sarah and Chuck started to dance around wildly.

"This better be good." Nick said amusedly.

"It better. He better not ruin this." Selena huffed.

Chuck stopped dancing at that. "Hey! I'm the all mighty Time fairy here. Give me some credit." He said with a huff, blowing his cheek up with air like a chipmunk.

Selena deflated it with her hands. "Yeah. You lost my respect when I saw you dancing with a bunch of elves."
