(Hermione)

I woke up with a pounding head ache, I got up and noticed I wasn't in my own bed or clothes. I looked down but I was still in my underwear. I sighed in relief. Seconds later Draco walked in, fully dressed and he had a few potions in hand "Oh you look rough" he said, sitting down "shove it Malfoy" i said collapsing on the bed again "come here", he said pulling me up.

He handed me a potion and told me to drink it. I downed it and the headache lifted "hangover potion" he said, I nodded. "Do you remember anything from last night?" He asked "I remember everything till we hit the common room and then it's kind of a blur" I said, he just laughed "where's the others?" I asked "Pansy and Ginny are asleep in your bed. Theo's asleep on the sofa and Harry and Blaise are in their own dorms" Draco said, I nodded and fell back into the bed pulling the covers over me. "What's up?" He asked

"I've to deal with Astoria..." I muttered "no-" he said, moving up to the top of the bed "we've to deal with Astoria, it wasn't just you it was me as well" he said. "Yea" I muttered, he laid down beside me and pulled me close, I wrapped my arms round his waist and my head on his chest "Draco.." "yea.." He muttered "what are we?" I asked "we can be anything" He said "can we..maybe be something more than friends?" I asked, slightly nervous. I looked at him, my hands resting on his chest.

"Hermione are you asking me out?" He asked in a playful tone "I mean, I might be" I said, he pulled me down. His lips meeting mine, I smiled against the kiss. When we pulled away I looked at him "is that a yes?" I asked "that was the best yes I could come up with" he smiled. He got up and walked over to his drawer and pulled out a box "Draco?" I asked "I was planning on asking you today and I got you something" he said, he opened the box and a ring sat on the velvet pillow "Hermione zabini, would you be my girlfriend?" He asked me, an actual smile on his face

"AWWWWW" was all we heard from outside the door, I laughed "yes Draco I'd love too!" I said, he pulled the ring onto my middle finger and kissed me "Can we come in???" Ginny shouted "Yea" I said with a smile, the door swung open and both girls tackled me to the bed "HERMIONES GOT A BOYFRIEND HERMIONES GOT A BOYFRIEND!!!!" They chanted "wait what about Blaise and Harry!?" I said

"I asked all three boys permission last night and had Blaise put on abit of a show" Draco said, I smiled and the girls looked at the ring "wow!" They said, as pictures began to fly out from the ring. I looked at them they were photos of me and Draco, one from the first day we met. Then there was a few in school this year, the last photo was one from last night, I was on his back giving him a kiss on the cheek. I smiled at them "I love it" I said with a smile.

We all got changed, I wore a denim skirt and a yellow jumper, I had a pair of platform trainers on and my hair was down. I had my makeup done and my wand in my pocket, and grabbed my purse. We all were ready, including Theo who wouldn't shut up about how happy he was for us. We all walked down to the great hall, I had my hand linked with Draco's as we walked in and the whispers and mutters began. I looked up at the teachers who just smiled at us all.

When we sat down Blaise just smiled, I kicked him under the table "I was really worried you were going to kill him" I said to him, he just laughed "I'd never stop you two if you liked one another" he said with a smile "you'll have to write to mum" he said, i nodded and piled my plate with fruit "so what are the plans for today?" I asked "Umm well Ginny and Pansy are going to take you out today aren't you?" Harry said "oh yes!" Pansy said "I thought we could all go on a wee shopping trip" Ginny said "Fine by me" I said. We finished breakfast and said goodbye to the boys "I'll see you when I get back" I said to Draco kissing his cheek and running off.

We spent the day shopping in hogsmade and we visited George for awhile, who said he was happy for me. We stayed in hogsmade till 5:00pm and then headed back to the head dorm. None of the boys were there but when we arrived Astoria was sitting outside the door "there you are!" She said

"I've heard rumours that you and Draco have gotten together" she spat, Pansy and Ginny stepped in-front of me "piss off Astoria" Ginny said "what are you her bodyguard, fuck away off Weaselette" she said, I moved past the girls, putting my bags on the floor and walking towards Astoria. "Yes Astoria, me and Draco are dating" I said, a smirk on my face.

I heard the boys walking down, their laughter stopping when they seen Astoria "fuck sake, she needs to piss off" theo muttered "Hermione.." Draco said, walking over "Astoria." He said bluntly "I knew you liked this slag" she spat "if anyone is the slag its fucking you!" Pansy shouted "fuck off pansy I'm meant to be your bestfriend" she shouted at her "No, not if your acting like this" she sighed "Astoria can you just ignore them for a second, I'm the person you're trying to deal with so why don't you just aim your bitching at me" I said, walking closer to her

"or you can just go back to your dorm" I said,  crossing my arms. She backed up "wait till you see what I fucking start" she hissed "Bring it on you fucking asshole" I spat back as she ran off. Seconds later Pansy and Ginny walked over "you good?" They asked "I'm good" i said turning round "I'm good" I said to them all before grabbing my bags and walking into the common room and closing the door. I walked up stairs and sat on my bed. I've been back at school for a one months and I've already been in way to many fights.

I heard Draco walk in and walk up the stairs, he knocked on the door but I didn't answer "Hermione?" He said "what" I said "we need to speak" he said, I sighed. I swung my hand at the door and it swung open "wandless magic. I didn't know" he said, "not many do." He climbed onto the bed and I moved over "Hermione. This isn't your fault, she's always been like this. She has a possessive nature, it's nothing to do with us. It's who she is" he said taking my hand in his

"We've been dating for less than 24hours and already half the girls in this school want my head" I cried "this isn't fair, I'm never allowed to be happy" I said "hey, don't cry. It doesn't matter what everyone else thinks! You're happy aren't you?" He asked "of course! I just...kinda feel deafeated" I said, he wrapped his arm round me and pulled me into a hug "it's going to be okay, she's seen you temper I don't think she'll be back" he said with a laugh

"I'd be scared to see what happens if she started again" he said, kissing the top of my head "I think we should head down to dinner, the others are worried" he said, I nodded and he pulled me off the bed. He gave me a kiss and then we walked hand in hand down to the hall. When we walked in the stares hadn't stopped but a few seemed to smile at us. When we sat down i noticed Harry and Pansy awfully close and I winked at her. We had a normal dinner and then all parted ways.

(Smut warning, skip ahead if you don't want to read it. It isn't that bad but still)

I went straight to the sofa and wrapped myself in the blanket, Draco wouldn't be back till 10pm as he was on patrol tonight so I decided to read. I felt the hour pass but it didn't seem too long. When he walked in the door he looked tired and slightly annoyed "what's up?" I said walking over and giving him a hug "I had patrol with that weasel" he said sitting on the sofa, I pulled the blanket round myself again "I thought you were with that Ravenclaw Eric?" I questioned

"yea but he ended up not feeling well and Weasley was the only one free" he said "Awk you poor baby" i said with a smirk "it's not funny" he said, nudging me "Oh it kind of is" I said "it really isn't, it was the worst hours of my life" he cried "Aw poor child" I said, laughing "thats it" he said, he got up and flung me over the shoulder and ran around the room "Draco!!" I shouted "Draco Malfoy you put me down" I laughed, he ran up the stairs and flung open one of the bedroom doors and sat me on the bed

I sat up, using my arms to support my weight. He leant down and kissed me, I wrapped my arms round his neck and fell against the bed. His hand cupped my cheek, and my hands tangled themselves in his hair. We flipped over and I wrapped my legs round his waist as he sat up, supporting my back with one hand as the other gripped my thigh. He planted small kisses from collarbone up to my mouth again. We stayed like this for a few minutes before his hand made their way up the back of my top.

I pulled away slightly resting my forehead on his "Are you okay" he said, trying to catch my breathing "I-I'm not really you know.." I said "oh!" He said pulling fully away "oh, Hermione that's fine, when you're ready I'll be here" he said, kissing me again. I smiled. He pulled me down into bed and we lay under the covers, he pulled me closer to him and we drifted off. Happy and unaware of just what kind of things Astoria planned to start.
