(Hermione)

I woke up at 8:00am, breakfast didn't end till 10 so I didn't need to worry about an alarm. I got up and went into the bathroom to shower, when I got out I began brushing my teeth just as Draco walked in "I didn't realise we had to share a bathroom" he said rolling his eyes "it's not that bad Malfoy get over it" I said "oh back to last names are we zabini?" He asked.

I just smirked and finished brushing my teeth. I dried my hair and curled it with my wand, I applied little make up and walked back into my bedroom to pick something to wear. I chose a black denim pinafore with a green t-shirt underneath I pulled on green socks and then a pair of black boots. I grabbed my wand and slipped it in an inside pocket and walked out of the room down to the common room to see the whole group there

"Hermione!" They shouted "what are you all doing here?" I said with a questionable look "we all wanted to walk down together, that includes with you and grumpy hole over there" they said turning towards the door.

We walked down to the great hall and parted ways, I walked over to the Gryffindor table to see only dean and seamus sitting there "hey guys!" I said sitting beside dean "morning hermione, hows the new dorm?" Dean asked "it's great I'll have to let you see it at some point" I said with a smile. We sat in comfortable silence before dean and seamus began talking about quidditch season. I  buttered some toast and put some eggs and bacon on my plate just as harry walked in with a moody ron.

Ron sat at the other end of the table and Harry sat beside seamus. I rolled my eyes and engaged in conversation with harry, telling him about the letter. "Maybe I should come with you just to make sure things go right" he said worried "I'll be fine, I'll meet you in George's shop afterwards okay?" I asked, he nodded and we ate before mcgonagol declared that we could walk down to hogsmade now. I went up to the dorm to grab my bag and purse but was pulled into a class room on the way there "HEY!" I shouted

I began tapping my ring as it would let Blaise know I was in danger, I tried shaking off the persons grip but it was too strong. They whispered something in my ear as I heard running coming from the top of the corridor "be careful who you're friends with...you don't know who might stab you in the back" they whispered holding the cold metal against my spine. They disappeared just as the door swung open, my hand felt along my neck where he had chocked me

" Merlin Hermione!" Blaise said, diving at me, Pansy right behind him "what happened?" He questioned "I'm not sure..I was pulled in here by someone and then they whispered that I should be careful who I'm friends with because I don't know who will stab me in the back" I said, my hands slightly shaking "it's probably some prank" Pansy said, her eyes trying to adjust to the dark

"they held a knife against my spine.." I muttered, blaises eyes widened "what? Fucking hell!" He said, he grabbed me into a hug and pansy held my hand. We walked out and I told them I was getting my purse, they refused to let me go on my own but I did anyway. I said the password and walked upstairs and grabbed my purse. When I opened it a photo of my adoptive parents fell out, we were all smiling and happy. I placed it on my dresser and left the dorm, walking out the main doors and to the village.

It was still warm, and the village was busy with excited fourth years on their first trip. I met up with Ginny for a while before I had to meet with Ron. When the arrow on my watch turned to three I walked through the doors of the three broomsticks. I searched around for Rons face and seen him chatting to lavender brown, when I walked over he told her to leave and as she walked past she elbowed me.

I flung her a dirty look before sitting down, my face resting against my right hand "so?" I said "so.." he muttered "listen I..., I know what I done yesterday was wrong but I stand by what I said. I can't support this new life change. Wether you knew you were adopted or not I can't be friends with someone who is related to a monster like Micheal zabini...he was there when they killed Fred, Percy told us...you being related to the Zabini's is just wrong. That scar on your arm-" he said, pointing to where the white scar lay upon my arm "is who you really are."

"No Ron it isn't, last year I would have agreed with you but this scar is just a symbol of my past. It isn't anything else than that!" I said, crossing my arms "You can't tell me that you actually like this 'new' family of yours do you!?" He spat "I actually do, I'm not an only child anymore, I have a brother who is amazing and a mother who is caring and kind!"

"this isn't right Hermione! You are Hermione jean granger!" He shouted, earning himself a few stares "No Ronald! I am Hermione Louise Zabini!" I shouted back, he grabbed my hand and dragged me out "Ronald! Ron let go!" I said protesting the entire way out, he led me down and alley and then let go of my arm "What the fuck Ron!" I shouted "If you aren't Hermione jean granger then who did I kiss in the chamber of secrets!?" He asked, his voice dangerously deep "you kissed me! I'm me no matter what god damn name I have Ron!" I yelled, seconds later I felt his hand hit my cheek with such force it made me stumble.

He looked as though he regretted it as soon as he done it, my eyes met his as I stood up "How dare you!" I shouted, backing him up against the wall, my hand on my cheek "if you ever come near me again so help me Merlin I'll do more than hex you!" I yelled walking down the alley "HERMIONE WAIT!" He shouted but I just kept walking, I walked up the hill and straight to the castle. I couldn't even face Harry right now I just wanted to be on my own.

When I reached the dorm I could here people talking, I said the password and as the door flung open everyone inside seemed to panic, well apart from Draco who looked like he didn't really care "Hermione! Hey" Theo said hiding something behind his back. I just nodded and ran up the stairs catching the attention of the rest of them "Hermione?" I heard Pansy shout up "somethings wrong" Blaise muttered.

I heard the footsteps of someone and a knock on the door, it swung open and Pansy came walking in "hey you" She said laying down on the opposite side of the bed "what's wrong?" She asked wiping a tear away, I moved my hand to allow her to see the dark red handprint on my cheek "oh merlin Hermione who done this to you!?" She questioned, I just shook my head and looked away "Hermione who hit you" She asked in a more gentle tone

"Ron did... he thinks this new thing is all a big joke that I'm not related to Blaise or anything and that if I am he can't be friends with me....things got pretty rowdy so he pulled me outside but when I shouted back at him he slapped me...I just stormed away" I muttered, she pulled me into a hug and told me she would be right back.

I knew what she was going to do, seconds later I heard a fist hit the table, shouts come from the boys and the common room door slam. I jumped up and ran down to see the three boys had left "Shit!" I said, I grabbed Pansy and Astorias hands and we began running down the path to hogsmade. When we got there Blaise was yelling at ron with Draco and Theo by his side while Harry and dean stood between them. I ran up and jumped in between, looking all three boys in the eye.

Everyone could see the mark left on my cheek which was still bright red "Do not stoop down to his level" I said to the boys who backed away slightly. Harry turned to me and moved his thumb against my cheek, I flinched due to the pain. Seconds later harry had spun round and punched ron in the nose "Don't you ever lay your hand on her! You're meant to be her bestfriend!" He yelled at him, I had backed away to Blaise who wrapped his arm round my shoulder. Dean stayed with Ron and the rest of us walked up to the dorm.

After dinner we all piled back into the dorm and decided on playing seven minutes in heaven to lighten the mood. We all sat in a circle and I grabbed an empty fire whiskey bottle from earlier and placed it in the middle "so we all know how this works, so Blaise you go first" Theo said, Blaise spun the bottle and it landed on Ginny, they both jumped up and ran into the closet. 7 minutes later they came out, blaises shirt was half unbuttoned and Ginnys hair was slightly messy. Wolf whistles came from the boys as the girls laughed. The next to spin was Astoria who was disappointed when it landed on Harry instead of Draco.

They stepped in and 7 minutes later came out looking pretty much the same bar the fact Harry had lipstick stains on his check. The next to spin was Draco, he looked at the bottle and then around the circle before spinning it. Seconds later it landed on me, "That's obviously pointing at me" she huffed "unless you're Hermione then it isn't" Theo said, Draco stood up and grabbed my hand pulling me up "your 7 minutes start now!" Theo shouted as the door closed, we looked at each other and I couldn't help but see a smirk on his pale face

"what?" I asked "well we've about 6 minutes 53seconds in here and at the end of the day-" he began, placing his hand on my waist "it's just a game" he said, my eyes met his and then looked at his lips, I wrapped my arms round his neck and placed my lips on his. The kiss was gentle, i opened my mouth slightly and he stuck his Tounge in, it became heated quite quickly and my hands made their way to his hair. His hand grazed my thigh and the other rested on my lower back. He moved closer as I leant against the wall. Seconds later we heard them shout that are 7 minutes was up. He pulled away slowly "I hate to say this..." I muttered "but I believe we have to stop now" I said with a smirk

"sadly you are right, but this isn't going to be the last time this happens" he smirked before opening the door, Theo and Harry wolf whistled while Astoria looked disgusted. I took my place beside Pansy who elbowed me and gave me a wink, I laughed and the game continued.

Later that night we changed to playing truth or dare. If you didn't do a dare or didn't answer a truth you had to removed a piece of clothing. At the moment I was sitting with no socks on "Hermione, truth or dare!" Astoria asked "ummm dare!" I laughed "I dare you, to tell us if you and Draco did anything in that closet" she smirked but I could tell this wouldn't go down well "im sorry, my lips are sealed" I said with a wink "that means you've got to strip" she smirked "Fine then!" I said getting up, I pulled off my t-shirt so I was only sitting in my red laced bra, she looked shocked I actually did it as her mouth formed an O. "God no, please put your top back on" blaise screamed, covering his eyes and burying his head in ginnys shoulder "Someone tell me when she's decent again!" Harry shouted, chucking his glasses away and covering his eyes.

"Hermione I swear to god, if you don't put a top back on I will bring Voldemort back just so he can actually finish the job!" Harry cried. The entire group erupted into laughter as Theo chucked me a blanket to cover myself with.

We ended up falling asleep in the common room. Finishing off the game with everyone at-least being shirtless.
