'Where am I?' *beep*
'It smells like a hospital.' Y/n attempted to open her eyes but found something restricting them.
'Why can't I see!? Did I go blind?!' She internally panicked.

Aching muscles and wounds then started to act up.
'My body it's in so much pain. What happened? Did I pass out?'

The sound of the door opening turned her head to the area.
"Y/n." It was the hokage.

"Yes?"

"Over here." He said from another angle.

"Yes?" She turned her head the other direction.

"Now that your finally awake we need to talk." The third said seriously.

"What's this about and where's p/n?" Y/n asked.

"Don't worry about P/n she is in good hands."

"Who's hands?" Y/n's tone was untrusting.

"Your teammate Sakura." Y/n visibly relaxes.

"Ok... what did you want to talk about?"

"Do you know why your eyes are bandaged?" The third asked.
Y/n shakes her head no.
"Your eyes were bleeding after you passed out. You overused them on top of that you received many wounds ,but what worries me the most is the seal and the mark on your shoulder."
Y/n grew tense when he mentioned them.

"Y/n i need you to tell me what happened in the forest of death? Who left you in this state?" The hokage asked sternly.

"..... I was heading to the tower but then a strong gust of wind separated me and p/n. Not too later I was then attacked by an grass nin transformed into p/n. I underestimated her and she gave me a hard time. She did something to my back I don't know what but it felt very painful. It felt as if burning chakra was leaking out of me. Then she bit my neck and since then I've been feeling lots of pain." The third listened and felt guilty.

'I should have never put her in the exams if she was just going to be severely injured.'

"Do you remember the name of the ninja?" The third asked.

"Yes I think... Orochimaru." The third tense at the name.

He held her shoulders and spoke. "Y/n listen carefully... that man you met is a very bad person. He will take advantage of you. Do not fall for orochimaru's power no matter what he says he only wants you for your power. The same thing goes for Sasuke. We can't do anything about your curse mark until we reseal the seal on your back first. If we try to seal the curse mark first it might trigger something and cause harm to your body." Y/n nods understanding.

"Then why don't you seal my back first?" Y/n asked.

"We can't no body in the village has that power other than the slug sage Tsunade. We must find her but she's very hard to find. So until then I want you to take it easy." The third said.

"But what about the exams?! Don't I get to participate in them?!" Y/n shouts.

"You are too injured to participate yo-." Y/n cuts off the third.

"Sasuke is just as injured as me and yet he gets to participate! Old man please I'm not beaten down that easily remember I'm the Shadow demon I've been through worse! I-." The third silences her.

"I understand but even you have limits you do make a good argument though. Look I've decided to let you participate but you must take care of yourself. I don't know what I would do if I lost you. Is that fair?" Y/n tackles the third in a hug.

"Thank you! Thank you! I won't let you down old man!" The third smiles.

"Oh and before I leave I want you to do something for me."

"Okay what is it?"

"Watch over Sasuke try to not let him fall into the darkness. The curse mark will mess with his mind and I need you to be there for him. He has no other family like you and Naruto so take care of him." The third said.

Y/n nods.
"Understood."

The third then leaves.

Shakily y/n stood up while using the stool as support.
'I may not be able to see but I can still feel.'

She then teleported home.
Of course she trips and runs into things because of the bandages covering her eyes.

Making it to her room she faces a mirror. She slowly unwrapped the bandages. The bright light stinging her vision in the process. Upon opening her eyes she screamed at the sight in the mirror. One eye had the Seiryokugan activated while the other was a crimson red eye and instead of the white Selera it was black.

"What the hell!"

"Hehe you like my little present. It's not permanent but will always be a part of you."

"Akuma what the hell what type of gift is this!?"

Akuma chuckles at her reaction.

"Don't you laugh at me! How do you make it go away!?"

"It'll go away on its own don't worry. Now if you don't mind I'm going to take a nap."

"Akuma you bastard get back here! Ugh just my luck."

Y/n layed on her bed and stared at the ceiling.
'So many things have been happening I don't think I can handle all of it. P/n I wish you were here to cuddle.'

"I guess I'll tart training tomorrow...."
