Khalifa wanted me to get ready for the dinner in our house, I didn't want to because some people might mess up my house in the name of getting ready or seeing the bride. As long as I've not seen my house yet, nobody will. I have so many expectations for that house.

You must be wondering where I'm getting ready. Well, I booked a hotel for me and my friends. We'll just get ready there and leave. Khalifa was really mad. I had to pacify him with a kiss.

That made me remember our short road trip to kaduna. Even after the driver entered, Khalifa kept me glued to him.
Shameless.

I requested my dinner gown to be black. I feel like black is a classic and timeless color. My gown is a vision of elegance. The breathtaking design makes me feel like a princess. The fitted bodice highlights my curves, and the floor length hem creates a dramatic red carpet look.

I couldn't stop staring at myself in the mirror.

Convoy of cars were already outside waiting for me and my friends.
The MC addressed us on how he planned everything. My friends and Khalifa's friends lined up. Khalifa doesn't have friends. His brothers and cousins are his friends. You could imagine how my girls were very happy to enter with the guys.

Khalifa gleefully tapped me.
"Princess, you look absolutely gorgeous."

"Thank you, you're a such gentleman."
I gave him a cute smile.

"I feel like dragging you out of here." He said in shallow breaths.

"Khalifa, don't you dare, I dressed up for my dinner, and so it shall be." I glared at him.

"But if you want to see me sad and heartbroken, let's go." I scrunched up my nose and made puppy dog eyes at him.

"How could I resist that sweet face that is as cute as button?" He sighed.

"Shall we." I asked with a smile.
"Yes."

Perfect by Ed sheeran was the background song for our entrance.
We entered, and everybody's eyes were on us. People were taking a lot of videos, and I couldn't be more happier.

We made our way to our seat.

The MC was a vibe on his own. He made the whole dinner lively. He kept engaging us in games, and he constantly teased Khalifa.

Khalifa had his charming smile on, but I'm sure if I am to say I'm tired, this man will gladly tell us to leave. We danced, and although I didn't dance as crazy as my bridal shower, I hit some moves.

This guy didn't miss a chance to tell me how bad he wants us to leave.

The dinner rounded up with pictures.

I had a wonderful day. Khalifa requested that everybody should be taken to their respectful houses. Zara would be staying at our cousin's place for the night, and then she'll leave for school tomorrow.

Khalifa didn't allow anybody to take us home or follow us.
"Finally, I have you to myself."
Khalifa said in a faint voice.

I can't believe my eyes. The house looks mind-blowing. The parking lot says it all. I didn't hesitate to come down.
"Khalifa, I'm speechless." I closed my mouth because I'm still in shock. Khalifa introduced me to the house workers and caretakers. He held my hand, and we both entered.

This is beyond beautiful. I asked for the kitchen, and my breath hitched the moment my eyes landed on it.
This kitchen is every girls dream it's so wide, and almost everything is silver colored. It's giving aesthetic.

I was so tired of going for a fullhouse tour. That's enough for the night.

"You must be tired. Let's get you out of this dress." I followed Khalifa to our room, after which I had a shower and changed into a nightie.
Me and Khalifa prayed our nawafil. I didn't even remove my hijab i just lay on his leg when I was done.

He kept running his hand on my face, and my stomach was doing backflips.

"He leaned in and pressed his lips to mine. He deepened the kiss after some seconds. My heart was beating fast, and my head felt light. He broke the kiss and placed his forehead on mine.

"Let's get you to bed." He removed my hijab, picked me up, and placed me on the bed.

He switched off the light and dragged me to him. I cuddled him and placed a soft kiss on his chest.

"Good night, princess." He spoke softly.
