Master Dojo/ POV: Mustard

I was observing my students train with their Pokemon when I heard the doors open, and saw my three best students Darkrai, Dusk, and Goomba, along with this blonde girl.

"My, if it ain't the best students I've ever had!" I laughed, "How have you been? And I heard Dusk became the Champion of Reborn a few weeks ago!"

"That's right!" Dusk chuckled, "And if you're wondering who this blonde girl is, her name is Ashlie Satoshi, and we were wondering if you could be willing to take her in as a student."

"Ho oh! Of course!" I chuckled, "I'll take any trainers in need of guidance. Ashlie, it's nice to meet you!" I shook the girl's hand, while her and her Pikachu smiled at me brightly.

"It's nice to meet you Master Mustard!" Ashlie stated, "Chuster, say hi!"

"Pika!" Chuster chuckled.

"What a nice Pikachu you've got there Ashlie," I stated, and I decided to call the others to introduce Ashlie, ", everyone, we have a new student here!"

POV: Dusk

Okay, so, we saw Victor, Gloria, Klara, Avery, and the rest of the kids that were here last, wait, oh man, Ash's friend Goh is here!

"Everyone, this is our new student Ashlie Satoshi." Mustard stated, "I hope you all get along well. Ashlie, how about you tell us a little about yourself." Ashlie stood up.

"So, um, I would normally tell some things about myself, but unfortunately, I got amnesia a few days ago after hitting my head on a rock!" Ashlie sighed, making everyone gasped, "Don't worry, I remember that my partner is Chuster the Pikachu. Ain't that right buddy?"

"YEAH!" Chuster exclaimed.

Everyone seemed satisfied, except Goh that is, I think it's because of Ash's death! Ashlie noticed it because she was walking to him to see if anything was wrong after everyone went back to what they were doing.

"Hey, are you okay?" Ashlie asked the Vermilion citizen, who shook his head no, "What's wrong?"

"It's just," Goh sighed, ", one of my few friends recently died because of Team Rocket attacking him on his way back to his house! The only reason I'm here was to get stronger to make him proud..." Goh started to tear up, but Ashlie hugged him.

"I'm sorry that you have to suffer that, but I promise, things will get better!" Ashlie stated, "Now, what's your name?"

"Goh, and it's nice to meet you Ashlie!" Goh chuckled, "You know, you remind me of Ash, thanks for cheering me up!"

"Anytime!" Ashlie stated while smiling, "Now, what are we goi-" She didn't finish because we all heard a crash outside.

Point of View: Goh

"What the heck was that?!" Goomba shouted, and he, Dusk, and Darkrai rushed outside to check it out.

"Maybe it's that new Pokemon that's been flying around!" Mustard stated, "Let's check it out!" All of the other students nodded, then me and Ashlie rushed outside, and saw this black bird with pinkish red feathers that looked like fire!

"Yep, that's the rare Pokemon we heard about!" I shouted, "Mustard, hasn't it been causing problems recently?"

"Yes!" Mustard sighed, "It's also beating all of the students' Pokemon...wait, that's it! This could be a chance to try your training and see how well you work together!"

"Like a Max Raid Battle, but the Pokemon isn't Dynamaxed?" Gloria asked, and Mustard nodded, "Okay?"

"I think it's just called a Raid Battle!" The dude who looked like a Darkrai shouted, "Also Mustard, are you SURE you want the kids to fight this thing?"

"In case of emergency, we'll step in, okay?" Mustard shouted, and the three guys nodded and let us get in the Raid Battle.

"Okay, CInderace, I choose you!" I shouted, wait, I just used Ash's catchphrase, never mind, we need to battle this thing!

"Chuster, let's go!" Ashlie shouted, "This bird isn't going to pick on any other trainers!" The rest of the gang sent out a lot of Water and Dark Types, like Psyduck, and someone even sent out a Crawdaunt, which is both types!

"Chuster, use Thunderbolt and start this off!" Ashlie ordered.

"Use Pyro Ball, Cinderace!" I shouted, and the Thunderbolt made it blow up in the bird's face, sending it into a wall.

"Nice shot Goh!" Ashlie stated, and I smiled back.

"MOLTRES!!!!" The bird shouted, it's a Moltres? Wait, what are those feathers he's throwing at us?!

"Dodge it!" Me and Ashlie shouted in union, and we were the only ones to have our Pokemon dodge the attack, while some of the other Pokemon weren't so lucky!

"Lucario, use Aura Sphere, let's go!" Victor ordered, and it did a bit a damage to the bird, "Now's our chance to catch it!"

"Right!" I exclaimed, and I took out a Heal Ball, "Go Heal Ball!" We all looked at the pink ball shaking rapidly, until it finally dinged.

"Galarian Moltres was registered to your Pokedex!" My Rotom Phone exclaimed.

"Congratulations Goh, you caught a Legendary!" Ashlie exclaimed, "Great job!"

"Thanks!" I chuckled, "I couldn't have done it without you all!"

That night/ POV: Ashlie

Well, it was a long day, I got rescued, lost my memory, met Dusk, Goomba, Darkrai, the entire Master Dojo gang, and help catch a Legendary!

"Man, today was great, wasn't it Chuster?" I asked my partner, who nodded, "I wonder what tomorrow will bring..."

"Psst, Ashlie?" I saw Goomba whispering to me, "Mustard wants to give you something!"

"Okay?" I yawned, and I carried Chuster to the main room in the dojo, and I saw Honey, Mustard's wife, and Mustard both waiting for me, along with Dusk and Darkrai.

"So Ashlie, Honey wanted to give you a special Pokemon because you're new!" Dusk stated, "It's a new Pokemon for your team, along with a Rotom Phone."

"Wow, really, thanks!" I giggled, "So, what exactly is this Pokemon?"

"You have the choice if you want this Bulbusaur!" Honey stated, and a Grass/Poison Type Pokemon came in, "If he reaches their final form, he can Gigantamax, which is a special version of the Galar Region's Dynamax! We're letting you take him if you'd like!"

"Wow, thanks!" I exclaimed, and I looked at the Bulbusaur, but he looked depressed.

"I'll never get chosen, I know it!" Bulbusaur sighed,  "It's what I get for not helping my trainer Ash..."

"I think I'll take him!" I stated, making everyone shocked, "I feel like he regrets something, and everyone deserves a second chance!"

POV: Bulbusaur

Wow, this girl is just as nice as Ash, maybe I can't say I'm sorry to Ash, but maybe I can redeem myself with this girl.

POV: Dusk

Okay, so Ashlie chose the Bulbusaur that betrayed one of her old selves, this will be interesting.

"Well Ashlie, you have all the time to bond with your new partner during tomorrow's training activity," Darkrai stated, ", for now, how about you sleep with Bulbusaur and Chuster?"

"Sure!" Ashlie stated while smiling, "Let's go gang!" The two Pokemon followed her to bed!

POV: Ashlie

"Man what a good night sleep~" I yawned, and I saw Chuster and my new buddy Bulbusaur staring at me happily, "You guys want to go into the main area real quick?" They both nodded, so we went into the lounge room, and decided to sit on the couch and watch some TV.

"Man, she's nice..." I heard Bulbusaur gasp in awe.

"Hey Bulbusaur, she can understand Pokemon!" Chuster sighed, and Bulbusaur's eyes widened.

"Don't worry about a thing Bulbusaur!" I giggled, "Say, do you want to have a nickname like Chuster?"

"I've never had a nickname before, sure!" Bulbusaur chuckled.

"How about Saur?" We heard Dusk's chuckle to us, "You three are up early, considering it's 5:00 AM that is!"

"Oh man, it's that early?!" I gasped, "Sorry if we woke you up Dusk..."

"Don't be Ashlie!" He chuckled, "I woke up because of a nightmare, and decided to train with my Pokemon to take my mind off of it. But seeing that you're awake, you want to hang out with me outside for a bit?"

"Sure!" I stated, "Saur, Chuster, you guys coming?"

"Yes we are!" Both of them chuckled, and we walked outside with Dusk.
