Twenty minutes after the Gym Battle!/ POV: Goomba

"That, was a crazy battle!" I exclaimed, "Great job kid!"

"Thanks Goomba..." Ashlie giggled, then she faced her mother, "Was that great mother?

"It sure was darling!" Lusamine giggled, "Also, before the final contest match, I got you a little something to make up for the time I wasn't with you."

"What do you mean Ms. Aether?" Zizzy asked.

"It's just, I feel bad for letting the traitors forced Gladion to kill you, and not knowing sooner!" Lusamine sighed, "So, I got this little gift for you Ashlie!"

"Wow, a Pokemon Egg." Darkrai stated, "You better take good care of it Ashlie!"

"Don't worry, I will!" Ashlie giggled, then she took the egg out and hugged it softly.

(SEE?! This is why Lillie is the Best Pokegirl! Almost nobody can handle her cutene-*gets knocked out by the readers*)

"Aw...." I chuckled, ", that's so adorable~"

"Goomba, please don't tease me~" Ashlie whined, ", we're in the middle of a plaza!"

"Oh, sorry." I chuckled, "Let's go get some lunch now!"

The park/POV: Dawn

We were just hanging out in the park, when we see none other than the Dragon Kanto Elite Four walking to us!

"Hey Dusk, Darkrai, Goomba!" Lance greeted the three dudes, "How has it been?"

"Great Lance!" Dusk exclaimed, "Right now, we're watching Ashlie take on the Reborn League!"

"I can tell by that!" Lance chuckled, "I also saw the contests and wanted to have a bit of a exhibition match with Ashlie in her Kimono outfit!"

"Oh, that seems cool!" Ashlie giggled.

Time skip to battle/POV: Lance

"The unofficial match between Kanto Elite 4 Lance and Challenger Ashlie is about to get underway!" Dusk shouted, "Each side will use one Pokemon, and the battle will be over when one Pokemon on either side is unable to continue, or Lance decided to stop the match, remember, it will not count as a forfeit if Lance stops it!"

"Chuster, I'm counting on you!" Ashlie giggled.

"Gyarados, let's do this!" I shouted.

"Use Thunderbolt Chuster!"  Ashlie ordered.

"Gyarados, use Hyper Beam!" Lance ordered, and Chuster was one shot, "OUCH!"

"Chuster, are you okay?" Ashlie sighed, and Chuster nodded, "Whew, that's a relief, you did your best though, and I'm proud of you!"

"Pikachu~" Chuster groaned, and I gave him a Sitrus Berry to restore some HP.

"Lance, when we get in the same World Coronation Class, can we have another battle?" Ashlie asked me, and I nodded.

"Yeah, stay safe until now Ashlie, or I should say the new Ash Ketchum!" I chuckled.

POV: Darkrai

How did he know THAT?!

"Well, that escalated quickly!" Ashlie stated, "You feeling good Chuster?"

"I'm good, but man, first loss, that sucks!" Chuster groaned.

"We all feel it at some point," Goomba sighed, ", that is, unless you count Monarch/Galar Champion Leon, he never lost, and defeated Darkrai and Dusk with ease!"

"And then he defeated that Gyarados without much struggle!" Dusk grunted, "We've been training to take him down ever since!"

"Well, it looks like I have five people to beat for a goal!" Ashlie giggled, "The three of you, Lance, and then finally Leon!"
