86: FELICIA'S CONFESSION (2)

Except for Noctua who had frowned upon looking at them, Felicia and Alexander let out a loud and hysterical laugh, as if she was joking towards them. It caused her to feel quite annoyed at their expressions right now.

But who is she to even judge their expression? Of course, they would find it quite the joke since it's been a long that Helena was appointed as the Saint. It's normal to see this kind of reaction to them.

Quite offended, Felicia sighed as she looked at Noctua who was waiting for her order to pluck their hair out. They're beginning to make him feel irritated at their rude behaviour. How dare they laugh at the truth that he presented?

The two of them continued to laugh loudly, wheezing uncontrollably while pointing their fingers at Felicia. It's obnoxious for her to claim that she is a Saint and the bird too claiming something that is too fictional in this world of reality.

With no other way, Felicia grunted as she couldn't really help beginning to get mad with how they found the situation as a joke. What she did next made everyone shut up and close their eyes as the brightness covered the whole room.

It took seconds as the light that covered the whole room finally subsided, making Alexander and Olivia groan while rubbing the light. They became alert as to where it came from.

"Was it an attack?" Alexander asked as he rubbed his eyes, slowly opening them and was shocked to see what was in front of him. His jaw dropped as his eyes went wide open, stupified in front of what Felicia was holding.

The sword... Why is the sword with her?

"W-what is happening?!" He couldn't help but raise his voice, oblivious of his position as he fell once again on his seat, still frozen with what Felicia had shown to them. Even Olivia remained rooted in her place, gawking at the sword in her hand, clearly thunderstruck with how she held the sword as if it wasn't even that heavy.

"Your reactions are quite offensive but I'm not really going to blame everyone here since I think it's an expected reaction coming from everyone who believes that Helena is the saint." She sighed, placing her sword in front of them and letting it rest on her lap.

"Uhm, guys? Questions?" She asked as she turned her head in their direction, only to find out that they were still stupefied about the situation. In disbelief that someone had possessed the sword.

But how the hell is the sword with her?! Wasn't it with the knight who was carrying the sword with him always to protect Helena? What the hell is happening in this damn world?!

"Guys! It's not time for you to stare at me blankly. Do you believe me now? I told you that I'm telling the truth." She chuckled, finding the situation funny for herself. Who wouldn't laugh at them? They look so damn stupid.

"W-w-why do you have the sword? Didn't this belong to that Baron?! Did you steal it? You shouldn't have!" Alexander finally escaped being appalled with the sword on her lap.

"I-Isn't that heavy, Mistress?" Olivia asked, still in a state of disbelief. Holy hell! This is quite the information that will really shake the whole country!

"First, I didn't steal this sword from that man. This is the original sword of Kartara, the one that I pulled out from that heavy rock. Remember when I told you that I had to stay last Sabbath? I did this at that time." She explained, holding the sword in her one hand to show him how real it was.

"Second, that Baron's sword is an imitation. It's nothing compared to the sword that I personally pulled. It's nothing but a cheap model for the Pope to control the situation. After I removed the sword from the stone, the Garden was then restricted from access. I wonder why?" Felicia chuckled, obviously toying with them.

"And lastly, when I pulled the sword, it was heavy but now? It's not. I even used this when I was attacked during a carriage ride. You know, the one where I came home with a different outfit? I killed my attacker there." She said, feeling proud of it.

"WHAT?! OH GOD, NO! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY!" Alexander quietly screamed, as if he was trying not to get loud especially since it was already late at night. while on the other hand, Olivia just stared at her blankly, seemingly lost for words too.

"Try touching the sword, I'm sure it'll be heavy for you," Olivia said, passing the sword to Alexander who then stood up from falling and tried to carry the sword but then he was starting to sweat bullets in his forehead.

He was giving all of his strength to carry the sword, he even focused his strength on the handle of the sword but it was so damn heavy that he let go of it, falling into the ground in which Felicia glared at him and picked it up using her hand.

SHE'S NOT HOLDING IT IN BOTH HANDS! JUST A DAMN HAND!

He was skeptical but at the same time, he looked at Felicia and was amazed by how she was truly telling them the truth about her being the Saintess. He couldn't even believe that someone who's scrawny as her could carry that damn sword like it weighs nothing but he on the other hand had to force his strength just to lift it but nothing happened?!

"Wow... I'm awed, shocked, and everything related to being shocked. Y-You... You're really a Saint?! Holy fuck... I mean, I'm sorry for cussing in front of you! Holy hell! My sister is a damn Saint! Olivia, are you hearing this? Oh, my Goddess! I don't think I can ever shut my mouth about it! Can I shut my mouth? Maybe? Who knows? I don't know! Make me stop, make me stop—"

Before Alexander could continue to ramble, Felicia's hand immediately struck his cheek which made his face turn sideways, even letting out a yelp as it was hard and heavy.

"I always wanted to slap you. I couldn't believe I did it just so you can stop rambling." She smiled, grinning from ear to ear after she successfully laid her hand on his cheek, even had her hand print on his cheek.

"That fucking hurts," Alexander mumbled as he slowly turned his head back towards Felicia while rubbing his cheek. It's stinging, aching, and red.

"Come here..." Felicia said as she thought of the sword turning back to a ring and it did, causing mayhem once again in Alexander and Olivia's mind. Both of them gasped at what they saw.

The sword just turned into a freaking ring! A freaking ring! What witchcraft is she doing that she's able to convert a sword into a ring?!

"I-I think I will pass out sooner..." Olivia responded with worry in her voice. She's not worried about them, but about herself as it's beginning to make her head swirl in a headache. Too much information in a day made her mind throb.

She then went next to the bed, sitting at the edge while Alexander came in front of Felicia, curious as to what she was about to do. Maybe she'll apply an ointment to his red cheek.

But that expectation had failed Alexander's intuition as Felicia closed her eyes, her hand touching the cheek that she just slapped a while ago and light emerged from her hand, the pain disappearing from his cheek as if nothing happened.

"I told you, I'm a Saint—Oh God! Alexander!" Felicia exclaimed as she immediately caught Alexander from ever falling onto the floor if not for her fast reflexes. As soon as she caught him, she immediately placed him on her bed, worried sick as he lost consciousness.

"Olivia! Help me here!" Felicia exclaimed, turning her head towards where Olivia was and gaping when she too had passed out after witnessing Felicia healing Alexander through praying.

"Oh... Well, seems like they have gotten their karma for laughing at you." Noctua chuckled, observing the two bodies lying on the bed, unconscious from the shock that they experienced today.

Was it too much for Felicia to reveal everything?

Felicia sighed, oh dear... She unintentionally caused their mind to overlap from the information that she shared with them. She should've done it slowly. "When do you think these two will wake up?" She asked, shaking her head in distress and sighed.

God, this is hilarious but she couldn't laugh at this situation.

"Maybe tomorrow. Let them sleep." Noctua said, flying towards her direction and landing on her shoulder, watching the two being eaten by their dreams. Oh God, it was worth watching them react to everything.

"Then where am I going to sleep?" She asked him while rolling her eyes, walking towards the sofa in front of her room. "I shouldn't have said anything." She mumbled and sighed, sitting on the couch.

"Don't worry, they'll soon wake up and you'll probably wake up on your bed. Alexander wouldn't want you to sleep on this cold couch." Noctua said as he flew out of her shoulder in order for her to get a proper rest.

"Where are you going?" She asked, seeing him flying above her while staring at her. "I'll be guarding you and everyone else. I will wake you up if something goes weird. I told you, we have to be careful with that dream earlier." Noctua answered, flying towards the corner where he could see everything in his eyes, including the balcony.

"Go to sleep, child. You need it." He added and it seemed like it was something magical for Felicia when her eyes followed Noctua's words, closing it on their own accord as she then drifted to sleep.

"Now then... Shall we wait?" Noctua muttered as he scanned the room, hoping no one would intrude on their night and result in another disaster again.
